Today my first legitimate workout in years, it was great! Was kind of intimidating walking in because I know how out of shape I am but thankfully I was given constant reassurance and was able to work at my pace. I definitely recommend this gym. Great for beginners or folks like me thatve slacked off for a few years

This place is amazing especially with children. They are safe and have the best instructors. My son loves it.
