Since I been going to ewa autozone, they always had the part I needed. If not theyll call and find out which store does.

Super helpful there, they knew exactly what I needed when I described the issue my car was having. Definitely a go-to because they’re very knowledgeable!

Visited this store yesterday and received excellent customer service from Levi! He went above and beyond to help me locate a starter and an appropriate jack system for my needs. He also helped load my items outside into my vehicle! Thank you Levi for your patience, superior assistance and attention to detail!!

The customer service representative I was dealing with had no clue what a spark plug was when he found the spark plugs they were incorrect he probably shouldnt be working in this industry since clearly he doesnt understand what Auto parts actually are because the spark plugs he did find were not for my vehicle when I told him my vehicle type hes still selected the incorrect vehicle type and said oh thats the same no I know the difference between the two different types of vehicles one is a V8 one is a 4 cylinder then the manager was just a jack hole with attitude I would avoid this place their employees and management suck

This store usually has most items Ive needed. Staff is not always friendly or helpful. Prices are reasonable. The parking lot is a mess (deep potholes everywhere and trash on the ground) and not always easy to navigate through.

Store is clean and organized. Was able to find what I needed for cleaning my car and adding all necessary fluids.

Clueless workers who havent turned a wrench in their lives. Customer Service 👎👎👎. Knowledge about Cars and parts to service 👎👎👎. All they know is what their computer tells them. Pre-ordered ball joints from in store at the ewa beach location the guy helping me says theyll give me a call soon as it comes in which should be in their next delivery from their salt lake location. 3 days later I call to check on the part to see if it came in they ended up sending it back to Salt Lake because their employee couldnt follow up in time. Id give this place 0 stars if I could. Shouldve never let Napa close down.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Benjamin went above and beyond assisting me with a return and even attempted to fix my old gas cap. I would give a 5 star review but there was not a gas cap available for my vehicle from the Autozone database that fit.

We had installed the wrong size battery and couldn’t pass Safety Check. I called the store and they were able to get me the right size battery. Associates David and Justin were super helpful and installed the right one for me. I really appreciated everyone’s help.

Make sure you check the part number when getting anything here. They pay no attention to what they’re doing. Did this twice to me already. We all make mistakes, I won’t make it a third time. Last time I buy anything from them.

Today started really bad day, got my car tow at ewa beach Autozone to get my battery check. Right when I walk in the door everyone was so friendly and greeted me welcome. Then May help me test my battery and sure enough it was the battery that is bad. I was getting worried that I have to buy another battery but May look it up tru warranty and lucky enough got it covered. Then took it in the car and as I was installing it for a very long time and was unsuccessful. I was waiting for my bradda but May came and install battery for me and mom. even she already going home. Mahalo I’m reallly really thankful. I didn’t got her full name cause it was dark but she said her name was May. Fast service and the Best customer service. Good store. Shows the true spirit of ALOHA.

Even though I am on vacation and not a resident of Hawaii, I am glad to say that the customer service is as awesome here as the ones from my hometown!I am also grateful that they consistently stock the same items at practically at each location.I went by to pick up a fuel pump for my brothers SUV.As always, they had part in stock and they are really friendly here!

Sales associate, Nando, was very unprofessional.(1) He would shout across the store for someone to help him with a simple return - everybody in the store doesn’t need to know our business at the register.(2) Openly discussed the use of marijuana amongst his coworkers and in front of me (the customer).I advise you to go to the Autozone in Kapolei. Service there is a lot faster and more professional than the Ewa Beach location.

I called ahead to see if they had 2000 grit(very fine) sandpaper for working on my clear coat. The hardware store didnt have it but these guys came through. They took me right to it when I got there. Good service and selection.

Broad inventory clean and neatly kept; however, some associates (not all) need better customer service skills. As a matter of fact, a couple of people are downright rude.

First time I went there the cashier didnt even want to help me asked about a oil and he right there and walk alway went back next went back in for a fuel no one wanted to move from the counter to help me or come outside to my car to check I though to my self is it juat me or this is for real went back to the store them to run a reading on my car then he told me what I needed I kept on asking and finally I wrote it down on my phone just went home didnt remeber what was the part I needed so I called them and he said why the guy never u a print out I said no I was like I no Im not imaging what been going on them i called them for a part and I ordered it online to pick up at rhe store just to find outthey dont have it so I told they call the other store for me he told me they didnt have it i was piss this all happened in 1 week time frame then I went in there for another part told cashier ask if I wanted a reward card after spending 20.00 5 time they give 20.00 on the reward card I told him wow I spend over 600.00 this week alone and only now someone said anything I will never go back to ewa beach store if they have a OReilly store here it would nake my day only reason I went back is because of ken

The staff there have little to NO knowledge of car parts. And if they cant find it on the computer they have no clue how to find it. When I was there I ask if they work on cars and the couple guys I asked said no. So lame. How are they supposed to help customers. I just put one star or I couldnt post so thats on the high side.
