I called to have a carpet cleaned and the person on the phone told me that they would come a different day. I told her “nevermind” and disconnected. She called me back immediately to tell me that they have room today at 4pm and if anything changes, she’ll call me back in 30 minutes . I told her please don’t waste my time because today is the only day. She assured me this will not happen and they need ongoing customers . 5pm comes by, no call. I call her and ask her what’s going on and she said “ oh yeah he told me he won’t make it “ . I asked her why she didn’t tell me and she said “ well I didn’t know that would happen” . Terrible customer service . I would not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional.

I’ve used them for a total of two times now for my apartment which had an ALL white carpet in the main living room. When I called them up, they communicated with me promptly and the cleaning guy was at my place right on time as we discussed.

We have white floor tiles and the white grout was already black in color. Had them cleaned to remove molds and mildew and I was pleased to see our white grout back to being its natural color again.
