Was travelling to Prudhoe Bay, AK. These guys did my service without appointment. Everything was great! Everybodybwas super friendly!

Had an appointment for 10:00 AM for service related to a recall on my Subaru Impreza. Service was completed by 12:30 PM even though they set me with the expectation that it could take up to 4-5 hours. I was delighted to have them offer to get me a lyft so I could wait in the comfort of my home and didnt have to pay for it myself! All service agents were respectful, professional, and courteous.

These people refuse to hear you out I kept saying that I needed a fob replacement and he kept telling me I needed a 3 hour appointment to get a key cut and programed ..I repeated 5x I dont have a chip key in a 2000 subaru he never herd me- I allowed him to set the appointment and passed the info on when I sold the car.
