I had a massage with foot scrub and rapid relax massager as add ONS. These add ONS cut into time spent on massage to my dismay. Massage was good but I was not informed of facial services offered if I joined as a member. Initially when I tried to make an appointment online I couldnt get an evening or late afternoon time. I was told none available until November! I cant join when there is no chance of getting an evening appointment for two months!

Had been going here for a few years before we had kids. Always got the couples room with my wife every month. We always looked forward to it. We just recently got to have a date night and chose to get another couples massage. It was just as good as we remembered.

If you can stand a brief walk through a sad mall that has seen better days, Massage Envy Everett is one of the best places in the North Sound to get a massage. For easiest access, drive behind the mall so youre parallel to I-5 and enter through the back, then walk forward until you see the sign. Ask for April or Mykel if you want an amazing treatment by a highly skilled and experienced practitioner, and book in advance (their schedules are almost always full). If you like deeper pressure, ask for Russell; medium to deep pressure, ask for Stephanie. If youre looking for a great facial, ask for Hope. Im sure there are other great practitioners and estheticians as well - ask for Nicole at the front desk and let her know what youre looking for. The more specific you are about what you want when making an appointment, (pressure and style you prefer), the more likely you are to be satisfied with the Massage Therapist youre paired with. For best results book in advance! And guys, dont make inappropriate advances or jokes. These are professionals whove invested time and money training and building their skills, and they dont deserve to be minimized by low-rent jokes about happy endings. And please be nice to the front desk employees! They work hard and put up with a fair share of BS from grumpy & entitled people.

I have been getting facials from Diane for several years now. She just keeps getting better and l keep getting lots of compliments on my skin.❤️Diane is very conscientious and knowledgeable about the different product lines. I love being able to experience the latest products. Diane is also fun and relaxing to be around. I always feel relaxed and happy when I leave. She is a treasure - best facials ever!💕

Every single time Ive gone here, Ive had a wonderful experience. The people who work her are friendly, and really seem to enjoy their jobs. I wish I had time to come back more often! But I feel better for a long while after Ive finished! Dont be afraid to have your glutes massaged! Helps decompress your entire back!Going back as soon as Im able!

Parking behind Macys by NW Music Hall puts you close to the entrance. Carrie Hyldahl makes it a 5 star experience. Fantastic massage therapist and person; Ive enjoyed her very much! The Renton landing location is our home location where we began our membership. Working to use the last of our credits and cancel our membership. 4 stars because their pricing is high, compared to using Groupon, etc and pausing or canceling membership is not a convenient process (especially if you have any credits built up). Membership rules are not very customer centric.

Massage Envy in the Everett Mall is a great place to go if you struggle with muscle tension and chronic headaches. Had an amazing massage that really loosened up my neck and shoulders.

Been going for a couple years - the staff is great, friendly & helpful. It took a few therapists for me to finally find one that goes deep enough.. I recommend a 90 minute for a full body makeover!

Hubby surprised me with a massage today and it was amazing! I wish I could afford a membership because Id totally go back every month.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would! Worst customer service ever and they are very careless! I booked a couples massage for a surprise for my husband on his birthday and I guess at the time of booking they either didnt realize I was pregnant or just carelessly booked me with a therapist who doesnt do prenatal massages. Thank you for ruining my wonderful night planned. Im 30 weeks pregnant and look like I have a basket ball under my shirt, there is no way I dont look pregnant. Never going back!
