Some workers ate helpful some ate not sure about the VERIZON misleading its customers into false contracts they pay into.like UPGRADES. and over CHARGES WITH CONNECTION FEES! WHEN RETURNING A PHONE...

Initially, we just went in to compare prices and services, not expecting to switch providers. Because Britney provided such great customer service as well as an awesome personality, we were convinced that we wanted to make Verizon our wireless phone provider. She made us feel welcomed, valued and important and never pushed or forced any sales tactics. She answered all of questions and was very patient with us. We felt comfortable and confident when we made our decision to switch. I look forward to doing business with Britney and Verizon for years to come.🤙🏽

My husband and I came here this past weekend to set up his military discount and to purchase a new phone. We were helped by Britney and she was amazing! She helped us get our military discount application set up quickly. Even purchasing and transferring all of my husband’s data to his new phone was quick, we were literally in and out in less than an hour. Mind you, I bought a new phone a while ago from a different Verizon location and we were in the for 2 hours! Britney is quick, she has outstanding customer service and she really knows & does her job well.

Got there a few minutes before they opened. The representative, Shyla, was extremely helpful, friendly, and engaging. She helped me with my screen protector and was easy to talk to.

Britney and Jayron were super friendly. Went in there to upgrade to a iPhone 12 max, they were out of stock, Britney called another store and they had it. Customer service was outstanding...thank you Britney!

She was able to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood my purchase and changes before she finalized everything. I highly recommend going to this store for your Verizon needs. I received a call from Britney one of the managersjust to check up on me to see how I was doing. And from that call to her helping me in the store. She showed excellent customer service. She was very helpful and super sweet. I was able to get a add on that I never signed up for taken off my plan. And Britney also helped me up grade two of my phones. And she explained everything I needed to know about my new phone. I am really glad I answered her call. If you go to Verizon in Ewa ask for Britney.

First time experience! No crazy plan, kept it simple and easy! Last time I actually came to Verizon was back in 2014 but I wasn’t much on an iPhone person so my mom and dad did all the work. Service was smooth, answered all my questions while getting my plan ready! Happy with my product plus my service here! Even though the accessories were a bit of nasty prices, it really didn’t matter since this phone was the latest so had to catch up with the latest accessories haha. Thanks so much shylo! You da man!

He help me understand these new technologies without making it hard for me he took the time to explain what is necessary in everyday usage and also invited me back for more learning sessions. I like Verizon, but love Jon and his managers service at Ewa Beach Verizon. I like Victoria service is so kind and helpful. Thank you Jon youre awesome!

Buyer beware. Although the storefront is branded as Verizon, this location is actually a third party retailer. Didnt realize until I noticed they charged me above retail price for new phone, as well as tacked on $50 activation fee ($30 of which was for a service to remedy water damage, even though I have full coverage insurance...for a water resistant phone). This was in addition to the $40 activation fee that is actually charged by Verizon.I worked with Kevin, who was very nice and personable, but felt misled by his incomplete explanation of promotions and services. For example, I was told that I would be receiving $200 rebate if I spent at least that much in store. He helped me pick out a screen protector and case which brought my total (including taxes on phone) more than that amount. When I didnt receive any info to redeem rebate, I returned to the store and only then did he inform me that the promotion was for after $200 was spent in accessories.I dont feel as if Kevin did this maliciously, rather he was probably adhering to predatory business practices mandated by Victra. When I brought my concerns to his attention, he refunded me without any hassle or hesitation. To avoid any confusion in the future, I will make sure I only visit official Verizon company stores.

Kevin is the man at the Ewa Beach Verizon. I went to this store when it first opened several years ago and I felt I could have got more done at a kiosk in a mall. But since they became a full service/retailer, this place is great. Crowds and lines are predictable unlike the Kapolei store. Kevin was able to talk me through all the current offers and made sure I understood how all the discounts and rebates would effect my new bill. Keep up the good work. Im glad to have another great store in Ewa Beach so close to home. My son and I rode our bicycles to the Verizon store from our neighborhood -- its truly a convenient location for everyone in Ewa.

Great customer service!!! My phone was not connecting to the network and Kevin spent about 30 minutes trying determin what was wrong. He was able to fix the issue and assisted a few other customers using awesome multitasking skills!!! Great service and awesome people!!!

Straight disrespectful. Set up an appointment with Jason and I get to the store and a female associate said that he went home. Poor girl was busy all alone and this guy booked an appointment. Truly unprofessional.

Called to find out if a phone case was in stock and was put on hold for 10 minutes (per phone counter). I call back and the next girl that answers doesnt apologize until I ask her if she was the one that answered the phone. Kind of rude service today.

Been sitting here for about 10 minutes havent even been looked at. Literally 2 people helping one couple and the other helping a couple. Havent been able to sign in due to no pen on the sign in sheet. Places like this are the reason why I dont like even asking a question in the phone store.

2 employees that is with the same customer for an hour. Holidays and weekends they should schedule more employees. All I needed was a new SIM card and had to wait for over an hour to bee seen. I could have driven to a cooperate owned store in Kapolei and quicker service. The worst service ever or shall I say lack there of. No hello, no acknowledgment no someone will be right with you. The workers move extremely slow and the customers are just as slow. Never ever will I come back to this fake location. I have a very large following on Google Ill be sure to copy this review to get the word out. Avoid this lazy location.

Kevin was so helpful and offerred so many options on saving data, data plans, using my new devices, and then also setting up my employee discount. What an awesome team they have there. Good guys. Just visited the store to upgrade my iPhone and TIARE assisted me. She is the BEST customer service rep you could ask for!
