Very quick drop off on Saturday, and ample parking. Easy to find, close to the Bookery. Billing came out as expected and no hassle return. Ive been preferred plus with Avis for around 15 years now and this is one of the reasons. Hands down better than the Beavercreek location, which I will never pick up or drop off from again.

Some places just dont know what customer service is. Didnt seem to care what vehicle we took. Didnt seem to care if the vehicle was in good order (it wasnt--tire had a slow leak and check engine light came on a couple hours into our drive, and stayed on). Didnt seem to care that we had issues beyond wanting to know which tire had a leak. All our business will likely be going back to Enterprise who bends over backwards to make things right when theres any issue.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Andrea, James, Jeremy and staff. We flew in from California, all 150 of us. I worked our needs out in advance with James and Andrea and they definitely delivered. The vehicles were exactly what we needed and they went above and beyond to help me get all of my members on their way quickly. Thank you so very much and we will be calling you again next year. I reserved a car on for today (Saturday) at noon. I arrived a little after one and was told they rented my car and had no others available. Really?! I’ve rented from this location many times but no longer. You just lost a very good customer.

Earlier in the year I tried renting from Enterprise only to get the run around. I walked across the street to Avis/Budget and these guys helped me rent a car with no problems. It was a brand new car, customer service was great and simple to rent there.

I have rented vehicles for both work and personal trips from this location. The employees here are so knowledgeable and always make the experience as easy as it can be. They conduct themselves with professional very well. If you are wanting an easy, great rental experience, then look not further. You will get it here!

The Fairborn Avis team is AWESOME! For the approximately 7 years or so that I have been a customer, they have consistently provided outstanding customer service and have taken care of me every time without fail. I highly recommend that if you need a rental car, whether you are in the Dayton Area or coming in from out of town -- make this location your first choice!

I was very pleased with a recent rental from the Fairborn, Ohio office. The vehicle was clean, fueled and ready to go at the appointed time and the the agent, Jeremy was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use Avis again.

Avis is 100% the way to rent a car. Customer service and prices are excellent compared to many places. Enterprise is a total run around and joke compared to Avis.
