Perhaps one could say you were not experienced or ready to start a billion dollar app. We gave you a price 80% lower than market rate then we tried our level best for long months. Our windows remain foggy. Due to your lack of education and experience you lost. What else can we say?

When he was done not only were they spotless he made sure not to leave a giant mess on my wraparound porch(as I typically do when attempting to clean the roof) which not only pleased me but delighted my wife! We found Jake through Google and liked the sound of reviews, and his web-site explained the process and treatment so that we knew what to expect. Through other people and web-sites, wed been worried about damaging our shingles with too-vigorous power-washing, but Jake explained that yes, *focused-nozzle* pressure-washing may cause damage, but that gentle fan-spray washing cleans the moss and algae away about 20% better than only brushing the moss (and all methods remove some shingle granules, but leaving moss and algae on the shingles is worse for the overall longevity of the roof!).With the zinc sulfate treatment (and a perfectly timed gentle rain to help it soak in well), we are confident that our roof will be free of moss for at least a year. Jakes over-the-phone estimate was the exact amount that he charged us, he was on time and finished the whole process in under two hours. He is personable, professional, and there was no debris left around our house; the evidence that he was there is that our roof looks amazing and were confident that our roofs health has been extended! Very highly recommended.

Im a repeat customer. Jake works hard and well. This trip he cleaned the roof and gutters, did the exterior windows and power-cleaned the driveway. We wish he did more, we would definitely have him back! He works constantly and is efficient in how he plans the job. The price was fair and I definitely got my moneys worth. Jake was great! He was easy to schedule time with and showed up on time for both jobs. The first visit he cleaned all of the gutters and pressure washed some of our roof.
