Asked for them shorter and he kept saying okay but wouldn’t cut them.... then rushed me out because they had to get an appointment in. Left nails thick and definitely rushed it

I had been here before and not a very good job. I work at the mall now and Sunday they was supposed to open at noon and they didnt open so I asked security and they told me they had shut down and wont be coming back. I think another nail place is going to be coming to replace this place. No more bad services for anyone.

If you dont care about what it looks like, and are ok with what they want this place will work. I had the Male tech. He within 5 min started talking Foreign language. Oh how this agitates me. (Try golden nails on west side *If this annoys you too, they actually dont do this*). Anyhow, he starts putting on the tips. I look down after while he cuts the length and say, no, can we go a but shorter. I could barely understand what he said. But it was something along the lines of not much nail for the price if I went shorter? Well I gotta say, $35 bucks I spent I wish I would have went somewhere else. I wish I hadnt of came to him. He continued and I ended up with longer length, although I brought this to his attention. Do I think they are pretty? Yes. But do Iactually wish I could have someone else fix em now? YES! This may sound petty. But it was my money. My wishes, and my like and dislike. Bad customer service! I advise you to find another place. The lady did great on my daughters though.Added pic, wasnt terribly long, but I like the shorter box look.

Absolutely horrible spent $90 on a full set and gel polish on toes they looked terrible i asked her to redo them they still looked awful and still charged me for longer nails and coffin and they don’t even look like that. Will never go back

Okay so I went there about 2 weeks ago for a mani and pedi. They were busy and the girl told me that it was going to be a 45 minute wait. I was cool with that by that time another person walked in and sat down a couple of seats away from me. She asked her the same thing she had asked me. So now we are at 40 minutes of waiting. Client leaving, she tells the young lady who walked in after me to go ahead and pick out a color and sit in the chair. By that time another young lady comes in and needed her broken nail fixed and she was placed in a chair as well! As I sat waiting with my color in my hand I realized that if they would make me wait a whole 45 minutes and take everyone that came in after me FIRST(no appointments)! Then they didn’t deserve my money. I took my hundred dollars that I had to spend on my nails right to EVANS NAILS AND THEY SERVE MARGARITAS AND WINE while you are getting pampered. GO TO EVANS NAILS THEY ARE WAY BETTER!

I called to make an appointment for 5 and the tech that answered the phone told me they were only taking walk-ins. I get there at 4:20 and she said they werent accepting any more customers.😡😡😡😡😡

It was nice at first, but theyre kind of rude in there. First of all, $35 for regular acrylic French tips? Are you kidding me? Then, the nail stylist forgot to put my white tips on, so he paints them on. So he charged me $32. Lol. Its only been a week and two days since I had them and I already popped them off. Never coming to this place again. I gave them two stars just for effort. They didnt even oil up my cuticles.

Had my daughters nails done here, within 3 days they started falling off, by the end of the first week they had all came off, do not use these people, they refused to make it right.

My nail place was busy so came to this place. Wrong... Nail guy acted like he was in a mood when I sat down didnt say hello hes grabbing and snatching my fingers then he starts to apply the nail glue my thumb nail comes off and he yells at me like Im his kid and start snatching my finger again!! I pop off those nails and threw them at him!! Will not be disrespected in your Very Nasty establishment ! I wish I could give you a 0

Horrible service! The pedicure thrones were not sanitary. They used utensils that were not cleaned before or after me. They threw them in a drawer after using them. The lady that was doing my pedicure was on the phone the whole time talking about partying, very unprofessional! One of the guys came over to get my color for a different client and then never brought it back. When I asked for my color back they refused and said he had never taken it from me. It was my personal color from home! Very unprofessional!

3 hour wait. Nails are beautiful, but only 2 people working.

Worst place to get a pedicure!!!!! There equipment is not sterile in any way. Very rude, not enough staff, rushed.. I would give them no stars but that’s not an option. Never going back!!!!

Not a good experience. I was ignored at first while I was standing right in front of a guy on his laptop. I felt like I was interrupting him. He was not friendly and he seemed like he didnt want to be there and definitely didnt want me there. Will never return there.

Horrible place will never go again I took my girlfriend there to get her nails done (full acrylic set) price was good 25 bucks even but they did a horrible job they didn’t put the nails on straight they didn’t even paint them completely the woman who did her nails was on her phone playing on Facebook the whole time would not at all recommend this place to anyone.

Man this place is horrible customer service is so Horrible and I’m professional The man wiped my hands down with polish remover as If my hands were dirty The man caught a attitude with me and did not finish painting my nail in the nails he did paint he put too much polish on and did not let them dry in between and While they were dryin they start Creason then told me he was not going to fix them after paying him $35 save your money my fingers looking worst then when I came in
