I went to the warehouse and they were very helpful and very friendly thank you

After speaking with multiple people on my delivery, it was not only very late but I was also told several different stories of my products whereabouts. The customer service was horribly rude having one agent hang up on me. When the order was finally delivered the driver left it in the middle of the parking lot of the business on the ground. Needless to say I will never use this company again nor do I recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent service, down to earth people, and the receptionist was oh so amazing. 👍🏻

Terriable! Tracking system and customer service are a joke.. My item got left in seattle for 5 extra days because they simply forgot to put the container on the boat. Never did get a call saying it was in i simply showed up and found it..

I drove for them in Fairbanks, it was a good group of people to work with, decent equipment, flexible schedule, good pay.

Un real. They keep haveing issues with there seemingly only truck heading south from Fairbanks, my order is now 5 days late. Now theyre telling me it may be here Tuesday
