My dryer is working, so I am very happy with the service, thank you. I may need to call again soon because my washer is now doing strange things--wont finish a large load, but sits in water until I manually turn the knob for it to finish.I will call if I dont get it figured out.The motor gave out on the dryer after the element was fixed, but Jesse ordered the part, and came to fix it as soon as the parts came. He is amazing--friendly and kind. He also cleaned out the dryer while he was in there. A great repairman!

Sears is closed. U-Haul is now in this location.Quickly handled my rental.

Repairman was polite and neat. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after himslef. Washer works great now.

Once our appointment was scheduled, we had very prompt and good service on our appliance, but everything leading up to the final scheduling was very cumbersome. The person who came to do the work was very competent and a very nice guy.

I called and the service man came next day. He fix it and I had my washer again. I am happy.

Did everything they said they would do. Called before coming to the house, came prepared with the part he thought I would need (and was correct) and cleaned up any mess he thought he had made!!! Very professional and our washer works like it was brand new again!!!

The phone experience with Sears is always frustrating. I have a service contract for our furnace and Sears does not have a tech in the area. In order to get an OK to arrange for a tech on my own, it takes many call center people to finally get to a person who is authorized to issue the service.Ive used Alaska Best for the past several years (Fairbanks Alaska), their prices are much lower than Altrol who you have contacted in the past (In my opinion, they provide good service at extraordinarily high prices) and are quite dependable.Please note that I have had a continuios contract with you for close to 40 years. You do provide coverage at a reasonable rate. And I look forward to future service from you.Thanks---Richard Kacsur

I always buy my appliances from Sears because I know Sears team is going to be there to give me the support I need when any of the appliances need to be fixed of repaired.
