Took good care of our upper floor, replacing 3 carpeted bedrooms with hardwood flooring, as well as the hallway in between the rooms. Even with some bulky furniture in the rooms that we couldnt clear out, they were able to work around them just fine. Will definitely be doing business again with them in the future.

We had a great experience with Slav and team. They were very prompt and patient at the same time in responding to all our questions. The team was knowledgeable and did an awesome job in replacing the carpets on our upper floor with hardwood flooring. They also identified an issue with the floor surface being uneven in our master bedroom(something which the home builders messed up initially during construction) and helped with fixing it as well. Slav and team did a great job on the floors! They turned out SO nice. They were also prompt and communicative when it came to the project (quote, scheduling, finishing up) and super available for questions along the way. They were also extremely helpful when we ran into an issue with unexpected vinyl sheeting under our carpet we didnt know was there. All in all I am thrilled with how the floors look and would absolutely use them again.

Vlad and his team were Fantastic. My house is a 1920s Farmhouse, the floors were pretty abused. The repairs that he did are almost undetectable, and the completed results brought tears to my eyes. The floors turned out better than I imagined and I am in LOVE with the results. I also had many questions that were all answered, and I feel, if I have additional questions they will answer them promptly when they arise.

Vlad and his team are amazing. They have once again performed a miracle install. We had gross old carpet everywhere that smelled. The upgrade to a solid white oak floor with custom stain has transformed our home. This is our second floor we have had installed by Hardwood Perfections and would definitely use them again!

When the work was finished I was left with blobs of glue coming out the trims which don’t stick properly and come up. Residues of same glue are all over staining the floor. A part of the trim is missing. Finally after I paid they disappeared and didn’t answer to my messages leaving me with all the above mentioned issues.

I was recommended Hardwood Perfections by a family member that had work done by them a few years back. I called Vlad and he came out the very next day to take a look at our houses floors. We had hardwood that was hidden underneath carpet for quite a few years. Andrew fixed a hole in my hardwood floor by replacing a board. He was able to match the original stain/color and you cannot tell the board was replaced. He was quick and left the job site very clean.

If there were more stars, I would have given this company the highest possible. Brandon the Hardwood Perfections representative and bidder arrived, asked questions, measured the areas and provided us with the bid. I did NOT have to wait weeks and call repeatedly. We had three bids and his was in the middle. His responses to my questions were quick. I usually ask some questions that I already know the answers to evaluate peoples knowledge. He passed the test. We also had a time constraint because we would be out of town and perfect for them to apply the Swedish finish. They could meet the deadline.Their job was to redo an existing area and lay two adjoining rooms and make everything match. The crew arrived the Friday before we left and laid the two rooms which are all visible to each other. During the process, Brandon asked if we wanted to remove the old existing grooves, our answer was yes. When we arrived back home, it was beautiful. The old and the new matched and the old grooves were gone. Hardwood Perfections did this while encountering problems with the old floor, it had not been laid correctly. In hindsight, if I had known, I would have had Hardwood Perfections remove it. But they handled the old floor problems and made it all flow really well.I can say that we are extremely pleased with their work and the beauty that they have added to our home. When we redo our kitchen, Hardwood Perfections will be called.

Vlad offered aposition to be apprentice, and was sent to the shop instead of being in the field because apparently Im not the next installer, I only worked there for like three weeks . Dont know what hes thinking there to be honest.Vlad had a grown man the was recently hired in the shop to run it, this man he hired was in his feelings and sabotage my hours because he wanted to run shop his way instantly .Personal Employee interest to help grow within their business Non. Based on my Review with Vlad our verbal agreement fell apart ! They will Teach you the way of flooring ! Also when doing your Taxes W-2 make sure you check federal income tax below mines is empty for some reason I remember Filling my Taxes in regards to take additional money out at their shop there was conflict about it and they ( Natalia &vlad ) would get back to me and never did ? Liberty Tax Grouped Had me pay and showed me how much I owed. I remember asking Vlad to take additional money out and I wrote on the originally copy to do so, Guess theres a conflict of interest . im sure the old copy is destroyed. Yah that sums up my experience . Also now hes trying to black mail me out of this review and send it to a lawyer or some like that . He keeps harassing me with texts . After 1 year later after i did my taxes

My entire experience was amazing. Vlad was super easy to work with, even with my very short timeline, which required him to come measure the house during our inspection (we wanted flooring installed after we purchased the home, but before moving in). He was wonderfully flexible, and Max and his coworker were amazing. They did the whole install in one day. It was so amazing to come home to a new house, with brand new floors! I have already recommended them to a colleague, and we will definitely use them when we redo the rest of our floors!

Vlad and his crew did a great job at a competitive price. If I had any criticism, its that communication could be improved (I sometimes wasnt sure what day they were showing up until the last minute), but that was partly because of a delayed shipment that threw off the schedule. Still, you cant argue with the results. The floors look great, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I recommend them!

Another successful project. Ive used these guys for home remodels on 2 different properties and multiple projects over the past 5 years and had great results every time. The latest was a small project - wine cellar - but they worked hard to fit me in, even in the midst of their busy schedule. The biggest was 2 staircases (31 total stairs) and about 2000 sq ft of hardwood. Quality craftsmanship every time, big or small.

Great experience. I had some minor damage left by a housekeeper. Vlad worked with me over the phone. I sent him pictures and he said it looked like it could be fixed. When he arrived he was very friendly and said he might be able to fix it and went right to work. Lucky for us, the repair only took a few minutes and our floor looks good as new. These guys did an amazing job! They were always on time, they were very courteous, and they were very thorough.Our floors were in serious need of TLC. The house is over 60 years old, and the amazing red oak floors had obviously suffered the indignities of a refinishing hack-job and being covered over with carpet. I was concerned that all of the old paint, animal stains, and discoloration would never come off, but it did. The floors went from an uneven, splintered mess covered in globs of old glue and paint to a gorgeous smooth surface with a shiny dark stain and Swedish finish that showed off the beautiful red oak character and grain. Wow. Cant recommend Vlad and his team enough!
