The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. Great service at check in. Extremely clean! Great hotel!!!

We are here for a conference. Jennifer, The supervisor for catering and housekeeping is amazing. She and her staff have worked really hard and to provide as much help with their limited resources.The housekeeping staff is very kind and friendly.I enjoyed the Whirlpool. I like that the hotel is close to quite a few restaurants.

The restaurant wasnt open when we went there. It used to be good and hope it comes back. Ive stayed there a bunch while my house was having work done. Very pleasant super clean place to stay

Rooms are small but location is good. Straight shots to the freeway. Full bar and Starbucks inside, air-conditioned in lobby. Courtyard on the main street good for convo and people watching. Plenty of food and bars within 5 minutes walking distance. The lobby though, which is the real gem was large and had lots of creative sitting areas for larger groups and computers for guest use. Indoor appropriate lounge chairs and a large screen TV. Beds were not as comfortable as some of the other courtyards but the bathroom was thoughtfully designed. Would stay again for location alone. Didnt find the fridge in the room.

Loved it for a quick get out of the house overnighter. Small pool but it did the job. Easy walk to restaurants nearby. Loved loved loved the courtyard with a fire pit.

Very Bad Experience -I had booked 2 rooms for a weekend months in advance. I cancelled 1 of the rooms the day before and received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the hotel the next afternoon, I was informed that both rooms had been cancelled and all rooms were booked for the weekend!!!

Positive: The staff were very friendly. The microwave and fridge came in handy but what was a nice surprise was the high end hand soaps and shampoo/conditioner. Bonus! Starbucks and lounge were open til 10pm. Really enjoyed my stay! Negative: Closing of the door is a little loud.

Positive: Easy, quick check-in. The front desk workers were so sweet to my daughter and I. Thank you for your kindness. I also like that you had to make appointments to use the pool and fitness. Appreciate the social distancing. Negative: Wish there was free breakfast.

Had a team building event here today. They had the room set up and stayed ontop of our needs. Kept everytime from breakfast to lunch stocked. Beverages stayed on ice and ready. Staff were very respectful and helpful.

Ive had nothing but bad experiences when dealing with the front desk staff. Let me explain:1. Running my card for Full amount of the stay plus deposit when its just supposed to be deposit as I paid for room prior on priceline..Over 5xs and the amounts are held so I cannot even book another room somewhere else and Im not a person with 5 credit cards to do that. One of these times I had gotten off a really labor intensive job and wanted to rest before my 2 weeks on again, and was stuck sleeping in my car at a rest stop rather than being able to take a warm shower and sleep in a cozy soft bed. I got car seat vinyl, strained neck, and cold wind blowing into my skin from outside.2. I pull up to go to underground garage, 3 other cars pull behind me, I ask to be let in.No Im sorry you will need to come to the front desk..Me:My card isnt working can you please let me in, theres 3 now 5 cars behind me and Im blocked in..Im sorry its policy can you come to the front desk....I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for the cars behind me to back up when a woman with a.working key card comes up and uses it...not a Staff member, a guest let me in.3. Triple charged for $200 room several times, and 2 weeks to return the funds each time, with Managers offering little but a Sorry...did we do that.....(in steve urkles voice)4. Charged 200$ for smoking and an extra night stay stating they couldnt rent the room due to the smoke?!!?!? I dont even smoke!!!! My assumption is they have me confused and are too proud to admit it.5. Name calling my guests, my guest called and made a simple request but I understand it wasnt their job responsibility they didnt need to name call my guest infront of me and claim they were crazy.6. Ive been added to a list. Claiming Im combative, Ive never yelled or even really argued with them. I was upset and understandably so when they kept running my card for more than the deposit(even after I realized what the staff member was doing incorrectly and with disdain and attitude she kept telling me she knew what she was doing each time she swiped my cards) leaving me stranded in my car when I was about to go back onto a 2 week labor intensive work week.7. NO BREAKFAST! HUGE ISSUE. NOT EVEN A MUFFIN AND AN ORANGE JUICE OR BANANA AND WATER?!?!?! FOR THE PRICE I EXPECTED MOREIn summary, the beds are comfortable, TVs are glitchy, rooms are pretty clean, staff leaves much to be desired, make sure you have them sign off on your room before you leave so you dont get a $200.bogus bill, and if you see a double charge just call your bank otherwise if you try and correct with management you will end up arguing with yourself as to why you kept coming back.Note to Management: Please for the sake of your business train the night staff alitte more, heck ALOT MORE! THANKS-Guest

Positive: It was very clean and had signs up for social distancing which I really appreciated. Negative: Parking was an additional charge, but thats really not too bad.

I only stayed one night, but stay was superb for what I needed (rest). Room had a great view, and I loved the fact that the garage and elevators only worked off of your room key.

Positive: I liked the staff most of all because u can stay in the nicest hotel ever but if the staff isent good then u dont have a good this hotel is not only very nice and clean the staff especially the front desk they are the most kindness people always happy Negative: The hotel is perfect along with the staff only thing i dont like is how many homeless people with mentel issues are around but thats something the hotel cant help but the hotel is sucured very well and u feel safe in it

Very clean, good style, great front desk, the shower was wonderful! The bed hurt my husbands back, toilet paper roll was a half already used roll which is okay but we are still in Covid times. The area isnt great outside.

Now this is what I call a hotel. We left another marriott property because we tried to save some money. Big mistake! Huge! So with the extra $70. I dont know how the other place is considered a hotel. It should be a Motel. Thank you Courtyard for saving us.

They quoted me 130 and charged me 170. Had to pay for parking and the elevators didnt work right. Go down the road pay less the quality will be as good

We used the courtyard and it was a nice cozy place to to relax. The courtyard has a rather large gas fire pit that made it a nice place to enjoy and relax on a weekday afternoon.

Positive: We attempted to check in at 12:25 a.m. 3/18/2021. The manager said the software was updating and we couldnt xheck in until after 2:30 a.m. She would check us in at 12:25 but charge us for TWO DAYS. We went to the Staybridge Suitess. Negative: Staybridge Suites checked us in immediately and charged us for ONE NIGHT

Clean, elegant plush tucked away but in a very vibrant zone as to add to the very beautiful establishments around and in downtown Everett.

Incredibly nice hotel decent views of the water if youre lucky enough to get a westward facing room not a great neighborhood but if you dont mind paying the $12 a day for parking they have their own secure parking garage would give it more stars if they were more pet friendly

Decided to give the hotel a try as Ive been frequently needing to stay in Everett while away from home. After checking into my room with friends, I went back into the lobby to wait for my other friends to book their own room.The lady at the counter (wish I got her name) then refused service to them because she assumed we were throwing a party in their hotel room. After she expressed her concerns and I understood her frustrations and assumptions I felt completely and utterly disrespected. I then agreed to cancel my stay and tried to get a refund. The woman at the counter REFUSED to give me one and told me to call corporate. Of course I was frustrated and expressed my confusion calmy, she called the police on me and 3 friends in the lobby.Completely baffled on why she decided to do that, while she was on the phone with the police talking to them like her life was in danger all the while I was just wanting my money back.After the police arrived they approached me in the lobby and I briefly explained my side of the story and they asked me to come outside. After doing so, we talked more with the officer and they told me that judging by how calmy I was talking and complying, the officer told me it was turning into a case of trespassing (me, a customer who has already paid for their room) and I understood that as they are a business and they are entitled to having that concern. I expressed my concerns about the refund to the police, they told me if I wasnt refunded then I could report the hotel for theft.Disappointing that the women at the front desk would prefer me to get a DUI and assume my intentions rather than giving me a safe place to stay for the eveningI am completely dumbfounded by how I was treated at this establishment and will never recommend a Marriott hotel to anyone.

Beautiful new place to go for a staycation for locals or a visit for out of towners. Sadly, covid is making it harder to get out but they are still open. No restaurant right now, but there are plenty of options in the area.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with awesome beds & view, beautiful pool including tables & lounge chairs, an awesome gym with treadmills, and a Bistro that serves delicious food, drinks and service. Oh, and not to mention, a laundry room, conference & banquet rooms and business area with computers, big screen and sofas!!

Beautiful lobby....daughter went for meeting there... Great staff.....

Great location, clean and spacious nice rooms. Hotel is newer and still has the new feel. Elegant and modern. Best of all, Fantastic customer service!! The entire staff has a culture of “Guests are number one”. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, swimming pool, exercise room, bar and restaurant are closed. This will be even better after COVID-19. Hotel córner suites are beautiful and spacious. This hotel is a must stay again.

We stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully updated and modern. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They made us feel at home upon entering the lobby. The rooms are absolutely lovely. My daughter took pictures of the wall behind the beds because she loved the decor so much. We ate breakfast before leaving and the dining area is top notch. The food was delicious and the servers were extremely friendly. We loved the ability to park in a parking garage located below the hotel as well. Carol at the front desk is a gem!

Positive: the room is clean and the bed is comfy Negative: thsystem automatically declines all attempts passed 3 for paying the $20 deposit. I was belittled, embarrassed, pitied because my cards kept declining. I was instructed to move funds between accounts and try different cards. This was over 2 hours. Awful!

They have the best indoor space for holding one on one meeting or just a place to sit and read or do your work if you need to.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It was late I booked through a 3rd party and when we arrived they had no reservations on file so I tried giving her the information from my phone but that didnt help she refused to look at anything but the black husband that was standing beside me. So we went to the car when my husband went back to see if he left his ID on the counter he was met with security. So Racial profiling YES... Please dont waste your money unless you wear a white sheet for fun.10/16/20I want to thank the Everett Marriot for reaching out and taking g responsibility for the actions or lack there of the employee we dealt with. It shows genuine concern for the comfort and care of their customers above all else.

I have never written a review in my life, but this experience has been so bad and Ive tried to get things resolved with no results that Im actually taking the time to warn other people. We were charged for underground parking that we never used. We parked out front our entire stay. I have tried phoning in on 3 separate occasions and been put on hold for long periods of time (while being charged long distance fees) and told each time they would reverse the charges. Its been 2 weeks now and the charges still havent been reversed. Last Tuesday I actually spoke with the General Manager Shannon and she seemed great. She said the charges were reversed and shed call me back by the end of the day to see what they could do for us...that was 5 days ago and still no phone call back and the charges for parking have not been reversed. We also never got our membership points, one of the phone calls the lady said it was her job and shes just way behind...although I appreciate the honesty its still not done and again, its been 2 weeks. We did the eco-friendly stay which is supposed to be another 250 points per night and didnt get those either. We pre-paid for breakfast for 2 and one of the days it took 50 mins for my sons breakfast sandwich. Yes, 50 mins! He was late for his hockey warm up. I didnt complain. Now with all of this added together and no one rectifying anything I really cant believe how poor their service is. We stay at hotels so often through business and kids sports and didnt expect this from a Marriott!

I was at the Colby Ave. Marriott for IDENTOGO fingerprint card and visa fotos service, in First Class Suite On the 2nd floor.The receptionist at the desk wore PPE and asked me if I wanted IDENTOGO upon entering, then instructed how to get there. The lobbies were clean as were the bathrooms.I did not stay at the hotel overnight.

Every single member of the staff here is AMAZING! I have never encountered so many different individuals in a hotel that have all been as pleasant as the staff here. The rooms and the hotel are very clean and they also make an awesome French 77! Would recommend 10/10

I am giving this place benefit of the doubt as i was here during its 2nd lockdown & the restaurant was closed. There is another Marriott about a block away so it puzzled me why they built two so close. This one named courtyard because of the small outdoor seating area but also on the same block kittykorner of the local Everett city Court building which explains away the diversity of people walking back & forth.The building across the street is an old Carnegie Library & former FBI building downgraded to Chicago Title. Behind it the Monte Cristo Hotel created for the gold rush of same name. The Courtyard Marriott is not as plush as i expected. Its new, that wont last forever. Its furnished in tints of grey and... grey & few bright colors. Its a nice place kind of dreary & sad that it fits too.

Very comfortable. Enjoy the harbor view on one side (I did for my first visit). And there is even a bit of a different city view from the other side. The people are the highlight of this place with fantastic personalities as well as helpful with information of all types.

Beautiful rooms! Beds are super comfortable and i wanted to steal the pillows lol. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was Excellent! From the front desk team, management to the cleaning team members - they were all Fantastic! The view from my 5th floor room was Awesome from morning into the evening! The view of the water was amazing and even saw a storm roll in! Close to restaurants, banks, cool cafes and shops. The Grand Leader Mercantile is one of my Favorite places! The room was clean, comfy, bright, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, big tv and a couch too by the window. Lots of towels in the bathroom - very fluffy and good quality. I loved it! :)

Didn’t feel front desk people were courteous and welcoming. Booked a king bed and got a queen double bed with out explanation or heads up. Overall didn’t think the price paid was worth the money especially having to pay that much additional parking fee per day.

Clean,underground parking in secure well lit garage. Nice pool,nice rooms. The staff made the difference tho. Engaging front desk staff,going above and beyond. Then a sympathetic ear while sipping the best long island ice tea I ever had. Really really will post pics

I would give this review a 5, if it werent for Mark, the gentleman working the register at the Starbucks bar on Saturday January 25, 2020 around 8:30 am. Let me just say first, all other staff members, except Mark, were fabulous and so friendly! Mark, however, needs a lot of work. He gave us a run around when we were just trying to order coffee, and hes creepily lingering to Rhiannon, and by the way Rhiannon is absolutely amazing and kind, and the coffees SHE made were on point, she deserves a raise! Mark could learn a thing or two from Rhiannon, maybe customer service skills, maybe how to make himself useful, theres a few suggestions

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by very friendly ladies at the front desk. All week long they spoke to us when we walked in and left each and every time. Probably the most modern rooms I have ever seen outside a $300 a night hotel. Great job on the over all appearance of the hotel, outside and inside and the rooms were spotless. The Starbucks and restaurant staff was very attentive and the bartender was very friendly every night and even remembered our names. Great place to stay and I will stay there upon my next trip.

A lovely hotel in Downtown Everett. Our room was clean and had beautiful contemporary decor. Daily housekeeping service was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. We were able to visit Seattle and other surrounding cities from this location. I highly recommend the Courtyard Everett.

I was here for a meeting that was catered. Parking was more available on the street this time around and its free on weekends or after 6. There is also hotel parking, which I just learned! Catering was really delicious and I got to see the same staff as last time, very courteous, working smoothly together, and friendly. Im always pleased about how professional and quick these guys are to help my group out for our meetings and I hope we continue working with them! I have not stayed here before, but I do recommend them as a conference and professional meeting place.

The Marriott in Everett is wonderful property to stay at while in town. It’s within walking distance of many restaurant and shops. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful, and the hotel + rooms are very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel

Nice hotel,good security .

I reserved and prepaid for a room with a king bed, sitting area and harbor view. What I got was a room with two queen beds a chair and no side table for my morning coffee and a small window with a view of the police station roof and back. When I asked for the room I reserved I was told it was already rented and when I asked for a discount I was told I had to talk to the manager. When I asked for the manager I was told there wasnt one on site..at 4 p.m. Plus it cost $10 to park in the hotel garage. I will not be back. There are many other nice places to stay in Everett. I chose the Marriott for the convenient location to my family.

We came to town to visit Funko Headquarters. Chose this hotel due to the close proximity to the funko store. This hotel was better then imagined. Beautiful surroundings, friendly people, and cozy rooms. Clean!! We enjoyed our corner suites so much we extended our stay. Walk to the Funko store was less then 3 minutes. 2 blocks. I travel alot for enjoyment and this is one of my new favorite places. Thank you!

Great stay at this hotel and the front desk staff was excellent. (Really the only staff with which I had contact). Rooms were clean. Only complaint is the cost of candy etc by the reception desk. AVOID it. Talk a walk to the 7 11 around the corner which while high is not as bad.But, would I come here again? IF I had reason to go to Everette, certainly. It was a great stay and I liked the hotel and staff.

Had a short stay, the check in experience was terrible, very unprofessional and non attentive staff. Loved our room, cute stylish furniture that was comfortable. We cuddled up on the mini sofa and watched the big screen tv for a few hours before going to sleep. Had a great view of downtown Everett.

BONVOY! Superb customer service! I took my boyfriend here for a night on his birthday and it was an amazing stay! Everything from the pool to the Bistro to the aesthetic of our room and not to mention the view!!!! We will definitely be coming back. I would say overall the friendliness and willingness to provide the best experience from the staff made the difference. Restaurants and other conveniences are within walking distance. We loved it!

We come stay every other week with our granddaughter for her to visit her mom and dad. Due to how the room is reserved and paid for us we always tend to have an issue till the mgr comes out. She always recognizes us and extremely helpful and takes care of the issues. She is awesome.

I have nothing bad to say about this Marriott at all. Its in the heart of downtown Everett. While there isnt a pull through to check in there is a marked off area to pull off on.The on street parking can be tough. I suggest paying the $12 and park in the garage.Our room was modern, bright and clean. Nothing was worn out or damaged. We got late check out by just asking the front desk.If I need another night in Everett, Ill stay here again.

Centrally located with good views of the water and easy to get to the freeways without the sound of the freeway. Staff was welcoming and helpful, parking was easy and good price. Big enough but not so big that you felt like it was a hike to the room. Would stay again.

Was a really nice hotel and the downtown area was really nice, clean, lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a suite facing the water and the room was excellent. Our only complaint was that we booked on one of those booking sites and paid additional for the breakfast which ended up being food from their Starbucks franchise and we paid more than what it would have cost us to walk down and order off their menu.

Just stayed here. Great spot newer building. Easy parking. It gets 4 stars because the bed is hard as a rock. Website says it is a pillow top but thats a lie. The food at the hotel is meh. Save your money and go to Dennys down the street for breakfast.

We took the Kingston ferry to Edmonds and drove to Everett to see friends that came in for a family wedding. Id never been to this town prior. The restaurants nearby are very good. Everything about the Marriott was nice. We were a tad bit surprised about the $10 daily parking and the pillows were too big on the beds for comfort. Other than that, a perfect 10 weekend.

Front desk folks were super friendly and personable. Hotel is fairly new and it looks and feels new Rooms were laid out well, nice size bathrooms with HOT water. Cafe was good and fast. Food was a little pricey, but not horribly. Really the only issue I had was that the building is settling which created some random noise that sounded like knocking. Also the walls seemed thin as I could hear my neighbors music in the morning, and quite a bit of traffic noise, even on the 8th floor. Overall a good experience, I will be back.

Everything was great until me and my boyfriend realized we had bug bites after our stay. When I got back home the same day to shower I had five bites on my chest and my boyfriend had three. I called the hotel hoping they’d offer a refund or some compensation and instead said “they’d look into it”. Please be weary when booking here.After posting my review I noticed another review with one star for bed bugs. If management reads the stay was under Logan Sims my boyfriend.Also the other reviewers name was Jen Reisinger 3 months ago.

Hotel is comfortable and in a good location in downtown Everett. Welcoming lobby and excellent shuttle service. Room was pleasant and clean with nice work area. The experience would have been excellent if the front desk staff understood customer service. I was charged for high speed data of $4.95/day that if I somehow ordered it (which I was told I did), it was absolutely inadvertent. I explained that I did not approve of the charge because I did not intentionally order or need additional data. The associate told me there was nothing he could do, and the charge could not be refunded. This is ridiculous. In addition, we have been Marriott rewards member for decades. Anyone heard of customer service?

Front desk assistant was very nice, also the staffs. The bed was comfortable. The parking here is not free, it’s $12 per night, that’s why I took away one star. I’ll give it 4.5 rating,if I can rate half star😂

We had a very nice week stay at the Everett Courtyard Marriott. The staff was excellent and the hotel was modern and clean. The Bistro restaurant offered really great food for a reasonable price and the staff was great - we were pleasantly surprised how good the Bistro was. Some of the tables even had TVs. Modern, clean spacious accommodations with great location. Rachel, bartender extraordinaire, was outstanding with her knowledge and friendliness. I ordered dinner to pick up and take to my room. The brussel sprouts were outstanding! Great healthy options on the menu. Ill be back when in Everett again.

I felt like I was in a boutique hotel. Very trendy. Staff was welcoming and rooms were clean and and had the amenities that I like, refrigerator, coffee, and microwave.I had avocado toast in the morning and I must say it was fabulous. Taste and presentation

Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. The hotel is clean clean and very well appointed. During my stay there was a bit of an issue and the way the staff tackled the problem was to say the least over the top! This was the best experience I have had at staying at a hotel, ever. I was very impressed with the friendliness, kindness, attentiveness and helpfulness of every employee I came into contact with. They went above and beyond to help make the stay one my mother and I would never forget! Room was well laid out and space utilized well. Nice lounge/couch area that I spent the morning enjoying the view on! Area surrounding hotel was perfect. Nice small shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and location!

Clean friendly atmosphere in the center town. View of the Sound for westward facing rooms. Facilities still like new and staff well training and extremely accommodating. It is a Courtyard so dont expect gourmet food choices but what is available is well prepared and tasty. Good stopping point for business or leisure.

My husband and I stayed here during Christmas. The hotel is nice and clean and new. The room had a very contemporary feel and the bed was extremely comfy. I did have an issue with the $20 a day hold for incidentals but that was quickly resolved. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it.

This hotel was very good price. Especially for the area. Newly opened, we got off Amtrak at 9AM.went to hotel and check in normally is not til 3PM. Although they were booked the night before. They got us in an hour early. Was very impressed. Another cool feature about the hotel. Its right next door to the childrens museum. Very cheap entertainment. If u know anything about Seattle area. To find a place your entire family can enjoy for under $25 bucks. Its practically impossible. Yes I recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night here on our way back to BC. Beautiful new hotel. Rooms were comfy, quiet, clean and modern. We ate dinner and breakfast in the Bistro downstairs and really enjoyed the selections and casual ambiance. Service was exceptional. Server at dinner last night went over and above. Well definitely stop here again.

This is why I love this hotel! It provides excellent service and clean, hospitable accommodations all the times. The customer service is great!
