Repair on sagging gutter section incomplete...not responsive....Terry ignored my request to take a second look at the failed repair made by him and his assistant and my basement continued having flooding issues. Terry failed to follow up on the repair and never got back to me on a new install after providing 2 separate estimates in the span of 2 and a half years. Unsurprisingly, I woke up to water in the basement and decided to reach out once again...maybe Terry changed his number or gave up the gutter business...my texts were delivered and seen...still no response and I used the same number he provided on this website.... his lack of response is indicative of his professionalism and his failure to provide good service which is needed to be a successful small business owner, One star could have been 5 stars with a simple call back or a quick follow up. 😳
