Fairbanks Collision is a wonderful business with caring honest staff. Bryan took such great care of my vehicle after I unfortunately hit a moose. They do excellent work and I trust them. I can’t recommend them enough. My vehicle looks amazing.

I had my bumper and tailgate replaced by Fairbanks Collision and Glass after someone hit my truck.All the folks from front desk ladies to Robert and those that did the work were professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. The work was great! My truck came back washed all shiny and vacuumed inside. This is the second vehicle that I have brought here and both times I very satisfied. Yes, I would use them again in the future if I need body repair.

Bryan, Gabbie, and the entire team has been amazing throughout the process of replacing the driver side doors of our van. They communicated frequently with me and was upfront and transparent in exactly what they were doing. They communicated with the insurance company and made this process seamless and enjoyable. The folks at Fairbanks Collision and Glass took care of me in late 2019 when my car was totaled. They were SO helpful! So when I had a little fender damage on my replacement car a year later, I went back. The work they did was excellent, and even though it was a very minor fix and not much $$, they thoroughly cleaned the interior! This place came recommend by my insurance USAA, The employees are very kind and professionals, I needed a new front bumper and they got it done in 3 days, and to make things a lot better they even washed and detailed my truck before I picked it up. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this place for any body work.

Everyone was incredibly kind. Especially being a young adult I do not know much about my truck and they walked me through everything and was extremely patient with me!

I had my h3 shipped to Alaska from Texas and in the process my side mirror and antenna was ripped off 😑 but these people did an amazing job fixing my baby up back to her original everything 😍😍😍. They did a great job, just wasnt finished on time originally quoted. I would have been ok with that if they had updated me like they said would happen. Because the problem was bigger than originally thought, I think it is completely reasonable for an extra day or two. Just would have liked to be informed during the process instead of after it was a couple days late.

Fairbanks Collision replaced the rear bumper on my Subaru . They provided transportation to bring me home when I dropped off the car for repair, and they picked me up when the work was completed - - WHEN PROMISED . They cleaned both the inside AND outside of my car . Their friendliness and professionalism make me want to utilize their services when needed . Ive been to two other repair shops, Fairbanks Collision is definitely the best. Super friendly, great customer service, very clean, always keeps me updated on my car. They are wonderful and reliable.

Kind receptionist, very poor communication after getting dropped off. Part of the damage was not fixed. And the breaks when we asked to get them looked at and if necessary, replaced, we got no further communication and when we picked up the breaks were worse than at drop off and all we got was a paper saying they needed replacing. Very inconvenient as we hoped we could get them fixed while we already had the car in the shop and were renting a car. I can say I will not be taking my business back to them unless they are willing to regain my trust.

Got our car back on the day they told us it would be done! Which is amazing since collision masters were so behind the last time my car needed to be fixed. The customer service is above and beyond. Plus they did extra work with the left over paint. Im seriously so happy with it! If anything happens to my car again or someone needs a reference Ill be sure to send them their way!

I was happy with the work they did on my vehicle. My biggest complaint is they never called when they needed to extend the time they needed to do more repairs. I had to call them each time only to find out they needed to do more. It would have been nice to know sooner so I didn’t have to play phone tag with them and the rental car company.

I went in there on a really hard day in between appointments, lots of stress. I was greeted by a calm, clean, comfortable waiting area and immediately acknowledged and offered cold bottled water and coffee. I was quick to be helped and the process for getting an estimate was painless. The lady at the front desk was cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The man who came out to help me was just as wonderful, knew immediately how to help me, and had the patience to explain to me what they could do and what the process would entailBut thats not all. He had my car fixed ON THE SPOT. He knew what I wanted was a quick fix (I didnt know that) and even asked permission to touch my car before demonstrating for me. Within 10 minutes of talking to him, he rolled out my car ready to go. The door was fixed.This blows my mind. I wont get into the details of cost but let me just say that it was MORE than fair. I am so overwhelmed by the kindness. The lady even offered me a water for the road. These guys have no idea... they just undid a month of stress and loss of faith. My heart is singing and I cant do enough to praise them right now. This was not a case of just excellent service. This was humanity at its best. I had my truck worked on a few years back they told me it would take no more than 8 days, took them 15 days to complete the repair. They have the worst customer service on planet earth, you call and leave a message but wont call back. They act nice at first but later on they will treat you horribly!

Scott at Fairbanks Collision is amazing, professional, reasonable and very helpful, it could not have been a better experience. I had an uncomfortable situation where my son went in a ditch and didnt want to use insurance, and he did his best to keep prices down. The body work was done superbly and on-time. My Jeep was returned to me even cleaner than when I left it. Scott and his crew are wonderful. Well 45 days is an insane amount of time to get you vehicle fixed. They do a good job, but if you want your car fixed within a month consider going elsewhere

When I had to find an auto repair shop I could not be any happier than with my choice of shops. Byran Port was so helpful when I presented with my truck door smashed in and running board hanging. He took my truck in the back and had the door operational and hanging running board removed and an appointment set up for the repairs and an estimated completion date. During the time they had my truck I was informed what they found and the progress that was being made on it. It was completed on time and I could not be happier with my results. Scott and Carol have a fantastic shop and great employees working for them that strife for complete customer service. I hope I never need to need another repair shop but if I do it will be none other than Fairbanks Collision. Thank you to all who made my experience as wonderful as it could be.

Horrible repair job on a bumper. Picked up my truck 3 days passed promised complete date. A hour after pick up I notice alot of paint in perfections and un alleged bumper. When I called Bryan Port back to tell him about my bumper he simply stated there not gone fix it and I need call the insurance for furder repairs according to him the bumper had previously had been repair and they did there best to fix what they could. A professional shop would never touch some1 else work special if it was not preped correctly the 1st time it was done.Ok I brought up the fact that since the 1st day in there I thought it would been better of to replace it but Bryan Port say no its better keep it orginal he promised it will look brand new. He promised wrong look worse then when i orginal but the truck. Bryran Port then said i was only hit on the left side and the insurance would only fix that one side i processed to tell Bryran how would he know that if he did not witness the accident he said he could tell from previews repairs on the bumper keep in mind I only own the truck 2 month befor this happend if it was repaired was not under my owership and even if that was the case why would you repatch some1 else work a real body shop would called the insurance and say hey this bumper been previously repaired were gone need a new one. I called the insurance and told them there responce to there poor worl was based on them saying only the left side got damaged they responded according to the picture on file the whole bumper was hit they did not know were the left side only statement came from. They advised me when a bumper is hit most shops replace and they will cover for it specialy if theres no proof as in a pic befor the accident that there was previouse damage there. I made a call to the owner of the shop same day I picked up my truck till this day havent hearded nothing back or even got a offer to bring it back sp they can look at all there mistake and possibly fix it. I took my same truck to 5 diffrent shop in Fairbanks showed them thag bumper they stated they would 1st tryed to repair it but if it was previously repair they would simply re placed it with and re paint it. They stated the bumper was repaired incorrectly. Stay away from this shop and read the google reviews they have another site called carwise were they tell customer give them good rating I would not trust that site it maked them look good for sure I was fooled for looking at that one instead of google. All recent bad reviews are with in this month dont be fooled people.

Fairbanks Collision and Glass is the best collision repair I have ever had! I had gotten rear ended by a big truck that received no damage well my car was actually just inches away from being considered totaled. Scott and his team fixed up my car beyond superbly! They matched the paint perfectly and actually fixed my original spoiler! My back end is so beautiful with the fresh paint and no Alaskan rock chips that it almost makes me want to get my front end redone! They did a fantastic job and I would be happy to take my vehicle back if I ever encounter getting in a car accident again! I will also be taking my car in for when I get my windshield replaced soon! Will add another review of that service!

Stay away and go to a different shop. We brought our brand new truck in for repair incurred on the pcs up here. Hail and glass repair. They took longer than first stated. When we would call and check on the progress, we were told on week 3 of them having it nothing has been started and all of a sudden will be getting to it. The day before we were to pick the truck up they called said they had issues with the paint booth and paint . Hour later said they were back up and ready . Went to pick up the truck and the roof wasn’t even painted in some spots. Areas had paint bubbles and finger prints where someone touched the paint. Dirt under the paint. We let them know and took it in and fixed it, and we had to leave it a 3rd time for them to correct the shops paint issues. Month and half later it was finally “ready” we paid the deductible and went on our way. Fast forward to February 2019 we get a letter from safe light stating we owe them money for the windshield repair??? Called progressive they paid the shop and the shop never paid safelight. Took to months feb to April 2019 to have progressive and safelight figure this out. The money owed to safelight hit my credit credit, which they’ve since fixed. Progressive re paid safelight and now is going after the shop to get the money owed to progressive. I hope people read the reviews and consider this when going to the shop.

If I could post zero stars, I would.The front end of our 2014 Crosstrek was pretty badly smashed in from an accident we had. As covered by USAA, Fairbanks Collision was a preferred business to deal with, so we chose to get the vehicle fixed there.Since it was a newer vehicle and the damage was extensive, we assumed wed be out a vehicle for quite a while. The estimated return day was about a month out. And while that was not ideal, it was manageable.After carpooling for a month, working on opposite sides of town, we were ready to get our vehicle back. Throughout this time we received text updates on the vehicle. We went on a Friday to pick it up (because the text said it was complete), only to be informed that they had found additional damage and needed it for a while longer, 2 weeks longer exactly.Two weeks rolled around, and it still wasnt ready. This cycle continued and is still continuing to this day. It has been 3 months and 3 days since weve been down a car! And every single flipping time you call these people, they apologetically say it wont be ready until tomorrow. I think Ive heard it wont be done today, hopefully tomorrow about 15 times at this point.Im disgusted by this business. I will never go here again, and I am calling my insurance company to try and persuade them to take this off their list of preferences. They should not be granted so much business through these insurance companies when they are filled with empty promises and incompetency.Please, for my sake, reconsider choosing this business.

Fairbanks Collision is good at one thing....playing the system to royally rob their customers and the insurance companies that refer you to them.My husband took our truck to Fairbanks Collision & Glass after a friend accidently felled a tree on the roof of the truck cab. USAA referred us to Fairbanks Collision after Fairbanks Collision gave them the lowest bid, which is part of their technique for taking the insurance company and customer for hundreds to thousands of dollars more than the job is worth.Fairbanks Collision & Glass quoted the job for $5000 to USAA. When we finally got the truck back (over a month later), they had charged USAA $14,000 and would not give the truck back to my husband until he paid them $350 OVER what they quoted him to do some extra work on the paint on one door ($850 total)....which by the way now looks worse than before they started.The truck looks like a 17 year old who just got an airbrush for his birthday painted it.....They failed to mention that USAA doesnt pay for adjacent panel blending, (because $14000 isnt enough) so none of the body panels match each other.....for that much money dont you think they could have sanded the panels, fill in the spots with body filler, and made it look like something better than a MAACO paint job?They polished the truck, which chipped off a bunch of paint on undamaged panels, so they didnt fix any of that because it wasnt part of the original job...so now the thing just looks like a big shiny terd.They threw away parts of the trucks dash without asking, which my husband made them dig out of the trash and clean to give back.....And maybe this is just me being a stickler for detail, but they didnt reinstall the mud flaps on the truck because its not factory equipment...they just threw them in the back seat.....so dont drive behind us because well probably throw a big Alaska rock at your windshield!This place is super shady, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Oh...by the way.....this company did this to my husband who is serving as soldier in the US Army in Alaska while I am deployed overseas in the Middle East.....thanks for your service too Fairbanks Collision & Glass.

Kept pushing my pickup date back, first by a week, then several more times saying it will be ready tomorrow. Yet day after day of them saying itll be ready it never was. Also very unprofessional how they would say they would call me back but never would.

Ive brought plenty of vehicles there and all get fixed to new as if my vehicle was never in a collision.
