Nice apartments for sure, not the worst price for Alaska. Two story 2 bedroom is what I stayed in. Nice size kitchens and living room downstairs, average size bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Only complaint is no bathroom on ground floor, difficult for people with disabilities and generally inconvenient to have to walk upstairs just to use restroom. Otherwise great experience, very close to Safeway and Fred Meyers.

This complex is a nice place..please follow all the rules and respect other people as you want to be respected... The management is kind the rent is average for the area and units are comfortable.

Great location; banks, shopping, and dinning within walking distance; lots of playground equipment and other parks nearby. Excellent management, very welcoming family environment.

Lived here for four years. A lot less sketchy since the Klondike Inn closed! The management was always very nice.
