My favorite car wash. I live 20 mins away but I still make the trek. They are very detailed. I love their work. I tried different ones but they are never as good.

The exterior was on point, the car looked new like WOW! Theres a nice waiting area with chairs and a tv along with some car accessories. Purchased the VIP wash and it was decent interior cleansing. Some finger prints on the window driver side, little streaks inside the windshield,minor dirty spots but hey it happens. It was a total of 25mins wait so not that bad. Car smelled clean!

Though there was a line waiting to get in, they moved it quickly and smoothly. (Sometimes its the customers that hold everyone back. I mean, why wait until the LAST second to clean out your car, especially when there is a line?!) Any way. Service: GREAT Choices: GREAT Speed: GREAT Prices: REALLY good. Dont get me wrong. Decent prices, but, the difference between low end to next is a dollar. Next is 4 dollars. Then the big daddy prices double (but offer extra services.) Overall, for my little civic. GREAT. Why five stars? Again...more than awesome. I also like how they offer oil changes and self service car washes here. As an old friend of mine used to say, Its all you need! My issue is more with the oil portion of the store, rather than the car wash. The latter was fine. My car was clean and the help was friendly. The oil change on the other hand, is a complete rip off. My dealer charges less than Zap does for an oil change. Its ludicrous.No thanks.

These guys do a very thorough job when it comes to both oil changes and car washes. For the price of an oil change $39 they make sure they check all your fluids change or fill at no additional cost and best part you get a free car wash worth $20 with every oil change..yes EVERY oil change. They also vacuum and widex the inside for no addtional cost.

Very nice place, I bring my 3 cars for regular oil change and car wash combo, carwash guys are very hard-working, try to find a slot when they are less busy, atleast 3-4 people work on the car while doing oil change and full service, also atleast 3 people will clean the car thourly

BEWARE THEY PULL STUFF OUT FROM UNDER YOUR HOOD. went in over the weekend to get a basic oil change i refused all the work they told me our car needed since all I wanted was a car wash the mechanic actually pulled out my intake when I got back into the car my check engine light was on this has never happened to me and am still shocked this happened. Went home scanned my car opened the hood and saw the hose sticking out. Go anywhere else but here trust me you will pay for it still debating to contact BBB

You should make sure from the beginning what you need and tell them. Otherwise they do extra stuff that you dont need and charge you later. This was not my first time here and last time they did vaccinator and more stuff and when I asked them at the register that why they didnt ask me before they do, they said because of Covid we have new policy!! You should have put a note or someone explain you.! No response and she fully charged me. And when I got in to my car the guy moved my seat and mirror. I have no idea why just because of two seconds that he needed to move it!!! And my belts were fastened!!! Not recommended this place

Just asked to clean the dirt out of tires to stop shaking and the employee just stood there while the other one cleaned the left side causing the problem to be way worse. Horrible wash and wouldn’t recommend

This place doesn’t deserve any star .Worst people you will encounter. Receptionist Patricia and the manager was so arrogant when dealing and take care of their customer. The last time I have my change oil they added too much air and bloated my tires.Very bad attitude, no manners and arrogant.Owners should make evaluation specially the manager otherwise you’ll loose your customers because of your manager and staff.I message the manager that I won’t come back here anymore and manager responded with I don’t care . CUSTOMERS B WARE- Upset that an $35.95 oil change ended up costing $150.. for things I was told must do because my oil who I change within miles of recomended was soooo dirty that could damage motor..when my husband called to question the added work they say they tell that to all customers..I feel I need to be more knowledgeableand not to go by their recomendations ..in addition they didnt find i had leaking radiator..

They AWAYS try to up charge you for oil changes. they call you inside and tell you how your car needs things that you didn’t expect and that you HAVE to use the better oil when you Just want regular and be on with it. Was quoted $82.00 then I told Him I wanted regular and charged me more than the standard and they act like you said something bad for demanding regular. Once you tell them no they just get annoyed with you.

Worst place ever. They broke my wiper blade when i asked for a new one, they told me that i didnt have one :) after 30 min, they replaced with a new, but smaller one. Their mechanic system is old and worn, thats why they are taping everywhere on your car, so the machines doesnt brake your cars parts. But when it brakes they are blaming on you. Crazy !

I try to wash my mini van once a week in the winter (Does not work out that great because of the weather). Best time to go if you want an interior and exterior was is during the week or on a sunday, you will have best results. (Try mot to go on a Saturday). Only exterior washes are between 5PM to 10 PM every day. If you keep inside of your vehicle clean, the exterior was would be best for you.

The receptionist is the worst. she was giving me the worst attitude because i wanted to pay for the wash with my gift card. and i think the gift card didnt have enough funds so she started yelling DECLINED! as if i didnt have money to pay for the wash. the wash there is not the best. could of been a lot better. never going there again .

I gave the car wash on Shreveport barksdale one more try. The top and sides of my car were clean but the front and back were not touched at all. This location is very convenient for me and my coworkers. The wash I got was a total waist of my money and time. I will not return. My business will be at Rocketfast from now on. Very disappointed, again. If I was able, I would give zero star.

Stay far away from their oil changing services, theyre a bunch of crooks! Took my car in for a simple oil change and they tried to tell me that they were only using synthetic oil and it was going to come out to $68.50 plus tax. How only dealers are using the regular 30 oil. Needless to say I reversed my car and got the hell out of that location!!! CROOKS!!!!!!

If your going for a quick wash its not the greatest, but I typically go for the VIP car wash and my car comes back in like new condition. As an uber driver that is what matters, my car needs to be spotless and odorless and these guys get the job done. The techs take pride in showing me my car and the touch spots on the interior that they took care of. The vip wash takes about an hour. It runs through the wash and then is taken to the back for some detailing and for the price you cant beat it. Its about 60 bucks but the inside and out of your car is taken care of.

This is my first car wash since moving to NJ from Chicago. The prices for the services offered seemed average. Around $13.00 for a basic full service car wash. They could have vacuumed the carpets better, but for the price it was okay. I took the car back home and finished up the car cleaning by touching up the spots the wash missed and that the windows & dash needed a second cleaning. All corners in the vehicle are still dirty, especially carpets.

Good place to get a non-hand car wash. Detailing available. But, sometimes the workers miss cleaning corners of the interior. Many auto accessories in waiting area. Comfortable shop. 16 year customer. Good shop.

They told me that my engine needed to be cleaned and I only came for an oil change!!!!! They showed me a cup full of black water and said that thats what my engine looked like!!!!! So instead just having to pay like 80 I payed 140!!!!!! Go to pepboys!!!!!

I went for oil change on 28 Jan 2020. To my surprise it was done within minutes. I was given an itemized bill for the amount I paid i.e. $38.33. The attendant named Orlando was extra sweet and smiling. When I started asking one by one about each item if the task is done or not. He said no need for air in tires, all good. When I asked about lubricating door locks, he rand inside to get his can and lubricated in front of me. The I asked about windshield washer fluid he said it is full. I asked him to show me. Upon seeing at level, I asked him ‘do you think it is full’. He sat in my car and drove it inside. Where I asked one by one about battery fluid, power steering fluid, differential fluid break fluid etc. To my surprise he had not checked any thing, leave alone filling those fluids. Out of 13 tasks on the list, he did 6 infront of me. Only God knows if he actually changed engine oil, oil filter, lubricated chassis or not. I am sure he didn’t check tire pressure coz he let on repeating tire pressure all good and guess what 2 days later i.e. 30th Jan my car showed indicator for tire air pressure. I was so annoyed. Had he actually checked air in tires, indicator wouldn’t have popped up.I only chose Zap lube coz it remains open till late and could go after work to get the oil changed.Such poor service.I paid the full amount, I expect full service. I, as a customer, want value for money. I payed from my hard earned money.I was not getting oil changed for free!!! Then why Zap Lube has put saw dust in my eyes? Just because I am a girl and went alone to get the tasks done.If this attendant named Orlando has done this to me, I am sure he must have done this to many. And I am not the only one or the last one.Zap Lube must mend their ways or they will be in a big trouble one day soon.

I always go here with all my cars for oil changes and flushes. The people are cool, they are always trying to do more than what you came for.

Quick wash but not that detail oriented. Left soap and wet spots around doors. Noticed when I opened the door to get in. Pretty good amount too, so they defiantly just did not finish the job. Too bad, used to be pretty good.

I paid $ 35 for 5 min wash, they dont even clean inside the way is supposed to, they dont use armor all inside either, you have to pay extra for armor all . Thats too bad .

Used to be great. On weekends they run the cars through on high speed on the tracks. Last few years theyve jacked up the prices and dont clean the inside nearly as well as they used to.

Zap Lube in Fair Lawn, NJ. what a joke!!. their technicians stated that my vehicle needed transmission fluid . I took my vehicle back to the dealership that same day. and they totally lied!!!I GUESS THEY NEED CLIENTS. all I wanted was an oil changed and couldnt do that right. spilled oil all over my engine., WHAT SLOBS.

If you get there early you are in and out fast. Get oil changes here and havent had any complaints, they do try to get you to do other stuff which is typical of these type of places but if you say no they arent pushy about it. On a nice day the car wash gets really packed, but they do move fast though. They have coupons online for oil changes and car washes too to save you some money.

Horroble. I went there for the first time yesterday. I had to pick up my son so I rushed out and did not take a good look inside until late. It was disgusting. They did not vacuum anything but a few spots on the seats. I have an SUV and the back still had dirt and crumbs in all the corners. It did not look like they went back there at all. The seats were not vacuumed either and the cup holders were still dirty and sticky. If I didnt have my son with me I would have gone back to complain and have them do it over. Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever received.

Save your cash, get a kid to wash your car for 10$ he will do a better job. They didnt even wiped the dashboard once, 5 minute job and it looks like it. Very disappointing.

Been here 10+ times, but now I am done. Oversell me every time. Free car wash is a scam as well. All sorts of limitations that prevent actual use and if you are able to use it get ready for half effort from the washer guys and rude service over all. I get the part that they dont all speak English but its a car wash. Pick your package and your car gets cleaned. They did a good job getting the bugs off the car also.

I went there in August 2018 for an oil change, I noticed my bumper was scratched post oil change. When I asked them about it they denied it and said it must have happened before ...I probably did not realize.Things got worse, on 1/17/2019I went back for my next oil change and 10 days after that visit I got an indicator on my motherboard saying oil was low and check engine. I called my Subaru service dealership who told me that zap lube probably did not reset the indicator on my motherboard. I was concerned because I also started hearing a rattling noise coming from the engine so I immediately scheduled an appointment with my Subaru dealership. On the drive to the Subaru dealership my engine stalled and my car needed to be towed to the dealership. My daughter and I were luckily not hurt by this incident since the engine stalled while we were on the garden state parkway !!! The Subaru service said that there was no oil in the car—- it was completely dry! Zap lube forgot to put oil in my car and all I came there was for an oil change on 1/17!! UnbelievableNever again, place destroyed by car and I needed a new engine !

Had oil changed here. Pretty fast, got a free wash, so cant complain really. But they could pay a tiny bit more attention to cleaning inside of the car.

My family has been coming here for over 20 years. They are always honest about what needs to be done. Spam of the guys have been here this whole time. This tells me its a solid place.
