I went to Ewa Beach one and It was so fast and easy to get done it was a great experience. Terra, the person who helped me with my taxes did such a great job it only took really 15 ish minutes. She was so sweet and just knew what she was doing very fast and helped me get the best of my taxes. I highly recommend getting your taxes done here. Very family friendly and overall great service good vibe!

Terralyn was super helpful...I dropped off my taxes, she called to answer some questions. When I went into the office to sign papers she walked me through my taxes line by line explaining and went into details. She saved me so much money and helped me get back more money this year. She was very friendly and I loved the time she put into my tax returns

Came in for a scheduled appointment and it was pretty much the best experience i’ve had getting my taxes done. i usually dread having to go in. we had our 2 kids with us and they were pretty energetic and loud, Terralyn was great, she was outgoing and friendly. didn’t make us feel embarrassed for the kids behavior. she was quick and efficient and full of info. answered any questions we had and helped us get our max refund! so glad we ended up having Terralyn as our tax expert!

Ive been going to Jackson Hewitt for the past six years now to do my taxes. Its very easy. They always work with my schedule with having weekends and evening hours available to make appointments. My tax preparer Nela Kim helps me with making sure Im getting all the credits and deductions possible. Its simple and fast and I was in and out of there with no problem. The store is always very well kept and clean. Ill will continue to utilize their services.

Sherry was very kind and easy to talk with. She mentioned that she was overworked and that this wasnt her normal office.That being said, I have been getting letters and invoices from both local State and IRS since filing my taxes. There was mistakes on BOTH my Federal and State taxes. There was a $4000 error (not in my favour) on my State submittal and a $40 error on my Federal.The kicker? ALL OF THEIR OFFICES ARE NOW CLOSED ON OAHU! When I called to talk with someone about it, the lady mentioned that the only office open was in Hilo, ON A DIFFERENT ISLAND!!!! She expected me to call them to see what they could do.They dont have an email for customer service. They dont have local office phone numbers. So now I have no easy way to fix my taxes, even though I paid for their premium guarantee. Their fees were expensive on top of all of this hassle!I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
