Very impressed with the staff and service. I came in to have my SUV serviced and had my 1 year old with me. There was a car before mine but they said they would do my car first. I told them it’s no worries, my daughter is very calm but still insisted.Then they changed the football game to cartoons for my daughter while we waited. I told them football was fine and they again accommodated my daughter. My car was done within 30-40 minutes of coming in and they put smiles on both mine and my daughters face. They did amazing service as well. This is how you gain clients, you treat them like family/ friends. This will be my new spot for all my future services. Thank You BTC!!

I was on my way to an appointment when I got a flat tire and they got me right in and I was able to get 2 new tires and was still able make my appointment! Great service and very friendly..I will definitely go there again!

After going there a few times I made sure that all of my friends and family members go there because it’s literally the best tire center!They got great deals on tires, wheels, and even services all the time and they offer many free services.The whole team is great and I have to say that Chris is amazing and very patient! He’s willing to help with any issue you have and he’ll find the best solution for your car.Matt has an incredible attitude and he’s very welcoming. I highly recommend this place because once you go there you won’t consider going anywhere else.

I would say its not bad and not good tire shop, just so so. First, dont use their website, because they dont have neccessary tires in the shop and need to order them. Walk in doesnt work because they can put you on long waiting line. Technicians pretty young and dont rush. Customer service is really good, very friendly and informative, but overload with phone calls and need be improved. I expected more qualify workers compared with other shops around. Prices reasonable for me, but I paid with a lot of waiting time.

I was having one of those days! Nail in my tire which was leaking didn’t help. Went in to Best Tire and they were great. Fixed it for free and offered to rotate my tires also for free. Very professional and courteous at the front desk. Highly recommend!

Called to schedule for new tires. Went right in and 30 minutes later had new tires on and out the door. People were amazing. They talked to me like a human being. An amazing experience. I had a very bad experience both of the times the first time I came there by appointment to get tires changed and tyre pressure sensor sat for an hour and a half till they were done to find out that they only change the sensor and forgot about the tires so by the time they were done the whole process took three hours. I decided to give them another chance yesterday and came in by appointment to get my rear tires changed when I got there The tires that they ordered for me were not in their system so I sat around for an hour waiting for them to get them in the system so they could get working on my car but another 30 minutes past and still my car has not been touched I finally got frustrated and asked how much longer is it going to take it turns out that they have been doing other cars before mine when I made an appointment finally when they got done I had another bad experience of waiting for three hours. Either the place is understaffed or they are hiring inexperienced workers or maybe both

I love the hell out of each and every employee here. Theyre all so kind and they always go out of their way to help me, even though sometimes I feel a little demanding. Theyre patient and just an overall fun crew. Will recommend you go OUT OF YOUR WAY to come here.

I would recommend these guys over and over! Not only did they have the best price for my more unique tire size, they also had the two I needed in stock. I had a very limited budget and the great prices here allowed me to get what I needed.Fast forward just two days after getting my tires and I wake up to a flat. I got the tire to them and it had a side wall puncture that couldnt be repaired. I was broke and bummed and these fellas made sure I left with a new tire even if it cost them $$ instead of me. MANAGEMENT CHANGE, can truly change the vibe and service of a business. I used to love Best Tires customer service. So much to I had moved to Shoreline and still traveled to Everett for my tire needs. I have purchased 3 complete sets of tires just this year. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH THIS COMPANY! I have spent thousands here, and previous management seemed to value of that loyalty, and would have over looked a wheel alignment warranty being a few weeks over. In fact any smart business mind would not of let thousands walk out the door over dollars. But Matthew and company did, and with an attitude about it. A good lesson for any company, when you have good personal, you do what you can to keep them. The alternative could take years to overcome. I will make sure to inform all of my friends and family that said business is not one that rewards loyalty, instead they scoff at it.

Open on Sunday, friendly and helpful. We have had great experiences here, both buying tires and servicing a flat.

Received quotes from 10+ places and searched for the best package/features of every location and Best Tire Center of Everett had the best. Free tire rotations, flat repair, free air fill and better yet.. great customer service. I dealt with the manager, and the other associates and they all were super friendly and laid back about it all. Couldn’t be more pleased!

The team at best tire is very professional. They are quick and they also provide complimentary alignment check, which is great. I had multiple questions which they replied promptly.

I went to get new wheels and tires here since I’ve used them in the past with good results. I was sold some tires that were sitting around for a while but they were a good price so went ahead and had them installed. When I got home and washed my truck I quickly realized they had scratched all four of the rims on my brand new truck. I immediately called Greg and he said come in the next day since we were going to switch the tires to a new set.After I showed him the scratches he said he would make it right by basically getting me a set of after market rims at almost cost. I was not ready to be forced into buying new rims to fix their mistake but told Greg as long as they don’t stick out past the wheel wells I would buy some rims. We picked out some fuel wheels, that he assured me would line up to the fenders not stick out past them.He was not there when they were installed and immediately I noticed they stuck out too far. I went back the next day to get them torqued and showed them to Greg, he basically started looking up mud flaps. I live on a gravel road, which is why I was adamant about not sticking out too far. My truck now has tons of rock chips due to these wheels sticking out too far and I’m out thousands of dollars for the wheels and tires as well as body work I have to get done to get the chips fixed. I’ll never go there again and will always tell people to steer clear of it. If you know exactly what you want you are probably safe, but for me I did not know about offsets etc and simply relied on their expertise, which did not work out. I’m very bothered by how this all went down and the fact Greg is such nice guy, but I guess you pay to play, this was a very expensive learning lesson for me and honestly for them too, I buy a new truck every year as well as a fun car and always get new tires, I’ll spend my money elsewhere now.

What an outstanding alignment! I took these folks a JDM car that most shops would turn their noses up at and they welcomed it with open arms. I got to see how far out of alignment it was and what was done to bring it back into line. I found the price to be quite reasonable and it came with a warranty too. They will now get all my alignment business by default.

Ran over a screw with my partner Honda Fit. Took it to Best Tire Center, to have it fix. Unfortunate, my carefully selected General ALTIMAX tires was compromised. However, the extremely knowledgeable staffs was able to provide some very sound advice given the age of my tires, and some well inform tire suggestion on my alternative.I have not yet make the decision which tires to get, and want time to research and investigate. The staffs has no issue with it, and wrapped up my compromise tire, and got everything for me back in the trunk. All these with free services looking at my flat, dismounting my tire and wrapping everything up for my departure. These folks understand services, and I highly recommend them

I had a nail in my tire, I showed up at the shop just before 6, when they close. The crew was more than happy to stay late and fix my tire. They were all so nice and professional!!! Thank you for being the Best tire shop around!!!! 🙂

Great place to get tires, can’t beat the price or service

This is absolutely the best tire center you can find in the entire state, these guys are pros, courteous, with great attitude and provide you with jaw-dropping excellent customer service... while other places will make you wait for days, they will get you in right away to do most of the checks for free and they go above and beyond, I leave this place with a smile on my face every time, thank you guys for all you do!!!

Today I had a self tap nut stuck in my tire and I took it there and they handle it in no time i recommend going there to do any work on your vehicle good customer service and they offer good rates .and the employees are very good

The name definitely suits them! I needed an alignment on my jetta. Being that my car is lowered, other shops turned me away without question. Chris and the guys at Best Tire were very professional, yet super cool, even though it seemed like it might not work at first. They actually tried and the alignment was a success! They made a very happy client, and a lifelong customer out of me!

Although Ive bought a lot of tires over the years, this was my first experience with Best Tire. I used them because Id purchased some specialty tires through TireRack.com and Best Tire was a recommended installer. I can see why. Id made an appointment to have the tires mounted and balanced. The crew started on my tires immediately upon my arrival and had the entire job done in no time. The staff was friendly and professional, and the price was right. This was a great experience, (for getting tires mounted, anyway).

The team at BTC were very helpful and informative, not pushy at all! I went here because of a screw in my tire and they took care of me same day. My husband has a set of tires from here and they are always awesome to work with.

I came in to the store 5 minutes before closing in desperate need of a tire. One tire. I didn’t have enough money to get a full set and I have an all-wheel drive vehicle. 3 other shops quoted me sets for $400-$600, and 2 of them said that I would have to wait until the next morning to get them mounted.When I called ahead to Best he said that he would fit me in so I could get to work tomorrow. I was thrilled, I had accepted that I would have to miss work or at least be late. He gave me the same hassle about having to buy a full set because of all-wheel drive, but he quoted me $240 for a set of all-weather 15’s. He even offered financing options because I had said that I could only afford one tire until payday. The price was so low that I was able to buy the whole set and his crew had me out of there in less than 15 minutes. Amazing! This will be my tire store for as long as they will have me.

Hit some road debris this morning headed to seatac on the trip back got a warning for a tire low and stopped at best tire center and they fixed it on the spot no charge. Amazing quick service got me back on the road quickly and took care of my painted rims with no scratches or scuffs. Awesome job!!

I had called on some tires. Spoke with Greg he was a great help set everything up. I drove over the next day as it a 2 hour drive with weather. Got in spoke with yogi. He new what I was there for. The guys took the truck back in no time got it done. My truck is a diesel so turning off and on is hard on injectors they pulled it and let it run while I finished up. I cannt say how impressed I was that they new to leave it running. Drove it home not a wobble out of it. The balance was spot on. Thank you all I will be bringing the wifes rig in soon.

I got a flat tire and decided to call this place and see if it would be possible for them to get me in and patch up my tire. I called and spoke with someone called Paul, he said please come in and we can fit you in. I arrived and Paul was very courteous and professional .He got me checked in ASAP. They got my tire patched up in no time and guess what ? The service was completely free ! I was just surprised that they offer this service for free and in addition to this free service they have great customer service. I would highly recommend visiting this place if you are having any tire issues.

These guys are enthusiasts and treat not only your vehicle, but your wheels with care as they would their own (Unlike Discount Tire who literally throw your wheels and center caps around; damaging them). I’ve now gone through 4 tire purchases at BTC, not sure I’ll be back though.BTC no longer services vehicles with wheel spacers.After being notified, they tried to upsell me to a new set of wheels that wouldn’t require spacers.Looks like I get to rotate the tires myself, I was hoping to stay compliant with warranties that I paid for, which is now somewhat useless also.Next time I’ll bring it in with no wheel spacers, I look forward to watching the techs try to turn in the parking lot. Maybe I’ll get a puncture and some free tires out of this new requirement.Hopefully corporate reads this..

Went to them for a flat tire repair, they were eager to sell me things but nice. Unfortunately the “repair” did absolutely nothing and my tire was still leaking as soon as I drove away. Seems like a scam to me. Luckily the service was free but I would not recommend going there and certainly would not recommend spending any money there.

Greg was so helpful and thorough as we came in to get 4 new tires and he told us that our tires still had good tread and we only needed our tires rotated and an alignment. The prices were good.
