These people are horrible and unprofessional, if you can’t pay in full they treat you like trash and act like you’re simply choosing to be poor. You’re better off letting this debt fall off in a few years.

The people are bad. No manners, no ethics. Called to request copies of paperwork and see my options. Belittled, disrespected and threatened. I was told by associates and manager that they will not send me any information. No phone ethics, they continue to talk over, interrupt and yell. Dillion is the worst and lead by an even worse manager Barbara Williams (ext 1202). Complaint filed with FTC. What a nightmare.

The absolute most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. Every single person I spoke with, completely rude. Had no customer service & argued with me immediately. Even the supervisor got an attitude. Can’t believe these people still have jobs.

Scammers!!!!!! These people are using a companies name under false pretenses and have been for years. If you recieve a call from them do not give them any information until you can verify that they are legit. If they get rude with you you can threaten to sue them because as a consumer you are under the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) which means by law you can not be harrassed or threatened by any debt collector to obtain a debt. And make sure you save the numbers and any letters they send you.

This company called me every single day for weeks. They tried to get me to pay more than I owed and refused to contact the Apartment management company after they told me they would. Several of the agents were rude to me on the phone and could offer me no help. They also started charging me interest on the first notice they sent me (which was less than a month after they said they sent the original - I never received it).

This is the worst place to deal with horrible customer service the agents will cut you off in middle of a conversation and argue with you they will steal all your information and use it against you. I hope you never have the pleasure of doing business with this company

If theses people ever contact my family again I will sue! Calling me a B...h not knowing whats going on is not only pre mature but unethical, very un-professional!!!! having to block numbers all day is not how i should have to do things, I have a life!!!!!!!!! I got a phone call this morning from some horribly rude woman who yelled at me when I couldnt understand what she was saying. She was asking for some foreign sounding name, and I couldnt understand what she was saying. I said, Are you speaking English? I dont understand you. And she YELLED at me, Are you serious? Im asking for **** (some foreign sounding name). I told her, Are you kidding me? You called the wrong number and are yelling at me? So I hung up.I called back to report to her supervisor, and some dude put me on hold for 3 minutes. This is a horrible company. Just from this first impression of them.Absolutely the worst.

Their agent gave my girlfriend a rough time about a debt the proved to be invalid. States Attorney Generals Office has received a complaint.

Paid my balance. cleared my history and the representative was friendly and efficient.

These people are very impatient for when u have a debt through them, best advice I can give is just try to give them what you to bring your debt down

This location is actually RentCollect Global LLC, which is owned by Asurion. This is the location for renters/property debt collection agency.

These people are extremely rude and talk over you on the phone, they have rudely harassed me and my fiancé, haven’t listened to anything we have said and are completely incompetent.

Its been over 3 months since I was promised to have my 300$ collection removed from my credit score, every time I call to check and see why it has yet to be removed they put me on hold for over an hour, no matter the time of day.

Very rude customer service, the guy gave me an attitude.
