It took entirely too long to get a fuel pump fixed. My car sat at the dealership for over 2 weeks. I was given a loaner after 5 days of being without a car, which was nice but 5 days is too long when I purchased this car BRAND new less than 2 years ago. My car had fluids that spewed on the side and in the tire well and they didnt even bother to wash it while it sat there for over 2 weeks by the time I got it back the car washes were closed for the season. I requested a quote on tires and never received that. All around not happy with my experience.

Would not recommend this place.Ordered a truck from them at agreed upon price.Once the truck arrived I was told that price didnt matter now, but was much more. Buy it or not, with these features it will be an easy sale the way you ordered it.Fill out all the paperwork and as I am leaving realize the VIN number is wrong for the truck.They then charged me MORE money to take it or leave it.Have tried contacting my salesman and dealership over this issue and no response.Will be the LAST vehicle we will buy from this place!

That includes the essential component of an excellent Service Advisor Shana Lindsay who I have depended on for years. She is top shelf and I trust her exclusively to take care of my wifes 2008 and my 2009 Avalanche that were both purchased at this dealership. Bought a 2019 Buick in 2020. Car was a fair deal. Issue is, since it was certified used, it was supposed to come with 2 fobs. Emailed salesman several times with no response. Stopped by the dealership twice, once talking to the salesman (at the time, she said yup, super easy, already have the vin, Ill get right on it, or something to that effect). To this day, about a year later, havent heard anything back. I will consider the Anchorage dealership next time I buy a GM vehicle. Im sick and tired of the well its Fairbanks, youre stuck with what you get attitude around here.*** EDIT 6/2/21: Dealer reached out to me to get me another fob. The went above my expectations to remedy the situation. With this, and the fact that the original purchase experience was good other than missing the other fob, Im switching this review from 2 to 4 stars. I would deal with them again.

Theyre doing things right at this dealership. Most dealerships leave me in a bad mood but this was the opposite. The salesperson Len Slone did a fantastic job at just being friendly but not pushy helping me out with all of my questions and what to look for what kind of truck I want for the future. Should have posted this a year ago. Our sales rep Brad was hands down the best salesman Ive ever worked with. Not only did he spend all day with my husband and I, but when the dealership wouldnt give us the $2000 for our trade in, Brad bought it for 2000 which was what our down payment was. We were blown away buy this. He said he would sell it himself and recoup his money. We were shocked when he sold the vehicle the next day for $5000, and he gave us the money. Who does that. Never have I ever seen or heard of a salesman that cared more about customer satisfaction than making money. Thank you so much Brad. We will tell this story for ever. Salesman like you are what salesman should strive to be.

We had the best possible experience with Len Slone; he made everything super easy and gave us some of the best customer service we have ever had. Not only did he offer to take us to test two cars, but allowed us to set up our auto insurance, Bluetooth Audio, and gave us a full and detailed tour of the dealership. He explained all features of our new car to us in full and worked with us to ensure that we were getting the best bang for our buck. As new car owners, we were worried about being pressured into purchasing a vehicle we weren’t fully happy with. Jordan Lucas called me to trade my truck in saying they can get me what I paid for it. I drive 100 miles to make a deal and they offer 10k lower than the lowest book value for trade in. Floor manager seemed to agree that I should be happy to accept 10k below the rough trade in.

This is the second time I took my vehicle in to get a oil change and have them go over my vehicle yet again they completely missed my CV joint being completely ripped in Greece being everywhere this is the second time I brought my vehicle down the last time they told me my brakes are bad and the power steering hose was bad both of which were not and also I also had a CV joint ripped two as well they missed that the only reason why I’ve been going there is to get the oil changed since I got that with the vehicle but at this particular point I can’t seem to trust them if they’re even doing that. This is the second time it’ll be interesting to see what they say to me the third time I take it down at this particular point I really honestly would not recommend any service or anything being done to A vehicle that you have purchased from them. Service department has gone from one of the best in town to the worst, in May my wifes gmc was found to have a AC problem, ordered the part, by the time it came in and secluded for install Jul 6, After dropping off the car. Get informed you Freeon machine was broke the week earlier, so cant be fixed that day need to reschedule, thanks for the service advisor not lets us know love to lose work for nothing. And now after my have to call every other day to find out if she could get it fixed. Today the service advisor called to let us know that it wasnt trouble shot right and need more parts. So yet again come get your car thats not fixed and enjoy losing work. After all its only been 2 months driving in a car with no AC.

The absolute best customer service!I had bought a car from Affordable used cars and they had sold me a car priced at 11k with damages over 9k. ( they did not make me aware of the damages before I bought it, was told everything was good to go). I had continual issues with the engine and transmission right away. After taking it into Interior automotive center that affordable made me believe I had to take it to for the warranty I had purchased with the vehicle, they said everything was fine, it just needed oil. In reality, the transmission was slipping, the time chain was about to snap, there was fuel in the oil, the list went on to over 9k in damages that could have put me and my infant son in a life ending accident.Ariel and Chad were phenomenal! They were equally astounded how Affordable treated me and did everything and more to help me get my car safely on the road. Everyone on the team treated me with respect and went out of their way to apply qualifying discounts to fix the damages.Affordable didn’t save me money. It cost me money. CHEVROLET saved me money.Absolutely satisfied!

Greater than 15 year Toyota owner. Was looking for a new truck but had not planned on looking at GMC or Chevy. A friend suggested we look at GMC in Fairbanks as he was pleased with sales and service. Extremely grateful I got the advice of a sales manager here to take my vehicle somewhere else to trade in. While working a deal on a used vehicle with this dealership, the sales manager (recent hire from another dealer Im told) informed me my vehicle was worthless on his lot (air suspension) and instead of following through on the attempt to up-sell me over 8k (2017 with 60k miles) he showed me mercy and gave me the option to walk away.I took this angels advice, and drove my 2019 Ram mega cab diesel (optioned out) to Anchorage Chrysler Center, and got exactly what I was asking for (so crazy to think a vehicle under factory warranty would ever sell for 68k!).Thank you sweet prince of the car lot kingdom. Your inability to deal and willingness to turn away money has truly benefitted this growing family (not desperate though, probably the problem). We thank you for your professional sacrifice.

Came in to look at what trucks they had that may be in my price range, and mentioned thats what my intentions were to the sales person who greeted me. Had a good time looking at one, until the end when I told the salesman for the 4th or 5th time Im not buying anything this very day. He had the nerve to tell me, unless you are ready to sign contract that very day, you do not belong on a car lot.WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! I am there to shop what you have available, and find what is in my budget, kinda gotta go to a car lot to figure that out...not to make a snap decision on a 35k vehicle. Hoping to rewrite this later, but was disappointed in the service. My husband had been by the lot and found a vehicle that he wanted me to test drive. He had talked with a salesperson prior to us returning.When we got there we went to the vehicle we wanted to look at, sat there for a bit and no one came out. That was fine.My husband went in and was told the salesperson he had spoken with was on the phone. He told the front receptionist that we would be waiting outside next to the vehicle when the salesperson became available.While we waited he texted the salesperson and didnt get a reply. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting we left.As soon as we pulled out of the parking lot the salesperson called. According to him the message about us waiting wasnt passed on to him. I had the same reason used by another salesperson when I had previously been inquiring about a vehicle on the lot.Not sure if its being used as an excuse or the reception isnt doing their job, either way service was lacking.

There is a lady that work in parts, she did not have good customer service while trying to buy a bed cover. I told her I was leaving soon so I was looking for one that I can have installed ASAP but wasn’t sure which one I wanted. She told me it’s over 16 of them, to go home and search for which one I wanted instead of simply helping me while I was in store. I told her how about we start with the ones you have in stock. She said there are 3 in stock. I said well that narrowed it down. Anyone that work in customer service, good customer service would have thought of that instead of telling me to go home and look online. If I’m coming to your store it’s because I want to buy something from you and it’s your job to sale it to me. I don’t have as much knowledge about Chevy parts than a Chevy part worker and that’s why I went there. Another reason I gave a 3 star is because I came to the dealership in the beginning of July for a recall and for my A/C to be fixed. They were not able to fix the A/C because they didn’t have a part in stock, Mark said he would call me once the part came in and a lot of people was waiting on it so it would put me behind them. Ok, no problem. I call was on the 17th Aug and instead I call the parts section and ask them did the part come in to fix my truck and they said yes it’s been here maybe it’s been some miscommunication. Let me ask Mark, the guy in parts say Mark is on the phone I will tell him to call you back hopefully by the end of the day. We hung up and I went up there because I’ve been waiting on a phone call since the beginning of July. I went in and the lady that works at the front desk on the right side in front of Mark ask me if I needed help and I told her I was waiting on a part to come in and it’s here, can I make an appointment. She was on the computer saying she didn’t see nothing saying I was waiting on a part and I told her I worked with Mark he should know. She told me let me take your number down and I will have him give you a call. I said no I’ll wait for him b/c I’ve been waiting on a call since July. Mark didn’t give me attitude or anything. He told me to come in that Thursday. It’s just the point of I’ve been calling and waiting on a call for a part to come in that’s been there from my understanding when I talked to the guy that work in parts and if I never went back up there or called parts, I would have moved to Texas already with no A/C in my truck.

It took 30 days to get my transmission and front hubs repairs, and when I got my truck back, my windshield was cracked. I brought this to the attention of the staff who just brushed it off and said “well the windshield was already damaged” and “we didn’t notice that it was damaged”. The crack goes 1/3 of the way across my front windshield. I find it hard to believe that no one noticed that. I was given one excuse after another and eventually left with a fixed transmission but a broken windshield that I’ll have to replace on another day.

The entire team (sales: Carlos Parker, finance: Sherwood Wilson, manager: Justin Vey) were extremely accommodating to all our needs, answered all our questions, and researched the obscure questions we had. They greatly enhanced our car buying experience. Moreover, when we had an issue with our 2021 GMC Acadia the team listed above sprung into action.5 days after purchasing our vehicle, my wife was driving down the highway at 65 MPH when the drivetrain or transmission controller unexpectedly locked up. They towed the vehicle, repeatedly checked on my wife until she was safe. The Service team (Shana Lindsay) walked us thru what happened to the vehicle, gave us the codes, and explained what it would take to repair the vehicle. Justin made sure that we had loaner vehicle until our vehicle was repaired. At this point, we were completely satisfied. The dealership had no way of preventing this event nor could have caused the transmission to fail, but they did everything they could to make it right, and make sure we were happy.Unexpectedly the next day, Carlos (sales) called us to make sure my wife was OK, and offered a vehicle trade for a similar Acadia that was in-transit, just a different color and different 2nd row seat. At this point I knew my wife would not feel safe in the first vehicle (this is the most important reason we purchased a new vehicle) and she would always be skeptical of the vehicles reliability. We met him at the dealership, we went line-by-line down the specs sheet to make sure they were the same, and we accepted their unsolicited offer.Their friendly family-style team turned a potential catastrophic car buying experience into one of the best customer service experiences of our lives. As if the way the team took care of us wasnt enough, after purchasing the first vehicle, we paid to have a clear shield, essentially a clear vinyl sticker, placed on the front end of the vehicle. They told us they would have the same thing put on the 2nd vehicle at no cost to us.This team is truly amazing. We will continue to buy our future vehicles from them even if we are thousands of mile away. They have treated us like family and that is important to us. They will continue is get our referrals and our future business.

I was told lifetime oil change would be at an dealership upon purchase. I thought it was great for having to pick up and move in the military and thought i would be well taken care of. Everything was great until I pcsd and tried to schedule an oil change and found out it would only apply to lithia dealerships.. The nearest dealership is a 300 mile round trip. I have never felt so cheated and taken advantage of.

The worst service department in Fairbanks Alaska had a problem that needed diagnostic because my truck was running rich and having flooding problem after over a month and half the problem is still there my truck was returned to me 3 different ways empty gas tank, drilled holes in the muffler (ice and catalytic converter problem) and everything unplugged from the battery (electric issues). What makes this even worst I was told that drilling holes in mufflers was a normal thing to do per (service manager). Recently I was told that the tech that was working on my truck was out of ideas and just didnt know what was wrong. I have been a Chevy guy all my life and with experience, I will not refer or spend any money with this branch ever.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Trevor spent most of the day test driving vehicles with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The customer service is The Best in Fairbanks hands down.

Basically no information was provided at the time of service. I was told we needed to replace the transmission, but not why. As a lady, I felt very lost in the process and led down the garden path...but what can one do when one is not knowledgeable? All in all, I only came to the dealership because I had to, as it is a sealed transmission that no one else can service. I left feeling frustrated and put off...but honestly, I expect very little from dealerships in general once the vehicle leaves the showroom floor.
