Friendly servive. Detail work did not meet expectations. Black car, expected very minor scratches buffed out, didnt happen. Interior was cleaned, missed side of passenger seat with coffee, wasnt stained, wiped off with a rag so simply missed. For 500 bucks had much higher expectations.

Do not go to this place if you want your car detailed. WORST experience.The manager went on and on about how easy the job would be for my compact prius That have been clean the day before. There were a few stains in the backseat from my son playing with puddy that I wanted cleaned off.After being three hours late on the original completion time, They gave me the car back in the same condition that is was in when I dropped it off.I told them that the car was not cleaned and they were able to successfully clean everything except for the stains.When I asked for a discount after having to come back the very next day, the manager told me that “they don’t pay for inconvenience” and began to raise his voice with me.I will never come back for their services and if you don’t feel like wasting $200 on a detail I would refrain from using this company.

Went today to take my husbands car in to get an interior detail. We got there early so it could be started right away tomorrow. When the guy came out he pretty much said that his guys only get paid $2.00 an hour and that they wont detail the car. They stated that my husband needed to vacuum it out and wipe down the dash and bring it in another day. The point of a detail is for them to do it not us. He person also stated that tomorrow was their Friday so clearly they just didnt want to do the car. They have lost our business and Im very upset with the service that we didnt even receive.

They were able to get me in same day, which was awesome and they did an amazing job getting some really nasty stains off my seats. However, all of the plastic inside my car (by the gear shifter, etc) was COVERED in spots. Like bad. I ended up wiping everything down again when I got home. And my car was dead when I picked it up, it had to be jumped, so im guessing they left the doors open for several hours. But really, the job they did on the stain removal was fantastic and they were really friendly, so all in all it was a good experience and I would use them again.

First off the staff was fine. I went in to have my truck bed liner repaired. It had several places that it was peeling up. They were able to get me in the same day. I was surprised when they called me 4hr later to tell me it was done. Until I picked it up. It looks like they took a putty knife and smeared tar over the spots. It looks terrible. If I would have known it was going to look like this I would have never had it repaired. I will try to attach pics.

Called to schedule an appointment because I do construction all day and didnt have much time to take care of this specific issue. Left a therrmos in the back seat and it exploded, let them know the details and they said they would take care of it they had a special it was $99 bring it in at 8AM. Had my girl bring it in they were very unprofessional, was an ass to her and said they would not do it. That speaks for itself. *Edit Monday 25* I was at work when I got the call about how the employee treated my wife different from the people in front of her, that the employee was also busy texting on the phone making her wait. After he took a look at the car he said I dont think thats coffee and my workers arent gonna want to touch this. This is the reason Im sending you pictures. This happened Thursday morning while I was at work and I called Ziebart immediately and explained the situation to them and they scheduled me for the next morning at 8 am.

The guy i had worked with threw the whole process was very professional, and polite. They did every thing pretty well just missed a few spots under my truck, but they arent really a big deal and im sure they will be touched up when i return next year. I had them do full rust proofing, ceramic coating, interior clean/stain prevention on a 2014 tacoma and it looks great. Thank you

I paid out of pocket for my car exterior to be detailed before a reapplication of diamond gloss, and a rust protection reapplication/inspection. I dropped my car off when they opened, and I was called 20 minutes before closing to come pick up my vehicle. I live almost 20 minutes away, so this was stressful as I was unsure if I would even have time to pick my car up. If I hadnt picked my car up on time, I would have had to wait until Monday to pick it up (since the store is closed Sunday). On top of that, when I looked at the vehicle, there were still bug guts and other imperfections left on the front end that should have been cleaned off (I was paying to get it cleaned, so it should have been cleaned). It also concerns me that the diamond gloss was applied over the top of these imperfections. In addition to that, there were several places where water spots were obvious. This might sound picky, but again, I was paying for the car exterior to be cleaned and polished. It just seems like my vehicle was rushed (even though it was there all day) and the job was sloppy. Maybe they schedule too many vehicles to be serviced on the same day, so the workers who detail the car feel rushed, or maybe its because they dont expect people to really care if there are still some imperfections left after they are done with it. I have tried calling twice to get the front end cleaned up again, but no one answered the phone. Normally I dont leave reviews, but this is the third year in a row something like this has happened.

I am never going to another Ziebart location again. They did an excellent job on my vehicle. Its worth the drive!Update: I just picked up my SUV from Fairborns Ziebart and once again I am impressed! The customer service is exceptional and the end result of my vehicle is amazing! I went to the Ziebart in Troy, Ohio and not only was the customer service poor, but the job that they did on my vehicle was horrible. Then I took my vehicle to the one in Lima, Ohio and that one was much better in both customer service and the annual coating/protection. But then I realized that I could take my vehicle to this one, Fairborn and this time makes my second time going there and believe me when I say, I will never take it anywhere else!! My SUV shines and the inside is so clean. Not to mention that it smells great! I am so pleased with the job that they do. I am now looking forward to taking my vehicle there every year!!! Thank you guys so much for the great job you do!

I bought a used vehicle and had it treated shortly before it was 36 months old and was told by these folks it will be under full warranty as long as it is before 36 months and 36,000 miles. Well, this year I had a large rust patch show-up on my warrantied vehicle and asked what they need to do to get it fixed since it has only been 3 years since I first got the vehicle undercoated and I have paid $200+ every year to keep up the warranty. They said they would take pictures and send them in to see if it was covered. I said, why would it not be covered since I was told it would be when I paid the $1000 3 years ago to get it done?!?!?! He said it is just what they have to do when these things occur. So 3 days later I went in to find out what was going on and he said, I am sorry it is not covered by warranty. I said why not, you said it was under warranty when you made me pay you $1000 3 years ago to get it treated as long as I paid $200 every year to keep the warranty good? He said, nope, it was never covered as only vehicles under 12 months and 12,000 miles are eligible!!!! Of course I said, then you lied to me 3 years ago when you said 36 months and 36,000 miles! He said, All I can say is it is not covered. Well, I just hope not all Ziebart stores are taught to lie in the same way to swindle money out of people!! What an outrage and rip-off!! All told, I paid over $1800 in 3 years for a total scam! Dont get your car done at this place if you dont like people who lie.

Just got home after picking up my car and the detailing inside and out and the Diamond Gloss is superb. My 03 Mustang looks BETTER than showroom new. One thing I didnt check until I got home was the engine and it is so clean it looks like it should be in a magazine. Absolutely beautiful !!!

This is a good location that Ive been using for years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have many services available and, if you look for sales and specials, you can save a lot of money. Also, if you get a service done at a sale price, that locks in that price if you come in annually, which can really add up to some high savings.

Ziebart Fairborn was referred to me by a car detailer/painter and he was right, they do great work. They put clear film and tinting on my new Tesla S and today added the Diamond Gloss package. Ive had the full detail on my truck several times as well as had ladder racks and side rails installed and spray on liners put in ... great job every time. There was one service where I had to go back due to smeary windows but they fixed that up with a smile and you cant ask for more than that.

Went there to get my car waxed. They did a great job on the finish and did it in a reasonable amount of time. They could lighten up on the selling of their other products though. Informing customers and selling to customers are two different things, the former being preferred. I felt like I was saying no to 20 other things just get get the one that I wanted.

1 attempt had string/hairs/creases/bubbles in the tint on all windows and a scratch in the drivers side tint as well. Was told it had to cure. Had to make another appt to have redone. Didnt remove tint on the drivers side just rubbed the scratch on the tint to make it less noticable and then the passenger side had a scratch the length of the window. They had to take it back in to redo it once again. Spent 12 hours in the lobby during all this. Ended up eating the cost ($310) and went elsewhere in Dayton where they take pride in their work and respect their customers time. Stay away from this place!

I cant go back. Ive had vehicle there twice. Once because the tint they put on was horrible on every window. I take it back. They dont make right and replace all. They just replace the tint that looks worse than the other. Not all of it. Which needed done. So the replaced tint they put on is even worse than before. We cant keep driving our family around with 1 car. Cant do it anymore so we are screwed with this tint. We payed over 300 dollars and DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR!! And we know we will not be reimbursed. Dont go here. Dont take the risk with your money.

I got my windows tinted about a month ago and had debated between smoke and ceramic tint. I spoke to the available rep (they dont wear name tags) who told me that the ceramic would be the closest to the factory color and that it wouldnt be a noticeable difference between the visor (smoke) and the rest of the car (ceramic). That wasnt the case. The visor is almost black and the rest of the car is brown, which looks horrible with a dark gray car. The drivers side window has always looked cloudy and all of the windows have between a 1/8 - 1/4 gap around them, with none of the lines being straight in any manner. About a week ago I noticed that the tint on my back hatch was peeling off. I took the car in and was told by the same rep that nothing was wrong with the tint and it looks exactly the way its supposed to look, but that they would fix the hatch. I went today and was told by the manager that the tint was perfect and he just pushed the tint on the hatch back up, stating that tint doesnt stick to the dots. He said that the color is the closest to factory, but never addressed why it was brown. I paid $500+ for this tint and have used this ziebarts on 2 other cars without issues.

This place is the worst! I took my Jeep there 4 times to get a hitch installed. They cant seem to do it correctly so Im just going to take it to the dealer and be out $400. The hitch kept rubbing against my muffler so they tell me to take it to a muffler shop. The muffler shop looks at it and says they only installed the hitch with 2 bolts and NOT the 4 that are required! Do not go here if you value your time, car, and money.

I was just going to leave it at one star, but since you reached out to me Ill let you know what I think of the service I have recieved. It all started with my brand new 2014 Chevy Express which i drove straight from the dealer to ziebart for the rust protection, rubber undercoating, sound deadening package, diamond gloss, interior protection, and all my windows tinted. Where to start?... well on my initial trip they missed spots underneath with the rubber undercoat, my driver side window tint was peeling off as well as my two rear windows. I had to take another day off work to bring it back to fix what should have been done right the first time. Then I had to go back a 3rd time because the passenger window was peeling every time I rolled it down. The following year 2015 I dropped my Chevy off for my annual service to keep it under warranty, after a whole day I picked it up at closing time, they never even touched the underside to touch up the peeling rubber, and there was rail dust down both sides. Another missed day of work to bring back my vehicle to have it done right again! 20016 annual service another failed attempt at doing a decent job. Anyone seeing a pattern here? 2017 and 2018 same thing rail dust down both sides, black dirt around the rear windows, extra trip and a missed day of work to rectify severe incompetence! This years service was very special though. After waiting all day for my van I drove home in a misting rain upon arrival I realized that they didnt wait for the treatment to dry and it had spread down the side of my van from front to back, a sticky brown film (this is a brite white! Chevy van with a extended wheel base so its extra long). I got on the phone and called the Fairborn location which I just left...... Get this! They had the nerve to tell me I had to clean it MYSELF with wd40 or mineral spirits! How disgusting is that! 2019 was the only year I did not have to make a second trip (only because I couldnt afford to take the time off work) because I broke down and cleaned it myself. Ive got bare metal showing already where the rubber undercoat is already peeling this year and its only been a couple months, I would really like it fixed, but I dont have another day to waste on them. I am absolutely sick of the horrible service I have recieved from this company. Its sad because they have you trapped, if you dont come back every year it voids your warranty. If I could do it all over again I would have let the vehicle rust, it would have been easier and cheaper to just buy a new car!

I have used this store several times before and have spent thousands of dollars there. I called them on 1 June about making an appointment for window tint. The guy on the phone said he could schedule me in at 0900 the next day (2 June). I asked if I could drop the car off the day before he said yes so I took the car in around 1500 that afternoon and did all the paperwork. The guy said they “may” even get started that day. He said he would call me the next day when it was done. Keep in mind I had a 0900 appointment for 2 June. I called at around 1100 and the same guy told me they were finishing cutting out the film and would have the car in the bay in 20 minutes and from there it would be another hour and a half. He said he would call when it was almost done. I waited until 1330 before I went to the store. My car was still sitting in the parking lot not touched. Well, someone had been in it because it was moved and my seat had been adjusted for someone much taller than me and the car was left in neutral. By this time it was almost 1400 and they close at 1500. I went in to ask about the car and the guy told me they were running behind and continued to make several lame excuses. The guy was not honest with me because he told me at 1130 they were getting started, and now only piss poor excuses. I asked for my keys back and as I was leaving he was being very sarcastic. Remember I had a 0900 appointment and the car was there nearly 24 hours and nearly 5 hours beyond my “appointment .” Not sure who runs this place now but the NON service I received was bad and the “guy” is not professional. I will not go to this or any other Ziebart ever again.

My truck was undercoated by Ziebart (Fairborn OH) on Dec 15th, 2015. I took it back on March 26, 2018 for an inspection - they found that in 2+ years and 14,000 miles, 3/4 of the undercoating had flaked off. The salesman (Jerry) consulted with the manager (Brian) who said the undercoating would have to be completely reapplied...AT THE FULL PRICE OF $289!!? Hard to believe a national company like Ziebart doesnt stand behind their product for even 15,000 miles - most vehicles are driven that far every year. Unhappy customer!!

Absolutely phenomenal! Had my WRX tinted in the Ceramic film, 15% on the sides and back and 40% on the windshield with a 15% visor. Looks great and the store manager(I think his name was Brian) was super helpful and he wasnt kidding when he said this stuff blocks the heat. It got so hot before it was to the point where I had let my car sit with the A/C on for a couple of minutes before I could even touch my shifter. Now its hardly even warm after sitting outside in the sun all day. Makes a huge difference. Overall a great quality job, friendly employees, and they even offered me coffee and wifi lol! I like to give credit where credit is due. Thanks again guys!

The customer service I received was excellent. They installed an Undercover tonneau cover on my new truck quickly and even gave me a ride to and from work while the work was being done. It was not easy to find a cover that would work for my new model-year vehicle, but the management called all over until they found a supplier that had what I needed. Not only that, but they got the cover on my vehicle - from order to install - in just 1 day. I am highly impressed and would absolutely recommend the Fairborn Ziebart location to anyone in the area.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZIEBART FOR AUTO DETAILING. I was extremely disappointed with the results of the interior detailing service provided by the Ziebart at Fairborn, Ohio. I specified to them that I just bought a used conversion van and wanted to get it detailed because there was a lot of pet hair and thought I was going to get the best service but turned out to be one of the worst. When I picked up the vehicle after they had it in their possession for more than 24 hours it looked like they barely touched the inside. There was still a lot of visible pet hair and it looked like the surfaces on the interior hadn’t been wiped down and this is after someone from the store supposedly did a quality check on it. I showed them the areas of concern and they agreed that they could have done a better job but when I asked for a refund they refused. I paid over $400 total for services I could have done myself and saved a lot of headache. I do not recommend this place for auto detailing at all.

I had my car a 2012 Chrysler get tinted windows. They did great so I took my husbands 2002 jeep liberty to get tinted and 5 days after the tint was done there was still white spots all over the windows and places where tint is coming off the window all together. I took it back to them they said they redid the windows here it is 5 more days later there is still white spots all over my windows and spots where the tint is coming off.. I paid $330 for tint that I am not satisfied with it at all.. Im not taking back to them. I just wont recommend ziebart to anyone. I was going to get the rust proof on the jeep. You lost that business and I was going to get the Chrysler detailed but ill do it myself... I do not recommend going to ziebart to get anything done.

My wives Subaru Legacy was treated to the Diamond Gloss Protection Package, and my Tacoma complete rust protection. Each time when we dropped off all the vehicles for service youd look back at them and say ahh okay... However, when we went back to pick them up its WOW!!! Absolutely incredible the difference our vehicles looked... These guys know how to do it right... Ron and Brian are very knowledgeable about the services they provide that can make a big long lasting difference for your car or truck...I highly recommend them to people I know, and come in touch with... For Christmas, my husband gave me a gift card for a remote start/keyless entry for my CRV. It was $420, which seemed really high, but they told him I would be able to open the hatch with the remote, unlock the doors, and of course remotely start the car. It took a month to get an appt. They told me to call back and check in with them because they have cancellations and maybe I could get in sooner. However when I did, they seemed irritated. So I finally get my car in there and they got it done very quickly, but when I picked it up, I find out it will not open the hatch, only unlock it. I was having trouble with the unlock button on the remote so I went back and they told me to give it some time to get broke in and it might work better....????? Whaaaaat?? Electronics dont get broke in, they either work properly or they dont. #disappointedinziebart

They did a great job cleaning my truck inside and out, they under coated and rust protection, the Diamond gloss made it look like a new penny, fantastic job ! Thank You. They also Diamond glossed, tinted the windows and rust protection my daughters car it looks like a brand new car thanks again
