By appointment only. Receiving from Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 12:30 noon. There are exception for Sunday delivery when the following Monday is Holiday. Plenty of room to back in. There is a stageing area out from for about 5 trucks. Check in at phone booth or call the number posted for loads assignment. Very quick unloading.

Friendly people had an interview went out for a test drive was offered a job on the spot looking forward to the next step

Check-in @8:30 got call for the door @11:30. Very slow at @unloading...if you have a pick-up or Drop-off after them they gonna waste your while day here and you are not gonna make it.

Checked in this morning the lady was very polite and professional lumped service was quick and I was done within two hours great job I will definitely come back

Will never come again, The lady on the phone check in is nice by talking, unloading is very slow, took 4 hours to unload and then another few hours for paperwork, no restrooms, portable restroom very filthy and no toilet papers, definitely never come this facility, the man was kind of rude.

Great place to deliver to. I had 3 stops with US Foods being my final at noon. My 2nd stop in Auburn for 8am canceled, US Foods took me as soon as I got there and didn’t fuss that I parked in staging while my company and the seller decided what to do with the remaining 11 pallets from my 2nd stop. Thank you US Foods for making a bad situation a bit better

These people are always cool. The office staff is always super friendly. The lumper that comes out and collects the payment was great. The onloading can be a little slow but they make up for it in friendliness and customer service.

Owner Ops beware, will take 4 hrs minimum to offload your trailer.. most likely more.TO my hourly drivers out there.. BINGO!

U.S. food service now...March 19, 2020. Checked in at 7 a.m.Super nice stuff, didnt know they have phone at gate for checking in. Walked distance for about 15 truck doors to receiving.Facility has about 7 +/- truck parkings in front of the gate with clean honey bucket if you need to go.Amazon vans across the street should stop honking around 9pm as they exit their gates.Still cant believe that good people and truck drivers minded food delivery facilities like this existed...Please turn in all the pigs if you see any dumping trash at this parking lot so we can all continue using this lot for what it ment for...Thank you for the fast unloading, the truck parking and a great attitude!

A big company with a big heart. Sure there are always issues, but they care and they really care. Totally dependable and reliable even when things go aglee.

Lumpers are super fast, courteous and cheap. The receivers, not so much.Youll get unloaded very quickly, but depending on how much product theyve scheduled that day, you could be here several hours. Dont bother to complain to the receptionist, she doesnt care.

Typical food service delivery. Gets 5 stars for the gorgeous girl working in the recieving office though.

Very friendly people. Very friendly lumpers. Lumpers were fast unloading and fast with paperwork. Just seems crazy to pay for unloading.$170 for 6 pallets. Broker paid it. Just seems like an antique system from years ago. Costco is years ahead on stuff like this. Anyway .nice clean yard. Check in before pulling into yrd. Staging for about 6-7 trucks.

Not bad getting at appt time just slow getting unloaded. And out there for just 300 cases !

Even though I came after theyre receiving hours. and I had such a horrible day at the other drops that I had. they took me in and unloaded me in a very timely manner I was told I could park alongside the fence overnight because I had run out of hours. do not do this you will wake up trapped I am now going to miss my next appointment

Slow unloading but what do you expect from lumpers. They are all slow. However 3 stars due to nice people or would have gave worse review. Havent been anywhere else here but as a trucker. Docks are a little tight to back into. Especially the ones that have that damn building right in front of it.

Man the lady at the front desk needs a good lay or a joint or something. Lumpers were not too bad

I went there for a food safety test. The facility is safe, clean. The test instructor was very good.

They usually get you in at your appointment time. The loading service is pretty fast also

Started unloading me as soon as i backed in to dock.checked in at office cause nobody would answer phone.girl in rec.office has a very bad attitude towards drivers.lumpers seemed cool.its a shame companys hire people with such bad attitudes,just remember the food,gas and ect.gets there by truckers.

It took 3 hrs to unload 1 pallet! Was late to my next pickup.

So far I have been hear 3 hours waiting to unload 6 pallets and the gal at the receiving office seems to be in a bad mood and there is no parking overnight anywhere near by but on the plus side lumper fee was very cheap and very reasonable fyi lumpers do not take cash must have them issue u a check

Avoid this place as much as you can. It takes 4 hours to unload three pallets and forever to take your lumper reciept. You will be held on the dock even after unloaded and will not be given green light even after you pay lumper. Just because it takes heck of a time to move their lazy ashes.
