I give Cyber Center five stars because I brought my sons computer in, he found out what was going on with it, and got it fixed the very same day. Impressive.

Best computer store on the planet!!! If you go absolutely anywhere else you are literally just wasted your money!!! One and done in you catch my drift!!! Hours vary because Merica! Alex is a Computer GOD and a Apple Shaman! I drive a mini cooper so just trust me!

The owner is very knowledgeable and excellent at customer service! I have bought things from Alex for a few years and he always stands behind what he sales! Recently my daughter opened a business in town and he helped us set up the office, we told him what we needed and he helped us set it up quickly! He even came to the office a couple times and helped me when I had computer issues that I couldn’t figure out on my own! Highly suggest Cyber Center for all your computer needs!

Reasonably priced and able to complete the repairs fast!

I contacted to have a repair. Turns out the repair would have cost more than a replacement. So I purchased a laptop and I could not be more happy with it. Exactly what I was looking for and within my budget!

Alex is wonderful!! He was able to pull all of my files off a laptop that had been through a fire and soaked with water!! Costumer service was fantastic and he was very professional. On top of all that he finished sooner than he originally thought. I would highly recommend his services over a corporation any day!!

Whats there not to like about Alex....I have NEVER had such fantastic customer service in my 52 years. He is friendly, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. He never once made my wife or I feel inadequate. Not only did he set us up with top of the line computer he explained how all the bells and whistles worked. VERY affordable prices and I do mean every word. Thats coming from a man who squeaks when he walks. You would be silly not to come to cyber center in Excelsior Springs, Missouri and check it out. I bought a laptop from this store, I couldnt believe the deals they had going. Very far priced, helpful, and my laptop works like a dream. I had a different laptop worked on and he even added some extra programs I needed for my laptop to preform faster. He really knows his stuff and is always willing to listen and help with all questions. I would recommend this store to everyone!
