Im computer illiterate!😊 The young lady helped me with the computer, and she was very patient and kind! My daughter and I was out of there very quickly! We really appreciate the service we were given!

This is a small drop off location located in their distribution center and sometimes they get rather busy as theres always people coming in and out. At this location customers will have to enter their own information into the terminal if they dont have prepaid postage so for someone not computer adept, it can be a rather arduous process.

The women who was working Sat morning was very helpful.**If Amazon tells you dont worry about bringing in a box, BRING ONE!**

As I sit here at customer Center 21 the lady inside says that she does not have a box for my product that is only 12 inches long by 3 inches wide. I asked her if she could bag it and send it back. She got an attitude with me and told me theres nothing She could do. Every time Ive come to this customer center they have been completely arrogant and have attitudes.Fire the woman with an attitude form no reason!It is 30 minutes before closing time and she will not take the time to go around back and get a box. Then tape it up and ship it out.

Dec 16 2020 my bf went into the store and the lady behind the counter refused to sell him a box said she couldn’t give him one even though there was one behind the counter.. said he would have to leave and get a box of his own. He mentioned the box behind the counter and she told him he was causing a scene and to leave when he wasn’t even causing a scene.. Not sure who you have working the counter but she was very unprofessional and rude. I think lazy because it was 30 mins before closing and she didn’t want to do her damn JOB! Smh

This U.P.S should be used in All Their advertisements, the people are attentive, Professional & VERY Customer service oriented. The one person that seems to ALWAYS outshine them all is Ashley..I believe she is a manager,and rightly so should be,but She NEEDS U.P.S. upper management realize hot EXTREMELY OUTSTANDING she is..not just her Professionalism, etc. But her entire attitude, Smile...makes me glad JUST to have to go there( go there work related) She is Indeed a diamond that they need to recognize and appreciate!!

Extremely horrible service!!!! Got a package yesterday the driver felt it necessary to open my door and come in without notice! While my fiance is home alone. I call and address the situation. The the supervisor says I would have done the same thing The Evansville Indiana Location are trained very poorly!

I had to send back some electronics to our cable company and was told UPS would handle it. That they did, took down the ID number and gave me a receipt. I was ready to go, no charge for packaging and getting it back to the cable company!

Package was out for delivery on friday according to their site. It was never delivered and now they say its in transit and nobody can give me answers on what happened and when they might try to redeliver it. Grade a customer service in my book

People dont seem to know what they are reviewing. This is for reviewing the UPS location at 27 Negley Street in Evansville, Indiana. IT IS NOT the place to be reviewing UPS and how you dont like that they leave your packages on your front door instead of side nor how it went when you called 1-800.This is someplace you go when you want to ship a package via UPS and you want to hand it to someone in person. Its also a better place for people shipping packages that already KNOW how to package and have their packages ready to ship. If you need a box and you need help packaging it they can do that, but a better choice is one of the UPS Stores located in Office Depot or the like.This location is where all the delivery trucks come and go from. They have a small customer service area for you to ship packages from there. Which is really convenient in that your package is immediately at the sorting hub. Not waiting to be picked up and ride around all day getting there.Given what it is and who SHOULD be using it, they do a good job. Staff is friendly and helpful (again though - this isnt the place for people that NEED a lot of help.) I only give them four stars instead of five because during really busy times its unlikely they will call anyone up to help the ONE person always working there. There is one register, one scale. Sometimes you walk in and your first. Sometimes you walk in and there is a line. Always its one employee working the counter.

They wouldnt let ME have the packages that I was authorized to pick up & I even had authorization letters & MY drivers license with ME

Lied and said they attempted to Deliver my package at 2pm. Little did they know I have cameras, that pick up every car that drives by!!!! THEY DID NOT SHOW UP NOR DRIVE DOWN MY STREET AT ALL THAT DAY!! So now my package is being held at Negley, And I half to go pick it up!

Failed to deliver on time. I live twenty miles from their facility and my packages have been there since Thursday. Its now Saturday morning, and they dont deliver on the weekends. And customer service? Ha! Good luck with that. I dont see how theyre still in business. Fed Ex will get all my business now. Dont use UPS if you have a choice! Terrible service.

I have had 4 packages dropped off at neighbors houses rather than mine. I own two houses that sit side by side. UPS cannot seem to find one of them and either delivers to the wrong house, or makes me come to Evansville to pick the package up. This last time, they showed the package as delivered but it wasnt there. I called to explain that this had happened before and was told that if the driver says it was delivered to an address, it was. I was told that the driver wouldnt list a package as delivered to an address if they didnt verify it, but they would look into it and call me back in an hour. An hour and a half later, at 6:30 pm, I called them and was told the driver would stop by and see me yet that day and show me where he left the package. He never showed up. At 9:15 pm, a neighbor that lives down the block showed up with my package and said he just noticed it sitting by his door. I called UPS the next day and asked them why the driver didnt come by my house and all they said was that the log shows the package was delivered and I should contact the seller about it. When I told the UPS rep that my neighbor brought me the package and he hadnt seen the UPS driver either, they seemed to get concerned and said we need to file a complaint because this isnt right. She took down all of the information again and said the sort facility that the driver was dispatched out of, would call me yet that day to follow up. Its been two days and no follow up phone call. Imagine that......The really sad part is that FedEx and USPS both have no problems finding either address. When I asked what I should do so that UPS could find both addresses, I was told to discuss it during the follow up call. You know, the one that never happened.

My package didnt arrive on time but showed to have arrive at this destination. So i drove to this office, but it was already closed. A manager saw me looking around and asked if I need help. He ended up walking me into the building and opening the trailer on which it showed my package to be in. He spent more than an hour with me unloading that trailer box by box looking for my package.Also staff at the counter are all friendly and helpful.

Ive always had good service at this location, all the people complaining and saying theyll only use fed ex, theres probably an equal number leaving bad reviews on fed ex saying they will only use ups from now on. Lol

Always had great service here. Nothing but courteous, professional service. The people posting bad reviews should understand that delivery is not magic. Just because you want your package by a certain time and dont get it doesnt make these bad people. Later than expected / ESTIMATED delivery happens with any and all delivery services. More often than not, packages arrive earlier than estimated. Statistical fact. I agree this doesnt help when you order something really cool and the anticipation is killing, and it goes one day past estimated, can be maddening..Want your package early, order it to be delivered way before you need it,,,, the logistics of getting packages across country for so little $hipping charges is impressive and often taken for granted by the public.

Terrible and untrusthworthy company. UPS driver had backed into my car at work and cracked my rear bumper along with scuffing the whole portion of my rear fender. Spoke to management and told me that they were trying to protect their driver from any problems that may have happened and they assured me that it wasnt their driver. Really? Do not trust UPS they are fishy and untrustworthy.

Hate UPS, they bring your package to evansville and then hold it for 3 days like its theirs. I tracked it to the center and it wasnt scheduled for delivery till weds and they wont let me get it and save them the drive, pisses me off because ive already paid for it, will use fed ex from here on out.

They need to get off their butts and start delivering on Saturday or at least have customer service open for pick up my package arrived in town 1am and i have to wait till Monday to get it. Prolly be 8pm before they get to my house thats how it feels like.

2 weeks in a row my package is no where to be found! First time driver left it at the wrong address. This time who knows because they cant reach the driver. This is ridiculous. Cant even speak to someone local.
