The staff at this Office Depot are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is one of the few stores in my main circuit that I actually look forward to going to. The pricing is usually way more than I am comfortable paying, even for something as ordinary as printing paper. I also knocked one star off because the selection on certain items can be sparse. But the friendliness and courtesy of the staff, quick checkout line, and convenient location make up for it.

Looking for new desk. Got cartridges for brother here. Look up items online they do price match. Found Inc 50% cheaper, they honored it.

The customer service was friendly, but unfortunately there were issues with the furniture. When we came home, we began assembling and the main desk frame had a huge hole (charcoal desk set). I called and was told we could get a refund only if we were to take apart our work. For any convenience, I asked if we could replace the one broken part, but their policy does not allow it. The damage and loss of time and energy is quite unfortunate.

I would have shopped there yesterday but there is no place to lock a bike. A lost customer. South Center is Eco-unfriendly, and Office Depot and every business there will suffer some loss of revenue until that changes.As for the rating, I didnt even enter the store because of that barrier. I certainly cant leave my bike unlocked out front!

Would give 0 stars if possible. The store is great, never mind what I can buy here. All I wanted was a web camera, but the bad attitude from these people is something straight out of a movie.I had a condition, which prevented me from wearing a surgical mask. Somebody asked what was wrong. I then mentioned my medical condition, but was given a bad mouth. Never would I have guessed this kind of customer service. Never mind the store when you cant even shop here; they refused service, told me to leave, and to never come back again without a face requirement.No. I wont be doing online shopping.

Arrived near close to shipping counter, a tall skinny guy with an earbud in his right ear, conspicuously using the words negative and affirmative as answers. A preconceived notion assuming a package being shipped on someone elses behalf had illegal contents. Id asked him to leave my name off the package as the recipient was not my contact, and was somebody unknown to me. Talking also to somebody else in his earbud, abrasive, curt demeanor after providing him a subjective assessment of the contents, accusative as though something afoul was in the package. Was provided a quantity to pay, it came short a few dollars, no sympathy, bluntly refused my offer to retrieve additional change from my car. Assessment rude, abrasive, curt individual, a clinical lack of empathy better suited for authoritarian enforcement. Have a nice day while heading to my car visibly enraged out the door, inappropriate interaction for circumstance. Id filed a complaint indicating some sort of hate profile preconceived notion before knowing me, undesirable, unfit for employment with human interaction.

DO NOT HAVE THINGS PRINTED HERE!!!!I had a book I wrote printed here and the boy at the counter told me he READ IT and started criticizing it. They say that what you’re printing is private but obviously they don’t value their customers’ privacy at all.

Morgan is mean. Dont know if she was having a bad day but today she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my print job requests. I work in customer sevice myself so I know there are are courteous and professional ways to let a client know when something cant be done. I also try to provide alternative options COURTEOUSLY. I have been coming to Office Depot for years to get my print jobs done and have rarely had any problems and have had great customer sevice and great work quality, but today I felt like I was a burden to Morgan. She shouldnt go up to somebody and say Can I help you? if shes not willing to be of service.I am very grateful that the guy with the pony tail at the print station helped me afterwards (didnt get his name 🙈). Even though he couldnt do what I needed at the moment he offered me some options and was very polite and courteous the entire time. Thats the kind of sevice I expected in the first place 😯

Guy at the counter asked about face mask requirements after I walked inside without one. I replied back about medical reasoning. I was still refused service and the people here were very discriminatory. No soup for you... and somehow that joke STILL isnt older than the exposure of a fake virus.

I just needed to pick up some bubble shippers. Spent 4-5 minutes waiting for a cashier before I abandoned my item and left. Maybe they dont like revenue?

Great service, especially notable for attention to detail for anything customized. So helpful to have thoughtful design help available nearby!

I want to thank the people at Office Depot for requiring customers to wear masks. My wife is pregnant and shes in an at-risk demographic where Corona could really hurt her. These people who want to turn mask wearing into a political question need to stay home and suck on their cars exhaust pipe instead of coming to the store and spreading diseases.

This is a really nice store. Its laid out really well the aisles are clean and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely do more shopping here in the future when I need office supplies.

Needed 30 pages printed and there was no one in line in front of me yet it took 30 minutes because they do the online orders first while people who come in have to wait around.

Poor customer service from manager. I was just a bother to her yesterday. I was just there to buy a Chromebook, Printer and mouse. Completely ignored for over 10 minutes. Ignored when I thanked her twice. Never asked if I needed anything else...I did. Cashier was great, friendly. Pretty sure I will be returning product even if it costs $20 more elsewhere.

The people in the print and copy area are top notch. I have to print a lot of wide format jobs (posters and such) and Im always thrilled with the final product.

Stopped by after a horrible experience at rite aid. Girl at the register was super nice and helpful, as was the lady in the stamp department. Turned my day completely around!

Talked to some rude man in copy and printing didnt answer my question at all. All I wanted to know was if they received my order or not? He said I would receive an email. Sounds like the guy didnt even check said that his other associate is more knowledgeable and started to wine that his associate is busy with a lot of customers. The guy was so unhelpful and he sounded so dull like he hated his job. Id prefer he didnt answer the phone and waste my time.

The customer service at this location has been unremarkably average to fairly helpful for the past few years Ive gone, but in the last 2 months, its turned awful. Youd think at some point I walked in and kicked over one of their displays from the way theyve been acting. Cold shoulders all around, having to chase someone down half the store just to ask a question, not a word said to me while checking out except a surly announcement of my total.The last time I went in, I had to take a printer cartridge in for recycling, and the first thing the clerk snidely said to me was, You know you have to be a rewards member to do that. After a moment of stunned silence on my end, they continued in a very put-upon tone, But Ill do it this time anyway. Wowee, thanks for the favor.By the by, I -am- a member. Thanks for asking.Im going in to recycle another cartridge today. If things havent improved, well. Staples may be a bit further, but Ill take a little distance in stride to be treated like a customer instead of a nuisance.

Dont do in store pickup. Would have been quicker for me to go in and find it myself.

Too bad I cant give zero starts. I bought a new desk at the store to replace the one that was destroyed by the movers. I paid Office Depot to have it assembled. They scheduled it for July 7th. We brought the desk boxes to my apartment and put them in the garage. Office Depot didnt provide any information about the assembly job.That morning I got a call from the company doing the install needing to reschedule for July 12th because the installer had quit. No other information was provided about the installation job.This morning the installer arrived and refused to do the installation because the boxes were in the garage, not the room where the desk was to be put together. They are not allowed to move anything. Office Depot never said one word about this. If they had, we would have moved the boxes to that room rather than the garage. The installation company never said a word about this when they re-scheduled the installation.Office Depot in Everett sucks! Another week without a desk when I work from home.

More times than not I can find better prices on their own web site. But they will not tell you about that and they have to look each one up too confirm their OWN pricing, frustrating.

Very bad customer service I waited for about 45 minutes to be helped, and during that time I dealt with 2 rude employees and the third onn was no help at all. Price was good but I would rather pay more elsewhere.

They know nothing about the products they sell. The guy sold me the worst computer I have ever seen in my life, and the staff is generally unhelpful as it is. This is literally the Walmart of office supply stores. In fact, the Walmart down the road is better than this dump, and thats saying something because they suck too.

Really bad service. I just asked them to scan some of my pictures and the quality turned out horrible, even though the associate told me she scanned it to 400 dpi. The pictures are in really bad quality and one of them got even scanned black/white even though I asked for it in color. Result? 13$ to scan 4 pages 8.5x11. I wont be coming back again.

Customer service is top shelf; if they cant find it, atleast theyre nice about it.

A sales person insisted that the CD-Rs he wanted to sell me would work with a stand alone Marantz CD Burner and that there was no difference between a Music CD-R and a CD-R. I trusted that he was right, but now months later when I finally have the time to convert my cassettes to CD on my burner, they dont work. Memorex says he was wrong. There is a difference and he sold me the wrong ones.Now I have to wait 48 hours for the receipt retrieval place to find the receipt.

It is a large store with 10 printers, however for some reason they all seem to be out of order and unable to print 24x36 at this time.....seems odd. The random street zombie can seem to make free calls on the store phone that is working though.

Went into office depot to get some business cards made for my dog walking business and the employees refused to help me and told me to do it online.

Did you know Office Depots still existed? I didnt. I guess those back to school times keep them in business. Or if someone really needs some snack candy on that obligatory aisle they dedicate to gummy candy.

Friendly service but expensive. If you need a stamp or something laminated, this is the place to go.
