The service was beautiful. The service we received from day 1 to the service day was great. Unfortunately after the flowers were delivered to my home all contact stopped. We have heard no update or anything in regards to my moms ashes. Today I reach out to one of the directors to try and find out what is going on with her urn and certificate, he tells me he is not in the office yet but would call me back by 9:15 which was an hour later. When no return call was made we contacted the funeral home again, the admin was very kind and helpful and let us know the urn is ready. Well how long has it been ready? Why has noone called to let me know what is going on with my mom? Over two weeks after the service, I find myself very disappointed at the unprofessionalism and complete lack of respect to this matter.
