My prints were unusable due to the color profile of the image not matching the printer. When I tried to talk to the representative about it, he was incredibly condescending with unnecessary comments such as you should already know this and I thought I already said this when I asked for clarification on his deliberately vague explanation. I felt like he was intentionally dumbing down his answers instead of giving me a straightforward technical answer, then acting condescending when I tried to get the technical details.I said that I felt he was being rude and he became even more combative over the accusation of rudeness. I was willing to pay for a reprint, but it seemed obvious that he was more interested in passing off blame over miscommunication than actually walking a customer through the process of getting a useful product. He treated me like a child instead of someone trying to do business with him, then acted smug about the fact that it clearly bothered me.This man and his business also supports Trump, which told me that this kind of attitude isnt an isolated incident. Disgusted that I gave them my money.

The team did a wonderful job! We submitted everything online, with limited instructions. Our print order was fulfilled exactly as we asked and AHEAD of our deadline, giving us plenty of time to check the work before we needed to use the prints. Fantastic job all around!! We will definitely be using Minuteman Press again.

I had invitations printed and they turned out amazing. The print quality is better than I could have imagined. The staff was able to accomplish exactly what I wanted! You can send them a file online saving a trip to the shop. I will do all my printing here from now on!

This shop always meets deadlines, has high quality standards, and the employees are incredibly helpful. We get a wide variety of projects done here on a pretty regular basis and the results are always as good or better than what I expect and the prices are reasonable. We wont be getting things printed anywhere else anytime soon!

I was able to get what i needed to get done. But really didnt like the looks i got from the guy at the computer behind the counter. And when first walked in the door first thing they said to me was Can we help you. Kinda like i wasnt supposed to be there. Ready to ask me to leave. It took about 20min to fax a sheet of paper.the whole time that man in front of the computer keeping his eyes on me, Hyper aware to me like i was a criminal from the bar scene in Star Wars. If i ever need to fax anything again ill come back just to see how they respond to me the 2nd time maybe it was just a fluke.

I am a fashion design student with little understanding of the workings of computer programs and a tendency to procrastinate. I needed something printed (for a presentation the next day) so I sent it along to these guys via their very convenient email option but it wasnt in the right format to print correctly. I had no idea how to change it and not enough cash in my budget to pay them to do it for me to they explained to me everything I needed to change and a way my computer challenged brain could understand. I got everything changed as fast as I could and sent it back to them with my fingers crossed. They printed everything beautifully and with plenty of time for me to put it all together for the presentation. They were all very helpful and friendly in the shop and over the phone. I highly recommend them!
