I love going to get waxed with Linzy. Second time following up for a Brazilian Wax and it was nearly painless. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would have rated my experience 5 stars. The only thing that I noticed, was that there was still a lot of left behind hair. I’m not sure if it’s the wax that is causing the hair to break off and not pull from the root.I love Linzy. I know she re-applies the strip multiple times to try and remove them.I have tried soft wax Brazilians and I feel like it leaves the area more clean and with less hair left behind.I will continue to re-book with Linzy. I’m sure her technique is perfect! It’s maybe the wax that isn’t taking all of the hair out all together.

I received a Brazilian Wax with Linzy. She was awesome, friendly, professional, and super efficient. Definitely was the most pleasant wax experience I’ve EVER had and I’m normally terrified of getting waxed. I was able to book same day too! Definitely recommend.

I experienced terrible & rude customer service via phone while speaking with a lady named Mackenzie. She claimed to be the district manger, when I requested to speak with a manger. I then asked could I speak to her manger she stated she does not have a manger above her because she is the owner of the company. She then placed me on hold saying there are customers in the store. She left me on hold for 10 mins so I hung up & called back. She answered the phone the 2nd time & left me on hold for yet another 10 mins. I’ve referred people to this company in the pass & will never again do so. I plan on supporting black owned establishments moving forward. If I could leave a 0/5 I would. A 1 star was far too generous, I’ve never experienced this while going to the location downtown on Ohio st and deeply regret changing locations. Very disappointed!!

I absolutely loved Kayla!!! Her personality, her vibe, her patience. We talked the whole time. And it was very quick. It only took 11 minutes for my Brazilian wax.! . On top of her using the tweezers and letting me see the mirror so I can look for myself. Also with having a piercing she made sure she was careful and cautious. Thank you Kayla girl.

She is super knowledgeable, welcoming and really made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous about getting a brazilian wax but it was well worth it. Linzy was awesome. She walked me through everything . Very knowledgeable on what she is doing down there. It was quick and fast. My first time experience was great. If you’re getting a Brazilian for the first time PICK HER. The wax center is very clean and the receptionist are nice as well.

Nadia was great! Very personable, informative and kind! She informed me that this is not her normal location and actually has me considering driving 40 minutes just to have her as my wax specialist again! Just moved from Wisconsin and this is the best wax center I have been to this far! Actually looking to work there now as a receptionist just because the service was that great!

I was inconvenienced twice both times I was headed on vacation and my appointment was canceled the day before. The second time after I expressed my frustration I was rescheduled for noon the next day. Got to the appointment on time but had to leave without service because the specialist was running behind. I waited 18 minutes and had to get back to work. This was my go to spot which is less than ten minutes from my house but I will be finding a new salon for my business. I was only offered a “have an amazing day”.

Today was my first time at the Evergreen Park European Wax Center. I’ve been going to a European Wax Center dating back to November of 2016 in Chicago’s Old Town location. This review is written because I was extremely taken aback by the Latina at the front desk who checked me out today around 2:00 pm. First, she asked me if I was ever informed of Wax Passes. I understand your job is to sell me that, but you should be able to see from your end that I’ve purchased them before. I just stopped going to a EWC location for awhile because I followed one of my estheticians for my waxes and because my go-to person is on vacation, I came here for a last minute appointment before my wedding. Secondly, she started telling me how I should have paid a 50% deposit for my services — I told her I didn’t get a call yesterday, and I pre-booked online about 2 weeks ago — I confirmed via text message yesterday that I would be here today at 11:45 am. The girl next to her said she was the one that called me this morning to double check. Why does the 50% deposit matter or so important to bring to my attention if I literally showed up for the said services and am standing at the counter ready to pay you for everything? I have reason to believe that this is racial profiling — I was their only Asian American client there, maybe she said this because she didn’t think I could afford to pay my $300+ bill. The only reason why I rated this a 3 star and not a 1 star is because I had a great experience with Erica and Dinah my waxer.

First time ever going to European Wax Center & first time ever at this exact location! I love the services that was provided for me by all staff and especially by my waxer Lindsey. The experience was great she made me feel comfortable than ever before while getting a wax from my previous experiences else where. I’m also pregnant and I was nervous for myself and didn’t know how I would react so Lindsey definitely helped me out and kept me cozy with comfortable! Today was my first day going to the evergreen park location, and today was by far the best experience I’ve had at European Wax from start to finish! Since the pandemic I was very questionable about coming in, but I must say evergreen parks covid procedures have made me want to come back more. I loved how they did temperature check and also asked if I had any symptoms, and the front desk representative Quinn did not miss a beat. She was consistent with every guest I saw come in, made sure everyone was 6 feet apart as well, even with customers who didn’t want to comply she remained professional and assured them that she wanted to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. Once I went into the back my wax specialist Kristin was so amazing and fast, I loved how she talked to me to make me feel comfortable! Once I checked out, I was greeted by Quinn my process was smooth. I asked her if she was the manager and she said no but she is the manager in trainer. I booked my next appointment and can not not wait to come back in!

Ryan was extremely extremely amazing. This was my first ever wax; I was extremely nervous and Ryan was very patient honest and understanding. Ryan was extremely informing of products and I did purchase the serum she used after the completion of my wax. I highly recommend Ryan and look forward to her services again. I received a Brazilian wax and now I want my underarms waxed. My experience was Amazing! I am now AntiShave lol. Thank You!!!!

I made an appointment over the phone with deja, was told 7:30pm next day. Got there exactly at 7:30pm said I was cancelled due to policy guidelines. I was like what? So turns out it was at 7:15 my appt. They decided not to help me out and tell me they were booked all the way to 2 months after.The other locations have never treated me this way. They have always resolved their issue. Very disappointed.

Service was great the lady at the front desk was amazing as well as my wax specialist Linzy. Very professional great conversation even greater service I was in and out in under a half an hour. Definitely would recommend to all people who are new to waxing. The experience was heavenly. I seen Linzy and I’m sure all the associates there are just a fantastic as she was.

I just had one of my best wax experiences. First, during the pandemic Ive been missing my wax maintenance. But, the wait is over. Id normally head downtown for services, but since were working from home. I just noticed they opened a EWC in Evergreen Park. The receptionist Hayley was so sweet and welcoming. Then, I finally met Toni(wax specialist). I got my legs waxed and my Honey Pot. This was my 1st bikini wax and I was nervous. Toni was very professional and personable. She eased my tension and assured me Id be fine. She was right!! My experience was great. If you can take your legs being waxed. Youll have no issue with your Honey Pot being waxed. Toni was great and I look forward to seeing her in the future. Thank you EWC Evergreen!

The receptionist level of customer service was AMAZING!!! My wax specialist Linzy was great, I mean over the top great!! Wax was the quickest ive ever had. If you ladies are feeling skeptical check out this location, so welcoming and comforting!

I’m very glad that I chose her, the reviews really help.Original:So happy for a closer location. I used the reviews to select my technician, Toni. She’s just as awesome in person. I was finally able to purchase the serum she recommended, as they had it fully stocked. She really knows the logic to waxing, minimal pain despite my stubborn hairs.

This is such an awesome place! Linzy did my eyebrows and I am the biggest baby when it comes to getting a waxing but I didn’t feel a thing. Both front desk staff I interacted with (when I scheduled my Appointment and when I came in) were kind, helpful and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had. I was very happy with my time here and have purchased a wax pass which will save me money and allow me to see Linzy again since she did such an amazing job the first time!

This was not my first visit to European Wax Center, but it was my first visit to the Evergreen Park location!! Beauty location!! Prompt professional service by Linzy!! My first wax since the world opened since the COVID closures. There were safety protocol in place including mask wearing by all employees and patrons! I had a terrible experience with this location at store 0953. The District Manager, Mackenzie, is very rude and unprofessional. She knowingly overcharged me for my Brazilian and underarm which should have been $69 and she charged me $83. When I called to ask about the charge, she placed me on a 10 minute hold. I had to call back 3x. Finally, she had time to speak and when I asked her for a manager or the number to customer service to file an official complaint, she let me know she was the DM and I had to talk to her. I asked why would she overcharge as the DM of this store she said oops but I will refund you 10 dollars. I explained to her that I should be refunded more than that $59 + $10 = $69, she replied oh ok well 14. I called back to get her full name (which she would not provide) and the store number. She the reiterated how she would only be refunding $14 but not the full service. (Which I never asked for). I asked how a District Manager could be so careless and unprofessional, her response was to laugh and say it was a mistake. My waxer Kayla, was sweet and professional. Mackenzie is a HORRIBLE district manager.

Today my wax specialist was Kayla and it was by far the worst experience. I’m not sure if she’s new but she did not take her time. She covered large areas with wax at once and extremely messy with the wax, I will only see Linzy moving forward

I had Toni complete my wax . She was very professional & nice . When I arrived the receptionist advised to me that I would just be a few minutes behind. I figured because the first guest arrived a little late, but no biggie . It was communicated to me that’s all that matters instead of letting me sit there clueless .🍓 - Over all Toni was perfect. She was considerate about how she waxed me. First impression is last & I will be going back to her in 3 weeks !!!

My experience with Deja was great! Very minimal pain (great for a brazilian) and very professional. This location was also very clean and prompt.

I went in for underarm and eyelashes. They burned my eyelids. When I went to get my legs done i was 2 min late they never quotd rather policy and refused to service me. WOMEN STOP GOING HERE

This was my first visit and the timing was so behind, the wax was hard and the technician made me bleed and didnt tell me until I asked to see her mirror and I noticed the blood. She informed me thats it normal which I know is not true because I have had many Brazilian waxes without no bleeding. The phones were not working nor was the debit card machine. Wont be returning again at all.
