Ashlie was very knowledgeable of the products that all the surrounding stores had in stock and when they could be delivered. Dealing with Ashley was very easy and convenient considering I didn’t have time to make it down to the store. Ashlie Was able to help me find the sofa sectional recliner that I was looking for. Im one of those people who really wanted nice, new furniture but cant afford it. Ashley at the Everett Buddys has helped me from the first time I walked in there. She gave me great recommendations for my family needs, was completely understanding of my payment abilities and got me literally everything I needed. Recently swapped out my dryer for a brand new washer/dryer set that has greatly exceeded my expectations and at an excellent price. I know most people dont want to do rent to own but keep in mind... you are in no way obligated to pay your items off in full and can always decide you want something else at any time AND they do the maintenance and repairs while youre making payments. Excellent customer service at this location and you can tell its not just about the sale, Ashley goes out of her way to find something to fit your needs and your budget.

I have been renting some furniture from this location and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. Ashley and her staff are very attentive and prompt when I have questions. I definitely recommend them if you need furniture.

Terrible customer service. I was told that the bed set I wanted was brand new when I signed the agreement. However when they brought it to my house, I was then informed it was missing a drawer and the drawer was already ordered two weeks prior to it arriving to my house. Then four weeks later the store manager tells me he cant do anything about me not having a complete bed set and i still have to pay as if the set was brand new and complete. He goes on to tell me that the store deals with this type of problem all the time. Poor customer service overall.

To me so far they called me offering me three free mattress and this was about six months ago and I still have not gotten them and there every hard to explain financial problems with and them they come come up asking me to give them five stars when they still havent gaven my kids there free mattress that they call me saying that had..

When I went to Buddys I was expecting a bunch of pushy salespeople like I had experienced with two similar stores. I walked in the door I actually felt comfortable and at ease! I was not immediately assaulted by a salesperson trying persuade me into a purchase. I was actually greeted with friendly smiles and allowed to browse in peace. That in itself was enough to stay and take my time to look around.When I had questions the sales staff were their to help. They were professional, yet relaxed. We had some banter back and forth, with a little laughter and fun. The experience was great, I felt I was among friends. To shorten this up, I made my purchase and fully intend to make another in the near future. I already have something in mind!Thank you Buddys! You have my vote.David Krewson

Excellent customer service awesome prices

Im done with this store. They do nothing but false advertise on their website. Im tired of paying for something I didnt want in the first place! To add, the new location is crowded and full of over priced furniture as well as minimally informed reps.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT rent from this place. I have had so many bad experiences with this place. They cannot keep the contracts straight and every time you go to fix the problems even more arise. They have not once, but twice taken money out of my account without authorization. First time, they apologized profusely and gave me a month of free rent and promised it would not happen again. Just this week, again I see that they have taken out of my account without my authorization. I was so furious and went to the store when it opened and confronted the manager who gave me excuse and cop out over and over again. He even had the nerve to belittle me and tell me that I need to investigate my fiance, since it is his account. I had made a couple of payments from my credit card and he decided that he would use this card to take the payment out of before the payment date, without authorization. He tried to tell me that he would not know anything because he has only been the manager there for just a week. That is not my problem! So done with this place. If you are smart, just go elsewhere, the deals are not worth the headaches and stress.

People are great here! I was able to walk out the door with a livingroom set that I was unable to afford. They even offered free delivery and set up. The payments are nice and affordable and I will definitely do business with buddys again.

Done business with quality rentals before they transitioned into buddys. Old management was terrible. At that time I wouldnt have recomended doing business with them whatsoever! However. Things have changed. Mark and Daniel always make me feel welcomed when coming in to make my monthly payment. It feels like Im visiting friends instead of going in and being pressured into buying more furniture.if you need any good deals come check them out, cheaper then Aarons.

No pictutes of furniture on their picture section. Just pictures of the outside of their leased building. They want everyone to waste gas driving to their store only to find why they have no furnitures pictures. Because they sell only over priced LEGO furniture. Dumb.

Went In for a dresser and the general manager was taking care of us. He was a straight up dude and helped us get into a bedroom set and computer

Half a year after paying off my furniture, i am still being harrassed monthly to make a payment. Seems no one can figure out how to remove me. Every time i call i get a sales pitch and they say they are fixing my account. Dumbest furniture idea i ever had, dont do payments just buy in full cause once they have your info they will never leave you alone.

This place is a joke! They stole my money and i never had an account there. I had just paid someone elses for them.
