What is important and differentiates himself from my previous lawn care services is that he timely communicates, is responsive and delivers what he said he will do! I found him via Yelp and he contacted me the next day. We walked through the yard and he gave me a fair estimate! Hired him on the spot! First impressions are very positive and am optimistic that this will be a long term relationship!

Price, service, and communication provided are excellent. Shows up on time when scheduled. Monthly yard maintenance: weed control, fertilizer, cut grass, edging, and planter debri cleanup. Able to add services as needed and happy to answer questions to rectify any issues you may be having with your lawn.

I was unable to do my lawn for a month due to my work schedule. So naturally my lawn looked like a jungle. I called KP at Nifty Lawns and was able to secure an appointment promptly at a very great price. I Came home to a beautiful perfectly mowed front and backyard which was also raked clean of all the grass cuttings! I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness of his service. I definitely plan to use him again.
