Lock and Key in the Fred Meyers Lot just to the left of the main entrance. I have an office key that we have had issues getting good copies. This place did a great job, very fast and reliable. Go here over big chain hardware stores.

Purchased a used car and our only key snapped off the key fob! Honda quoted us $270 for a new key and we needed a cheaper yet reliable solution. Cascade Lock and Key helped us copy two keys and programmed them for us! Our 2011 Honda Odyssey now has two key fobs and they were perfectly. I recommend their services to anyone that wants to save money and receive great service.

So I actually didn’t get anything done from them, I did call them and ask for a mobile locksmith to get a key for my car, and they were pretty good with their customer service too be honest. They called back when they said they would, they were very fast with setting up a time, I think he would have gotten to me within 30 mins in Everett. I did end up canceling my service, but if I do need a mobile locksmith, I will 100% call them back.

When our family arrived at the gas pump on Black Friday we were running on fumes. And to our surprise the keys to our locking gas cap had gone missing. By luck we got a hold of Cascade and were able to make it to their location. The employees working that day were fast & friendly. I think they were empathetic to our situation. He had our cap unlocked and 2 fresh keys made in maybe 15min. Their price awesome too!!! The power of professional & friendly service is a thing of beauty.

They gave the best shot they could on my 2006 Honda metropolitan. They couldnt figure out the lock to get me a key, but spent hours trying and referred me to another local automotive locksmith.

Nothing beats that feeling you get on a cold winter night when you insert the key into the lock on your homes front door, and... nothing happens. Frantically. You try EVERY key on the key-ring but to no avail. That is the situation I found myself in 5 nights ago. Sadly, Cascade Lock & Key was not the first locksmith we called (see my review of Minute Key if you want to read of a tragedy youll want to avoid.) After the horror of having an ineffective locksmith arrive who was unable to open the lock, we called Cascade. The locksmith from Cascade Lock & Key arrived exactly when he said he would, and was an absolute professional from the start. He would not do anything until he looked at my ID to ensure that the house was, indeed, mine. When I satisfied this request, he brought out his toolbox and went to work on the stubborn lock. Less than two minutes later, I glanced up at him to see him putting away his tools. Go ahead, he said. After what Id just been put through from the prior locksmith, I stood there trying to register in my head that this man had just helped me regain entry into my home. Whats more, he charged me $285 LESS than the horrible company we had initially phoned. I saved this company to my phones contact list. I HIGHLY recommend them! Even if you do not need their services today, please sync their number to your mobile device in case you need them in the future, or write down their contact info and store it in the glove box of your car. I will never call anyone other than Cascade Lock and Key from this point forward.

I recently changed out my front door top latch (deadbolt) and bottom latch. The new hardware was made with the Kwikset SmartKey Lock system. After installing the latches, i watched a Youtube video on how to program my existing door key to the new lock. After watching 3 times to make sure I did this correctly.....I failed. So i reached out to a few locksmiths but Cascade Lock & Key had the best price. So I called them up, set up an appointment and they were on time, friendly, COVID-19 prepared and was able to fix my new lock so that I was able to use my existing keys. The locksmith was able to complete the project in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Cascade Lock & Key.*side note: another Locksmith company told me that once the SmartKey lock is mis-programmed, there is no way to fix it and that I would need to buy a whole new lock. This is NOT true as Cascade Lock & Key fixed mine.

I just moved into my new house and called to schedule getting my house rekeyed day of. He showed up a little bit late but he was in and out of the house in less than 30 minutes and was very friendly. Would totally use them again if we need any other type of service!

Chris got to my car very timely and was very professional. He got entry into my car fast and the rekeying effort was done properly and without problem. As he finished I let him know my apartment key was missing also as my whole key set had gotten stolen so he didnt hesitate to rekey my apartment also which was even a trek to the next city. I was extremely impressed how quickly he worked and I hadnt lost the money or the time in the day I imagined if Id dealt with another company.I will definitely call on Chriss services in the future when facing any lock & key issues!

After searching for many hours for a locksmith that would cut a store key, the owner was there as soon as his store opened and had my key cut before he even got his lunch in the back.Because the original key was so worn down the first copy didnt work, however when I brought it back I found he had come in early and spent extra time to fix the original and give us a second copy for free.Moreover, he was courteous, professional and personable. Weve got their card on file now and wont go anywhere else!

To start off I called him with my problem and he immediately started heading on his way. Then after arriving to the location he immediately jumped into action and started helping me with what I called about after fixing what I called about he even gifted to other services to me to in sure that I made it home safely. This man is simply amazing. I gave him my highest regards and if anyone is looking for a locksmith service I would definitely refer this guy no question about it .

If I ever need a locksmith again I will be calling them. Their price was great, they showed up in the time I was told, did not take long for them to open the car door and charged what I was quoted.

They sent their tech out very quickly when I got locked out of my house. We had a keypad smart lock that batteries went out and the spare backup was inside, unfortunately he wasnt able to key it open so it had to be drilled, but he was able to install a new cylinder that matched our old key free of charge. The van arrived at my vehicle within 15 minutes, the gentleman was swift and efficient; he had my car unlocked within 20 seconds and I paid in the next 40. Cost me $55, which I felt was worth the speed. Will definitely keep this company in mind for myself and friends in the area.

This company is amazing!Unfortunately I threw away my keys and did not have any replacements for it and locked my car. We tried calling several locksmiths in the area, most places wanted to charge us $180+.We then called Cascade and Chris the technician came by and took care of us and did an amazing job, was very funny, made light of the situation, and solved our problem within 30 minutes. He was amazing!I asked him how long he’s been a locksmith for, he said over 24 years, and it showed! He’s a local guy and he will give you an amazing rate. I would not trust anybody else for these types of situations moving forward I highly recommend Chris and Cascade.

I went to lowes, home depot, and ace for a mortocyel key copy and neither of them could make it. I google searched lock Smith and this shop came up. From now on I will be supporting this local business. Great service !!

Needed to get a new key for my GFs 2001 Toyota Echo - No electronic entry. I called and they quoted me $85 right over the phone. Chris was out at our apartment within an hour. He was able to get into the car, make the key and a $5 copy in less than 30 minutes. Total cost was exactly what they quoted me plus the copy. And tax, of course. Awesome experience.

Lady did everything to find match to my old keys. Most keys work. One I havent been able to test yet for my old 5th wheel in storage.

Was in and out within 5 min. Very polite and professional. Purchased a transponder key ($69) and regular key for my Nissan. If youre looking for a copy of your car transponder key, it is best to call ahead and give the year/make/model of your car. The cost was slightly cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes; $75.

Doesnt need you to take the tumbler out of the door or ignition out to make a key. You just need to bring the vehicle in or have him meet you at where your vehicle is located.

Amazing service! Second time I have had to use Cascade Lock and Key. This time, someone broke into my car while I was running, took house keys and got my home address off my car registration! I was so scared, but this friendly business owner came to my house at 10:45 at night to change my locks so I could get a safe nights sleep. Priceless service!

Called them when I locked myself out of my home. Quick and professional, Chris had me back in from the cold 20 minutes after I called (even after I miscommunicated the address, totally my fault, not theirs). Charge was less than $50 (the quote over the phone was accurate, no hidden fees or anything). Ill be changing my habits when leaving the house, but I know who to call if I ever do something stupid like that again.

I called these guys about making a simple key for my Yamaha scooter. They quoted me roughly $40 over the phone. After they looked at it in person, they wouldnt clearly say what it would cost, only that they can do it and it will be a good deal (add poor English to that). When all was said and done I was charged $70, no discussion. Not a good way to do business, at least not for the customer. Try elsewhere.

I went there to get a couple replacement keys made for a masterlock padlock I have. It was quick and easy, and the guy there is friendly. The price seemed to be reasonable too, though I dont go to a lot of locksmiths, so I cant really say.

Chris does excellent work. I had broke my transponder key in half and Chris was able copy it flawlessly. He also came up with a solution to reprogram even though the original is broken.

Alright for basic key copying but I will never be returning. Took a lock cylinder in to get a key cut from it and they took the lock apart, removed some of the pins, gave it back to me, and said that it worked now (with the worn key). Not helpful. Took my lock cylinder (and another one that wasnt broken) to Everett Safe & Lock and they cut me a new key and fixed the bad lock.

The come to our lot and make keys for us every so often. Very professional and polite. Great prices

Cascade Lock and Key saved me HUNDREDS of dollars! Everywhere I called said it would be a couple hours and 80+ dollars just to come out. I began pricing out new locks and drilling it out myself. There was just a pin from whoever tried picking my house lock stuck in it. They were out under their 15 minutes timeframe and had it done and fully functional with my original key in under 10 minutes! Highly impressed and great cost! Bought a house and called them to rekey the locks. Very reasonable price, on time technician, and helpful service.

My ignition stopped turning while I was out Christmas shopping the other night. I tried getting a new key at walmart and it didnt work. I called Cascade the next day and the technician came pretty quickly, showed up early, told me it would be about half an hour and he was done in 15 minutes. The ignition worked perfectly! The walmart key still didnt work, lol. He charged exactly what was quoted over the phone, and gave me a new key for free to replace the cheap one :) Highly recommend!
