Feel like its a scam to get credit card number, made an appt waited 3 hours nobody showed so I called and was told they called me to cancel and left a voice mail which they never did I left to phone numbers no calls no voice mails and I was hung up on after I started getting frustrated. I will not be calling them again

I took the day off for this repair and they cancelled just hours before. They use a call center and cant be bothered to have someone local for their customers. Willing to bet their 5 star reviews are from their own employees.

WARNING!!!!!!! Stay away, these guys are shady and will take you for every dime you have. I paid 550$ to get my refrigerator fixed, they couldn’t fix it and said they would refund my money. That was 3 months ago and I’m still fighting with them to get it back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
