We have used Drainco a few times now. The first time we had an issue was on a Sunday afternoon. We called a large number of places (names that we were familiar with or had heard on tv, etc) - we either got an answering machine or were told they couldnt make it out for hours and wanted to charge a ridiculous price. When I called Drainco, Stacey answered immediately and was here within the hour. His rates were more than reasonable (especially for a Sunday) and we were back up and working before dinner time! We had to call Drainco again a week ago and this time had the pleasure of meeting Dwayne. He was equally as pleasant and great to work with. The customer service and professionalism from both Stacey and Dwayne was phenomenal. I would recommend Drainco to everyone - and we do! I called this morning with an outside drain problem, the guys were here before lunch!!! They explained everything in a very easy to understand process. 15 minutes later, my drains were flowing again. I need my main pipe dug up and repaired and they gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. I recommend them for all your plumming needs.

First, let me say that the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and who answered my service call was INCREDIBLY nice and pleasant to deal with. The response time was also fast, and they gave me a specific appointment time (not just the usual 12-4 line). On both days they actually arrived early! I had water leaking into my basement, and I was concerned about an expensive fix. Instead I was presented with an inexpensive option that worked perfectly. I never felt hustled or that I had to be on guard. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow. I called these guys this morning for help with what I thought was a clogged drain. They were here shortly after noon. They quickly identified the problem. It was not the drain, but the A/C unit. They checked the pipes to make sure they were clear, checked under the house to make sure it was not leaking. They then told me how to maintain the pipes so that this would not happen again. Furthermore, they called an HVAC guy for me that they knew to fix the root of the problem - today. Because they didnt do anything - there was no charge!!!!!! They were polite, pleasant and friendly. Amazing.

I needed help with a clogged bathroom sink so I called and they were able to come within a timely manner and with my schedule. They got here about 5-10 minutes early, had the sink unclogged, and was leaving within 20-30. I will be recommending Drainco Plumbing to everyone I know.

Weve had an on-going issue with the plumbing in our bathroom and have used several different companies over the years. When the problem came up again, we tried called Drainco and they were the best weve had. Horrible service, I called Drainco to have them come out and quote a sump pump install in my crawl space. I was told someone would be out at my location at 4pm on Monday. So I made sure I was around at 3:45 just to be on the safe side. 4:30 rolls around and no sign or call from these guys. So I waited another fifteen minutes and no one ever showed. I tried to call these guys three separate times while I was waiting and no one ever answered. Needless to say I am very disappointed. In the future I’ll know to just call the competitor and not to waste my time here.

I was talking to my neighbor who is a store manager at Wal-Mart & he was telling me about a plumbing company named DrainCo He said their plumbing services came to his store and solved a major plumbing issue that 7 different plumbing companies over the past year could not repair and DrainCo was there for three hours and had the plumbing issue resolved and havent had any issues since. So heres where I come in... We needed a main drain in my front yard that has had root issues for years repaired. DrainCo came out and ran one of their cameras in my sewer line and described to me why my sewer line is always getting roots in it. DrainCo gave me a free estimate on what it would cost to replace so we agreed on the price and thanks to my neighbor I will always call DrainCo from now on if I have any plumbing issues, thanks so much DRAINCO!
