I have had such positive experiences at this location. The first times I went I had Monica and she was amazing. Very comforting when I was a bit anxious and let me lay down during the blood draw. Today I had Caroline and she was just as great! Super calm, attentive, and encouraged conversation during the draw, knowing I was anxious...again! 😂 I would highly recommend this location and specifically these two amazing ladies.

My daughter had a salvation test for hormones she had to do. This test had to be done on a weekend while she was home all day. The doctor called to get the results to find out they threw the test away because there was no times on it. All the times were on the test kit where they belonged. This is someone not wanting to do their job. Very sad. I would hope corporate will look into this. She now has to do the test again.
