Place is always clean, machines ALL Work. Ive never seen any be out of order, ever. Only thing is prices went up again recently on the washers and I think its a little steep. But on the other hand, with both washers and dryers all always working in tip top condition and the dryers being extremely reasonable in cost for the time you get per quarter, and they are super hot. I ho there and pay the extra just for the fact I can get my laundry done much faster and cleaner than any of the laundry facilities at my apartment complex.

Connie is very nice but being told 1 price for weighed laundry and the next its an 18 dollar up charge seems very suspect. Wont be going back. But Connie is a sweetheart.

Expensive: Cheapest washer is $7. However the place is very clean and comfortable; with a large screen TV, a lot of machines and dryers, and plenty of folding table space.

Royal Express Laundry is an exceptionally clean and friendly business. ALL equipment shines like brand new and is in great working condition. Royal Express laundry was a delight to discover. If you are on the West Side, by all means check them out and I guarantee you will have a great time doing your laundry.

Everyone that works there stays busy wiping everything down constantly and sweeping the floors. Washers and dryers are always clean. Staff is super friendly.

Told me I couldn’t go in with my girlfriend because of the “one person per family” rule when I saw 2 crackheads go in at the same time and sit next to each other the whole time. Makes no sense. Capacity is 20 and there was only 2 other people in there

This place rocks! A little off the given path. Great machines. There was an attendant on duty to help those who needed it. That includes me. A little pricey but worth it. Place was clean and equipped with machines that worked.

Moved back to Evansville recently and found this laundromat. Very very very clean and maintained. Attendant here at all times. Big nice washers for your comforters so they dont get ruined. Nice staff and friendly owner I met. Thank you for a great place to do my laundry.

This is a clean laundromat and there are several washer options depending on how many loads you need to wash. Only negative is they only allow one person per family in at a time so theres no helpers allowed. You are stuck with doing everything yourself while your spouse watches from the window outside.

One the best laundromats that I’ve ever been to! Very clean, comfortable atmosphere, good washing machines, good dryers. It’s surrounded by stores just in case if you want something to eat. Only things I will say is that I wished that they have WiFi or at least one good spot where we could get some good connection. Also, I do wish it was a little bit more spacious. Other than that, excellent customer service and a very clean place to wash your clothing. I will be returning.

Clean, washing is a little expensive but the cost of drying actually balances out the total cost. Need to sell drinks and the price for snacks are extremely reasonable.

I am very happy with my experience! I managed to wash and dry all my laundry in an hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the machines can use Pay Wallet, credit card, debit card, or coins.Averaged 1.33 a load to wash. That is much cheaper than I am used to.All in all, I plan to start coming here instead of using my apartments laundry.

The attendant tried to force child endangerment upon my grandchild!!! A 22 month old!! By not allowing my daughter to bring her in with her to finish her already started laundry!! The attendant stated the business has a policy of one person allowed in and that my daughter would not be able to bring the baby in with her as it poses too much risk. The policy is in observation of social distancing for covid-19. This is insanity!!! Who tries to force a mother to leave her baby unattended in the attenpt to finsh tge laundry in a public laundry facilities?!! This attendant must have been some kind of crack head nut job!!! Thank goodness my daughter wasnt bullied into this!!! No stars !! Negative 5!!! The only reason I put one star is so The public can see my daughters and grandchilds experience there. She wont be using this dump again!!!

Went here to wash a comforter. Very helpful staff.. even gave me tennis balls to use in the dryer to help fluff it. Very clean and all machines looked new.. card readers on every unit

Right now they dont have wifi. If they did, I wouldve given them 4 stars. Theyre allowing people to bring dogs inside. Dogs dont belong in a business unless its a pet store. Not only that, I pull up and theres a guy trying to hide his vodka behind his back. Attendant finally said something to him after me being here for about 10 minutes. Wasnt going to get out of my car as long as he was sitting there.
