Really kind woman, but terrible hair experience. Hot water used on my colored hair (should use cool water for color treated hair), repeatedly painfully raked a comb top to bottom through the tangles in my fine, damaged hair (should gently work from bottom up), cut off more length than discussed, and my curtain bangs are just a choppy mess. Was sent out the door with wet hair, no styling or product. Nice lady but would not recommend for hair services. You get what you pay for 😭

I booked an appointment with Barb and she was a delight! Professional, outgoing and really knows her stuff! My hair looked beautiful when I walked out, Barb did a wonderful job.

During this covid pandemic I havent been able to get my hair cut or styled the way I like it. I called a hair salon and the gal didnt seem interested and the last thing I want to do is get my hair cut by someone thats having a bad day. I called super cuts and Barb answered the phone, all chipper and happy. Her personality shined 100 % over the phone, and she was able to get me in by 5 pm..I walked in and the place was well kept. People were wearing masks and she sanitized her chair counter space after the last customer. Super friendly and her customer service was great! She cut my hair and fixed the mess I had created over the passed year. Thank you Barb, youre awesome and Ill be coming back. After looking more closely once I got home, I noticed it wasnt the inverted bob I had requested. I didnt want a Bob. I wanted an inverted bob, so hopefully theyll fix it .

Opted not to go here after I was told it would be $240+ for a partial foil on short hair. Lady said that since my hair was not blonde, she would have to do it twice at $110 each (once to bleach, 2nd to add color), plus cost of cut. Not sure if she was mistaken in pricing, purposely trying to overcharge, or if thats the actual cost, but none of these options made me want to go here.

I called on the phone told them exactly what I wanted I got dropped off so I can get my hair done, I get there and they had like no coloring and the place was empty and they acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help me. I usually go to hair masters but figured I’d give Supercuts a try well guess you didn’t want my money

They should take women off their website... they clearly cater to men...the lady didnt understand simple ideas and...ruined my kids 13th birthday hair cut. She wanted long bangs but she cut them to the same length as the back of her head. Sigh. Oh well...at least its straight and it will grow. My other two girls seem to be mostly satisfied but didnt cut the hair as short as we wanted it. She did however take all three of my girls an hour before closing- so that was nice.

Normally, Ill either LOVE a place of business & recommend it, or Ill be disappointed, & Ill never go back. However this one, I have mixed feelings about. My younger son, usually went there for his haircuts, & seemed pretty satisfied w/the results, as was I. Also, the prices I believed were reasonable, until I called them for an appointment a few months ago. The woman who answered, notified me that my son had to be there within the next half hour, or she wouldnt cut his hair. I thought probably they were closing soon, but that wasnt for another 90 minutes. Then, she goes on to tell me that she would charge extra if his hair wasnt clean, or if it was long. The last I remember, they automatically wash & condition your hair w/the haircut. If you wanted it styled (use of a hairdryer, flat iron, or curling iron), THEN youd pay extra. Also, Ive never paid more than $20 for a haircut. (Except when having my hair styled.) After telling my son all of this, we started to wonder What kind of people do they have coming in? & Why should having longer hair be extra when getting a haircut? (Isnt it all coming off, anyway?) As a result, he decided to go somewhere else for his haircut, but didnt like it. Now, hes going to need another haircut soon, but Im wondering, Was it just a bad day for this woman? Or do they have people coming in, that have nasty, dirty hair so bad, that she felt she HAD to tell me, it was an extra charge?

Really depends on who you get, there are some really good ones, one gal left something to be desired. Probably got mine cut 8 or 9 times there. Just one gal needs practice the rest have been great. And the bad one wasnt horrid it was tolerable.

Have had my hair cut here a few times, no complaints! nice people, easy to talk to, gave me what i wanted each time, and I’m very picky about my getting my hair cut.

Straight Trash. Run from this place like a decent haircut depends on it. Sport clips are a few dollars more for much better haircut and they even wash your hair and a hot towel. Here you will receive dirty looks and a terrible haircut that will have you re-evaluating why you even got with in 100 feet of this establishment.

I had been going here for over a year, no complaints about the cuts which is why I am giving them 2 stars. With that being said, I am extremely disappointed in their appointment execution. Multiple times now I have made an appointment, even days in advance, only to show up and find I am behind everyone who had just walked in. So they know how to take the reservation, but not how to HOLD the reservation, which if youre anything like me with a crazy busy schedule, is the most important part. Sad enough I deal with this at the doctors office, I dont feel the need to do it over something as simple as a haircut. Congrats Supercuts, you lost a loyal customer as I will never return.

I didnt go in the store, I just was on the phone.However the styles on the outer end of the line was so sweet.The store was closing early due to the snow.She tried to see if she could get me in before she left.She said she would have no problem squeezing me and if I could get there in a certain amount of time. Unfortunately I was unable to.I have never written a review for a place without going in there first.I just had to write one for this place.💇‍♀️

I went from dark brown hair to bleach blonde! Im In love with my hair but I spent 6 hours their.... The girls were so nice and I will always go back.!!

We went and had to wait for about 30ish minutes, we went in and there was a girl there (she has dark hair and is very kind). She was a little occupied with another customer after we returned but that was alright. My brother and I got our hair cuts and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Frequently she would ask us our preferences and would give us advice and it was incredibly helpful. When all was said and done we looked very well cleaned up, and especially considering our very difficult hair it was really good. For our short wait she gave us a discount! It was a great experience and shows she cares for her customers! We will definitely be visiting again!

Went in for a quick cut and fade, got exactly that. Easy to get in and get done, and look good. Lets hope they are consistent!

Not friendly at all! Not even greeted with a smile when we entered. Didnt have time for a few hours (only one person sitting and waiting) still with a unfriendly face and no explanation or offer of scheduling. Other girl working didnt respond at all.

My office recently moved to Everett. Since I normally get my hair cut on my lunch break I was looking for a new place. Ive been to this location twice and both times I got right in, got the cut I wanted and got back to work on time. The person cutting my hair was different each time, both were friendly and professional. The hot towel at the end is a nice way to finish.

Ive never seen a place completely deserted yet be booked solid for over an hour even though theres not a single customer in sight? Very suspicious, especially since Im just a dude wanting a quick fade. The condescending attitude didnt sell it very well either.Apparently if youre lazy and want an easy excuse not to work this is the place to be employed at. Not the place to be if youre wanting a haircut though.I feel sorry for the business owner. If they had employees with actual work ethic it could be profitable but instead theyre paying lazy employees to turn customers away. Ill never be back.

Bad customer service. I made appointment, get there on time, checked in and told to wait only for 15 minutes but she kept me and my kid waiting for an hour. We had to leave eventually without getting the hair cut. She didnt even bother to explain why she was giving other customers (who came after me )the priority . Very disappointing

Supposed to close at 8pm but was told theyre short on stylists so theyre temporarily closing earlier (about now she said) and as someone (that isnt here and hasnt shown up yet STILL after ten mins) checked in online they wouldnt have time to cut my sons hair. They should keep to their posted hours. Ive stopped coming here for my hair because they messed it up once (I have a pic of the difference of at LEAST two inches from the left side vs right lol) and the other time a stylist said she just didnt have time to do proper layers in the middle of my cut because people started coming in I was shocked. I had been taking my two sons here occasionally but no more I guess. Nearly $20 for a 7 year old boys cut is outrageous anyway.

I asked the gal to cut 1/2 inch off my daughters curly, shoulder length hair, remove the longer, a-line length in front and give some long layers. Her hair is now to her ears with 1 choppy layer in back. The only way to fix the terrible cut she got would be to cut more and my daughter didnt have the inch or more this lady cut as it was. I hate that they made me get my hair cut at the same time so I couldnt watch what was happening. Weve been growing her hair out her whole life and the stylist just set us back YEARS. Im devastated. Will never return.

Asked for something simple and left with the absolute worst haircut Ive ever had. A big shaver line going up the back of my head which she never showed me. The rest of it was just a disaster. Choppy and uneven all over the place. I tried to get it fixed and she just didnt understand what was wrong with it. I cut my hair one time and it was awful but I actually did a better job than someone who is getting paid to do this everyday. Why they are even allowing this person to work there blows my mind.

Barber was rude. Waited an hour and a half for a simple trim. Avoid this place.

I took all my children here and myself for 7 years. Always leaving satisfied and my kids looking great. I only trusted supercuts to all our hair needs EVEN though I knew how to cut hair. I knew in time that I wanted to work at this location. And years later I style in the same seat that my children sat at when they were little (now 23, 17,15)Supercuts has an advanced training center teaching their stylists advanced techniques in cutting. As a student from gene juarez and graduate from evergreen beauty. I learned valuable techniques I use daily.I can say that being on the other end now as a stylist... This location can be busy with walk INS and appointments. (We only take same day appointments. You can not call the day before. FYI) We can fall behind with exact times as each client in our chair is unique in their style. Typically a mans cut runs us 15 min. So when estimating a time we are spot on when making the appointment. But we could have seen someone who needed a style change or a person who took us a little longer as we want each person to look their best. This can then cause a bit of a jam for others. Like any job.. We can all be thrown off schedule or run a bit late. Some things can be it of our control. We try to accommodate our walk INS and appointments.With this review said. I have always enjoyed this place. As a client and now a stylist. I can even show that 7 years ago we were regulars to this location and this has nothing to do with my working here now. Long before I decided grab my shears and comb and style the next person in my chair this has been my go go spot. ✂❤ I just recently started here (less than 1 month) and plan to stay. I worked prior in the Edmonds salons.Our salon hours are not updated but at this time M - F 10 to 7. Sat 10 to 7 Sunday 10 - 5. Thank you.
