JLA Inflatables I give them 5*. Very happy it was easy to book reasonable Price. Set up was quick pick up was flawless. I was looking forward to celebrating a Birthday and celebrating the first day of no school. The kids had so much fun. It was great to watch them enjoy. I recommend 1000%. I thought about this for years and never put it together to find out it easy as calling ahead and holding a spot. If You looking at this review I am telling you you won’t regret it.

Great Experience! I had been renting from another company for the past few years but when I needed them this year, no one was getting back to me. So i found JLA through google and read the other good reviews. They were responsive, on time, polite and efficient with both set up and pickup. They helped to make my sons birthday party a huge success. I will be renting from JLA from now on!

We started early Fall in our search for a rental company to provide entertainment for our Project Graduation party on 6/24/21. Jose provided not only the best prices but he and his team provided the best service. Jose was highly responsive to any and all questions we had and changes we needed to make along the way. When delivering the equipment, his team was right on time, highly efficient and really great to work with. We decided on the meltdown - huge hit for the seniors, as well as the inflatable ax throwing, soccer darts, joust, speed pitch, photo booth, carnival tents, pop a shot, snow cone and cotton candy maker. The students all reported this being the best party they could have ever imagined and JLA did not disappoint. We would highly recommend JLA for our next event and you should too!!

Came through last minute for my sons party and delivered asap and saved ny party another company failed to give dimensions of slide a d didn’t fit. This company tells you everything up front and came through. Thank you

We used JLA for our School Fun Fair. This is a tradition that we do every other year. I reached out to JLA to incorporate more inflatables and games into our Fair this year. From the moment I spoke to them I was impressed. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and willing to work with our school and our budget. We had 3 bounce inflatables. A castle, the Vertical Rush and the 40ft obstacle course. We also had the mirror me photo booth which was a HUGE hit with the kids. Weeks leading up to the event, they reached out to finalize all items and the day of the event, they were extremely prompt and arrived ahead of schedule. They set up and did an amazing job working with us and I was also impressed at how polite all the workers were. Many times, I go to events with inflatables and the workers are not pleasant and appear like they could care less to be there let alone working with kids. NOT the case with JLA. I am a teacher at my school and a parent and I have heard RAVE reviews of the company, their equipment and cant wait til the next Fair when we use JLA again!! I would tell you to book JLA a million times! From a very pleased customer, teacher and parent of students that were able to enjoy their services we say thank you!!!

I was put in charge to rent inflatables for a corporate event. I chose JLA inflatables because of the many reviews from customers who were schools or larger entities. There is a criteria for government and towns for hiring. This means JLA carries the appropriate certifications and licenses, and probably is not run out of a basement.It was pleasure working with JLA, from booking, delivery/installation and the follow through. The staff was friendly and well trained, I recommend JLA INFLATABLES and I will be back.

We used JLA for an end of school year event this week for large inflatables and cotton candy machine. They were excellent to work with. Very prompt in their responses. And excellent customer service. Searched google for some local places for a work event and JLA Inflatables met our expectations. We ordered the soccer dart inflatable and the meltdown and they were huge hits. The set up was earlier then expected (always a good thing) and the guys were quick and great with the crowd once everything was set up and good to go. I would use them again for any event possible!

Our annual neighborhood block party was looking for something fun for the kids and adults - a very reasonably priced dunk tank rental was just the ticket. Jose and his staff took great care of us and went above and beyond our agreement to make sure everyone had a great time. I had a great experience with JLA Inflatables, the bounce house combo was just like the picture (I have had bad experiences in the past with others companies). It was brand new and clean. My sons birthday party was a hit everyone was happy.

I rented the mickey mouse toddler learning center bounce house last year for my sons first birthday, it was so beautiful, It was clean and looked better in person than it did on the pic. The employees are very friendly and helpful, both on the phone and the guy who delivered, Everyone at my sons party complimented the bounce house saying they felt they were walking into mickey park when they saw it. It was such a hit and I am so satisfied with this company that I just booked it again for his birthday this year, Dont go anywhere else, the prices cant be beat and they have everything you need for a great party, thanks Jla for making my sons party a hit!

I called this place and spoke with two individuals for prices and availability. One of the individuals - Jose - is the owner. I spoke with Jose first and then with a lady and obtained prices. I called them back a few minutes later - literally a few minutes later - and they did not answer the phone. I left several messages to confirm the reservations and none of my messages were returned. In short, this business did not exhibit the business sense or courtesy to at least return my (5) telephone calls. If for some reason they had rented what i was looking to reserve in the few minutes it took me to call them back to confirm, then they could have at least called me to tell me. I guess customers and potential customers that are ready to pay about $1,000 for rental of inflatables for 5 or 6 hours in one day are not worth their time or the courtesy of a two-minute call!

Great customer service, very reasonable prices, will rent from them again.
