Had my first appointment here for a Brazilian and won’t be my last :) It was a pleasant experience. I usually get pretty anxious before these appointments, but my tech Ellie really made me feel comfortable and at ease. Easy to talk to, very quick and efficient at what she does. The pain wasn’t intolerable, and she talked to me throughout the entire session which helped a lot. Prices are also very affordable and you get a free Brazilian every 10th session! Arc Salon is a local gem. Everyone who works there is wonderful, but Kim is my personal favorite for eyebrow threading. Kim takes her time and extremely thorough - I am always happy with the way my eyebrows turn out when I see her. I never have to worry about my eyebrows, because I know she will take good care of them and make them look exactly the way I want. I tend to receive lots of compliments on my brows after getting them done by Kim and always recommend her to friends and family. She is also super sweet, friendly, and soft-spoken so it’s easy to love going to see her. Eyebrow threading can sometimes be painful, but Kim is so gentle - the whole experience is so soothing thanks to her!

I absolutely recommend Kim at ARC beauty Fairlawn. I have about three years threading & waxing with her. I refuse to let anyone but her do my tread & wax since I’m very sensitive she’s always very careful, is use to me blinking with the tread. I’ve had burn issues in other locations so I am happy I was recommended this salon. Don’t forget to ask Kim to tint your eyebrows you won’t regret it. They truly deserve all the 5 stars reviews. Sheila took care of me, she’s BEYOND AMAZING! Sheila made me feel comfortable every step of the way, she is extremely patient and understanding. Sheila made sure to check up on me after every hair pulling, I originally came for a Brazilian, but she was soo good that I let her wax my armpits and brows as well. I came out amazed, feeling brand new. Mind you, its my first time getting waxed in general. If I could give Sheila more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Definitely recommend her. My first time coming here was well worth it. I’m a lady again lol. When you first walk in it’s clean and relaxing. You check in, wait to be called (which isn’t long at all) Nilam did my Brazilian and leg wax. She was so nice! We talked throughout the entire wax. She was fast and she did a really good job. The wax was beautiful! She got every hair follicle! No one wants to shave anymore! I didn’t feel uncomfortable. The scheduling system they have is great. This place is also very affordable. The receptionist was also very nice, (rare to get that from other places) Euro has nothing on them. 10/10 will be going back again. I immediately recommended my sisters to come here! I LOVE KIM!!!!! She is the only one I trust with my brows and she is seriously the sweetest. She literally remembers everyone’s names and holds a conversation so well, she makes the entire experience so comfortable and welcoming. She recently got me into tinting my brows and literally found the perfect shade for me, and now I do it every time I get my brows threaded as an add on! Went for a Brazilian wax. While I was met with kindness and a very friendly staff the waxing was sub par. I was left with bruises and pain that I have not felt when getting Brazilian else where. Feeling disappointed

I went to Arc Beauty Salon for a Brazilian and full legs wax. I have very sensitive skin and some waxes make me irritated and cause bumps, however, I had no issues with their wax. My experience was positive and my wax specialist, Ellie, was super friendly and professional.

Ask for Ellie. She’s the only one that shapes my brows perfectly thus far. I tried another lady and wasn’t happy. Clean place. They sanitize the chairs after each use and it’s so clean and modern. You check into a tablet. I drive over 30 min because it’s the only threading place I feel safe at.

I’ve been coming to Arc for a little over a year now, and I’ve never had a bad experience! When I went for my first wax last year, I was so nervous, but Ellie made me feel so comfortable and she continues to do so until this day. If I happen to go on a day when she’s not working to get my eyebrows done, I’m not afraid to go to any employee as they are all the best, super professional, and they all do a great job on my eyebrows. I went two days ago for my first appointment since the salon reopened, and the place looks great! It’s nicely renovated, clean, I see the employees constantly wiping their chairs and equipment down with disinfecting wipes and sprays. Best place to get body waxing, I highly recommend Shila! She was extremely professional and thoughtful. I’ve been going to her for a few months now and each time is less and less painful.
