Engaged Seahurst Electric to perform electrical work in our home. Rob and Miles were awesome! Professional, friendly, approached their work in a very organized manner, and took time to explain what they were doing in our electrical panel. They pointed out the little details and explained them. My wife and I highly recommend Seahurst Electric!

I got hooked up with Seahurst Electric through the QMerit program sponsored by Chevrolet to install level 2 EV chargers in peoples homes. Heres a timeline of what happened:07/06: Accepted terms and conditions from QMerit.07/30: QMerit hooked me up with Seahurst Electric, Seahurst is supposed to send me a bid within 3 days.08/06: After my asking QMerit to prod Seahurst, I receive a bid for $1996 to install a level 2 charger in my garage (note: this bid, which is pretty high, does NOT include the cost of the charger unit). I accept the bid the same day.08/10: No contact from Seahurst with regard to scheduling the work, so I send them an email asking them to contact me.08/16: Still no response from Seahurst, so I call their number and leave a message requesting a call back about scheduling the work.08/19: Still no response from Seahurst, I leave another message.08/20: Still no response, I leave another message.08/23: I call a local electrician, well known in my neighborhood. He comes out THE SAME DAY and gives me a bid two days later. The bid is $724 less than the Seahurst bid!08/25: I call QMerit and cancel the agreement for a Seahurst install.I completely understand that these days contractors are very busy. I expected a callback and probably a tentative installation date maybe 3-4 weeks out. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. To not return calls from a current customer is totally unprofessional.

Charged a ridiculous amount to move cable plate; including paying for time spent talking. Will never use again worst experience ever. Stay away!
