I just want to acknowledge Michelle. She is fantastic. I was misinformed by my customer as well as dispatcher about appointment/arrival times, and Michelle said that she would take care of my driver even though he was late, and she was fully booked. It could’ve easily of been blown off, and she could’ve simply said “oh well”. She went above and beyond, it’s little things like this, that makes this industry worth working in. Had to wait over one and a half hours for the lady to show up and check me in which was after my appointment time if she is going to take off and go where ever she went they need to have someone else to be able to check you in or not let her take off till her shift is over

Normally a very quick load/unload. Unfortunately the large lot collected tons of snow, and with a lot that had a grade, well ill just say the lot became my home on this cold, snowy night... Great place any other time. This situation was honestly driver error. Had nothing to do with the company. Lol

3pm appointment and I arrived at 1130am. Maybe I got lucky but got docked in at 1230pm and was out by 1pm. No complaints with people from shipping. Thanks guys for getting me in early

This review is for the owner of those 2 companys one is the PFL Logistics and Cold Storage be a man not a chicken. This is not a good way of doing business.

Please if you have an appointment for more than 7 in the morning do not go they do not open until 8 and there is no parking, there is no space at all, the doors are closed with a padlock !!! After you are inside super fast and very attentive but please know that there is no appointment for 6 or 7 in the morning
