The team at Guild Mortgage does an excellent job of offering the best loan program for each individual clients individual needs. They offer wonderful customer service and the bottom line is they truly care about their clients! For their team it is NOT just another transaction its a client for life!

They get you a loan at an average rate. The gripe I have is that they sold my mortgage to a no-name BS company. I know this is common practice in the industry, but I didnt even make my first payment before they sold my mortgage. That just blows my mind. You try to deal with a local and reputable company and they pawn you off on a bunch of bums.

WORST experience ever. Previous two loans I had with Guild in another state were top notch. This branch couldnt close escrow in over two months! Stay clear especially if you are a vet!

I cant say I had a bad experience. Its more like no experience. I was convinced by my realtor to apply for a home loan here. I applied for a loan on December 17th its been almost 2 months and I have not heard anything regarding the status of the pre-approval. No communication after the first two days. If you have lots of time to waste then this is the company for you.

Such a bad experience dealing with this company. First, after the house closes they will not return your calls. Even about things that have to do with their own mortgages. Hate to leave this review, but cant let this go by without letting others know how poor the experience was.

They all do a great job. I recommend them to a lot of buyers needing to get pre-approved.
