Crystal and the other gal working were both extremely helpful. Love that you can buy new as well as renew plates and registration for motorcycles here. Hefty fee of $60 but worth it to not have to go to the DMV. Answered all of my questions and very professional.
All the tellers are great workers and very helpful. Best currency on 95th :)
Absolutely astounding service there. I went to both 95th and cicero and 95th and western and both of those currencies were not helpful and rude. But this one in particular was so magnificent I will be coming back to do my service there. Was happily attended by the clerk there and she had a smile on her face as soon as I walked in. Don’t care what any rude comments say, this place can have my money for the service they provide.
The manager over there was very rude to me today. I went there to renew my license plate and she was talking and throwing her hands at me like I was her child. She failed to take her time to explain what I needed to bring. I had my emission result and my ID card and usually thats all i take with me when I do a renewal.
Unprofessional and the employees there don’t know how to perform their tasks correctly, clearly a lack of training. They are afraid to ask questions as they process your request and avoid all accountability. They overcharged us $600+ and were unwilling to fix the mistakes.
This place is a joke. The Uneducated and rude person behind the counter would be fortunate if she is able to keep her job here. I gave her my registration and asked to renew my plate sticker and had to go through a whole ordeal before asking her for my information back so I can go somewhere else where they know how to do their job. When you’re on your phone worried about Instagram I’m assuming this is the best job you’ll ever have in life.
When I called to ask questions a white woman, sounded on the younger side, had an I don’t want to be bothered attitude. When I got there the line was out the door so they clearly need more help but are obviously dealing with being overwhelmed. And it seems all Currency Exchanges close their vaults prematurely so they can get out at 6 sharp on Saturdays when many of them close at that time. That’s what brought me to this one. Had to waste gas & time as they had their doors locked over 20 minutes before closing. You’re supposed to let the last person in by closing time as that’s the time you profess to be open until. Whether or not Currency Exchange employees are always able to leave by closing time is not the customers problem, but the Currency Exchange is making it our problem by closing the vaults prematurely. I’m sure the utility companies the Currency Exchanges are dealing with will still take our money at 5 minutes before closing but they lie && say those machines are down, too. If that’s the case with these vaults/machines that they automatically lock at a certain time before closing, they need to post very large signs to that effect or start serving the public until closing time.
They closed their vault 20 mins before closing, so they pretty much close at 930 since you can do anything there dealing with money once the vaults closed
NICE & CURTIOUS PEOPLE.
Service is fast and the location is clean. Parking is limited, but it tends to move fast.
Poor customer service, attitude and a slight feeling of racism. Never again!
Fast and professional customer service
