If you come in the morning be prepared for a long line. Very slow stuff. Better come in the afternoon. All the rest is fine.

I go here all the time for my blood work this place is great and clean ..The employees r very nice always at any time u go inside ...I appreciate that I know how it is with some customers...

Ive been to several different Labcorp and this is by far the best one. I travel close to 40 min to get there every time I need my Lab work.

I walked in today January 30th, 2020 at 2:59pm. I thought I was going to be turned away but the girls in the office still serviced me. The office smelled wonderful! The girls there were super nice due to me walking in close to their closing time. Great service!

The service was AMAZING HERE Amphy Reyes is a extraordinary phlebotomist. From the moment i walked in she was a sweetheart.Didnt feel a thing. I was literally in and out. TAKE NOTES FELLOW COWORKER....... Thats the way its done!!! 5 stars for you!!!

The receptionist was so friendly as was the phlebotomist. They took me before my scheduled appointment time. The facility was clean and proper.

Had amazing service here! There was no wait, the receptionist was extremely nice, and the phlebotomist made me laugh the entire time! The phlebotomist was making jokes the entire time, and I could definitely tell that he loved his job! Also this was one of the few time I didnt bruise from a blood test.

Big shout out to Schevone!! My 9 year old daughter had to have bloodwork for the first time ever and was terrified to say the least. Schevone took the time to calm her down, explain the procedure and risks of not sitting still and got in the vein first try. The office runs very efficiently and the staff is friendly and professional.

Was at the office today April 2nd, 2018.The staff was super courceus and friendly. The procedure went on 4 hours and was painless.

Professional front staff, express check in used utilizing the mobile appointment confirmation barcode. The phlebotomist was excellent and spoke to my 7 year old the whole time, asking her questions while drawing her blood. I would highly recommend this labcorp office. I waited less the 5 minutes, before being called inside.

Had to go for a wellcare blood test, 11/09/18, 7:30AM appointment. Receptionist was great, as was the phlebotomist, and the place was full. Was taken on time, blood taken with no trouble, ez peezy. Go with the proper paperwork and all will go as it should. In other words, you do your part, theyll do theirs, do it well, and do it professionally.

Have to go to the lab each week. I hate going because most of the people are so rude went last Friday 4/27 and the manager was so rude, when I looked at my boyfriend because she was so unpleasant she said is there anything wrong and I said yes u can smile at which point she put on a fake smile and went in the back and instructed the other girl to smile. When I told the other girl that the woman (manager) was so rude she said thats my boss. I asked for her bosses name and she would not give it to me. I dread going back this week.

I went to lapcorp in Fairlawn near train station on 3/2/2018 around 11 am . The stuffs their was so unfriendly,It seems like they are not happy with their career and we pay their to get such a service . Too bad lapcorp is such a nice organization but they should monitor their employees more. I have been to others lapcorp, there were happy and treat people much nicer.

UPDATE: The old regime has been gone for a while, replaced with much more competent (and friendly) people. They do their best to accommodate appointments, but sometimes youll wait a bit anyway.I have been going to the Fair Lawn location for years now. This was my first time at the new location. In all the years of my going there, I never had a problem. The other day was different. I was greeted by a rude woman whose first words to me were not hello, but Insurance card and prescription. Then I was asked for photo ID and my phone number. When I asked what my phone number would be used for, since I am very leery about giving it away, she said it was for my records. I verified no one would be texting me since that is my latest pet peeve. She got all snippy with me and asked why I thought Id be texted. Oh, I dont know. Maybe because many medical offices have texted me without my permission and I was trying to prevent one more from doing the same? And wouldnt you know it, this very same woman ended up being the phlebotomist. She was no more friendly then than she was before. She put gauze over the area when she was done, and then taped over my arm. (You cant spring for band-aids, Labcorp? This is definitely not the first time thats how my arm was left after bloodwork.) To add insult to injury (literally), I was bleeding through the gauze, which I have never done in 30 years of bloodwork, since I was a child.I work in the medical field as well. If I treated people how I was treated today, Id be fired. These people are representing your company. Is this the best you could do? I have read reviews of other Labcorp locations, and people had similar experiences with front desk people. Is it so hard to hire friendly professionals these days?? Good grief.

Agree and been to all different labcorp. Rude and did it all. The cut staff. There used to be 3 people in these places . Now A one man show.. they make money so i dont understand. But i refuse to go here .
