Bailey was my stylist, & she was amazing! She gave us the perfect amount of help, but also space. These places definitely value commission, but she put no pressure on me at all. She even let me know it was okay to not choose anything that day because it was important I felt comfortable. During my appointment, I started to get a little overwhelmed & not only did she recognize & verbalize that to me privately, she then helped me through it. In the end, we found the perfect dress, nothing I would have picked before walking in, but she paired it with a gorgeous veil. She seems genuinely happy to be doing what she does & very comfortable in her role. I would recommend her to anyone going here! Thank you Bailey!

I made several visits to David’s recently to try on mother of the groom dresses. On each occasion the employees were extremely helpful! They provided insightful feedback, found jewelry to coordinate and even had tips on undergarments to give the perfect finished look! David’s Bridal has a great selection of dresses and reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

This review is for the alterations team. I recommend you go elsewhere for alterations. The floor girls that sell the dresses were good. They told us we wouldnt be charged for a rush and wrote it on the order. The lady that did the pinning said it didnt matter, she was charging us. The same lady said they wouldnt do a dart. Not only did they do a dart, it was crooked and was poorly done. She said she was to busy to have it fixed before we needed it in 2 days. So we fixed it ourselves and looks MUCH better. Dont bother with alterations here. Buy your dress from the nice girls that do the sales, but take it somewhere else for alts.

I went to picked up my wedding dress from alterations and Barbara was amazing! She looked over the dress the same myself and my mom did. There was a mistake but was quickly corrected while I was in town. My mom still needed a dress for my wedding, Bre and Helen were fantastic with helping us find my mom a dress and get it fixed up in time for my wedding in 14 days! Highly recommend this shop!

Store Manager Helen at Evansville store was amazing to deal with... went in for alterations today and my dress no longer fit. It was 2 sizes too big due to dieting and was not able to be altered. She went above and beyond to get me my same dress in a smaller size. She definitely made the experience 10x better than what it could have been.

Honestly, I was dreading this appointment. I was terrified I wouldnt find anything that fit, or the consultant wouldnt be friendly. It was just my anxiety and how my brain works. The store manager Jaymie was my consultant and she was incredible! Bubbly personality, and just all around great! I got measured and was a 24. Everything i tried on either fit was was too big. I brought my mom and maid of honor. I tried on about 7 or 8 dresses and found my ONE which happened to he dress #2! Rang the bell while crying because i had dreamed about this day forever. The experience i had at my local DB was top notch and my anxiety was gone. Thanks jaymie for everything....

The staff here is amazing! We had to get a last minute slip to put under my daughter’s pageant gown because the gown was too long and she kept tripping on it… and we had no time for alterations, and they where more than willing to accommodate us, and where patient with me as I had left my credit card at home and had to figure out a way to get the number. They where very patient and kind.

Helen and Bailey went above and beyond to make sure my dress came in on time for my wedding! I literally gave them 8 days and they pulled through making miracles happen. The alterations lady was very rude. She made me wait 3 weeks to look at my dress and then told me she couldnt help me because she didnt have time. I had to take my dress to a random person I found online and thank God she helped me. I dont recommend Davids bridal alterations.

Bre was amazing! I didnt even know it was her first day until the end of my appointment, thats how good she was! I told her my vision and the first dress she grabbed ended up being my absolute FAVORITE dress. The stylists really worked well together and with me and my party.

I had my alterations appointment for my wedding dress and also for two of my bridesmaids. One called me the day before saying they couldnt make it. I called and let them know and they canceled both appointments for my bridesmaids when I specifically said only one could not make it, even clarified their names. We both got there and they squeezed her in. The alterations women did not seem very happy the entire time. Seemed like she had a thousand other things going on that she would have rather been doing then fitting my wedding dress. Was not expecting that attitude but she did do a good job on the dress and listening to my requests.

Bre was extremely helpful & thoughtful. My 1 year old son was shopping with us & after I told her it was his birthday she brought us a pinwheel & a glow stick to play with. Thank you Bre for making this experience so easy & fun for my son!

Our granddaughter spent a great deal of time trying on and deciding on the perfect dress this past Saturday afternoon for her fall wedding. Debra was helpful, in making a few suggestions while also trying to help other customers. We needed to take a quick lunch break, she offered to set dress aside until end of day, handing our granddaughter her card and added she would be leaving at 4:30pm. She assured us anyone would be happy to help us when we came back for the dress. When we returned a couple hours later to make purchase, the staff couldnt find dress and claimed it must have been sold and offered NOTHING more in assistance!! Such a big disappointment to find perfect dress and size, only to find the rest of the staff is less than helpful when returning. Unfortunately our beautiful bride left nearly in tears and the rest in the group left mad.

Customer service was the worst we have ever dealt with. absolutely no manners and the worst attitudes by both employees and managers. we were told three different things by three different people. they have no respect for customers. if there were negative stars i most certainly would choose them.

Went twice for bridal appointments. Each time had the same girl. Limited to four dresses, and the stylist kept leaving to attend to I’m assuming other things. Second time they double booked with another bride and the stylist, while limiting me to four dresses, kept pulling more and more out for the other bride and ignored me for most of the time I was there. I tried on one dress that was supposed to have clip on sleeves, and she brought me over the size 6 sleeves instead of my size which were in the back. I felt unimportant and neglected as a bride. Probably will try to find somewhere else to buy my dress and bridesmaid dresses.

The girls working there were absolutely wonderful. I had some anxiety about going there because I had seen some bad reviews. Well idk what was wrong with those people, because I had a blast. One girl came up to me and told me she was the manager (or fill in manager, I cant remember) and if I needed anything to let me know. I was also nervous because I couldnt afford much but they didnt treat me any different because of that. I definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience, when we first went in for my daughters appointment to find her wedding dress, Debbie was very scattered, she would walk off and help others, so we would have to wait for her to come back. My daughter thought she found her dress, told her we were going to get lunch and talk about it. My daughter was told that they would put her dress on hold and gave her a card with the info on it. We went to lunch and went back to the store about 3 hrs later to buy the dress and asked about alterations cost were. We were told they really didnt know what it would cost. Then my daughter told them she wanted to buy the dress and they started looking around. Finally one came up and said they would have to order it since they didnt have her size, even though she tried on her size, then another came up and said it was sold. They both walked off not asking if there was anything they could do. My daughter was very upset, I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The 2 lady’s in there were super sweet I left my David’s bridal card at home and they stayed there late just to help me since I had a pageant the next morning the works there are super patient and kind I would gladly go back again!!

Caroline is great and totally saved our day. I had ordered from jjs house and their shipping was saying it would be here 2 days late. This was in April so all the stores were catering to prom and I needed a dress last minute! Caroline swooped in like an angel and gave me the help I needed! Shes very good at what she does and knows what looks good on you. I was able to find a dress and get all accessories for just over $1000! The jjs house order did arrive on time the day before, but this trip to Davids was not in vain, the quality of what I got from jjs wasnt the best, the tiara will make your scalp bleed, no dress structure, veil trimmed sloppy. Everything I got here was great quality and affordable. Save yourself the headache and shop in person with these guys, its not saving money when you cant wear the cheap stuff! I will be returning to shop properly for another dress for our post-covid ceremony! Caroline, is such a wonderful person, if not for her I wouldnt have gotten any sleep the night before and would have been in a world of hurt on the day, thank you!

I have never been to Davids bridal and the experience was great! I had looked through the dresses one isle after another and just wasnt seeing anything I was wowed by until I seen the Manikin by the dressing rooms and OMG! it was perfect! I had two to try on and besides my maid of honor helping me I was assigned to Sarah. Sarah was very helpful and extremely easy to talk to! Her people skills are amazing and she answered all of our questions and loved the fact if she didnt know the answer that she would get with her manger and she came right back after that. Also loved that Sarah herself loves Harleys as much as I do!! I then made another fitting appointment for both guys and girls in the bridal party with the store manager. I requested Sarah and she said she had to watch Sarah hours which honestly was not professional in my opinion and while speaking with her she had cut me off twice. I didnt get the warming welcome from her as I did working with Sarah and I really hope to see Sarah Wednesday night! Thinking maybe the store manager just had a busy stressful day (per my maid of honor) 5 stars Sarah YOU ROCK!

My consultant was AMAZING. She took what I wanted into consideration when helping me choose my dress. She also helped me play dress up and feel beautiful. I honestly do not think I wouldve found my dream dress without her.

The worst dress shopping experience EVER!! Olivia was our sales consultant and she was less than pleasant. She rarely checked on us, helped people who had no appointment while we waited for assistance, and was trying to rush us out more that 30 minutes before the end of our appointment. They lost out on an entire partys sale, and while we found dresses we liked we will be going elsewhere to find them. Id leave no stars if I could. Ive never been so angry and disappointed in my life.

The Davids Bridal in Evansville was incredible. I went there with my 2 cousins looking for bridesmaids dresses for my wedding in May. Our stylist, Anastasia was not phased at all when I told her my date. She was so helpful and knowledgable, and what she didnt know she would ask and wasnt afraid to say that she needed to ask instead of giving me false information. The manager, Ron helped guide her to ring my cousins out. And when my 35 week pregnant cousin couldnt stand any longer, he got her a chair and offered her water or anything she needed. They were extremely rude to my wife 3 days prior to our wedding. They had left pins and needles in her dress. With multiple threads coming undone, overall extremely poor work. From what my wife told me they were friendly while helping her, but that doesn’t go very far if you can not do your job correctly.

We had a booked appointment, originally scheduled for 5 people trying on (ended up being 2 trying on cause of misunderstanding), and were the first set of people in the building at 10:30am. Our guide led us to the dresses and left us there without any recommendations. The dresses also run two sizes too small, so thanks for the body image issues. (My sister had to get her wedding dress two sizes bigger as well at a different Davids bridal, so it must be a corporate thing). Our guide returned and showed us to our rooms about 5 minutes later and left us again. Didnt offer any suggestions, didnt ask if we wanted a size up after repeatedly trying to squeeze me into an obviously too small dress. (She had originally put me at a size 18/20 cause thats my pants size, but again all the dresses ran small.) She kept leaving our group even after we said we had questions and she left without answering them. And I had tried on a dress that had very thin, criss cross straps and Id ask if the dress could be switched to no cross or a tie up in alterations and she said yall couldnt alter the design like that, which I feel is stupid because of how thin and inconvenient those straps were. The whole visit overall just left a bad taste in everyones mouth. We went with a dress that I had to blind order because she said they didnt have a dress in size 24 (which is what we ordered in, mind you Im comfortably fit in size 18/20 clothes on the regular) or in apple red. So I guess we are going to have to wait and see if we are even okay with what we paid for. And she didnt even introduce herself, which leaves me to believe she went into the appointment knowing she wasnt going to give us the time of day we had scheduled for.

I don’t normally do reviews but, today I went in with only 2 months until my wedding; I didn’t expect to be able to get anything at all. Grace was very patient with me and worked with me on all my dresses she was the sweetest person and encouraged me to try on a dress I was on the fence with. Needless to say I brought it home and I couldn’t be happier❤️

My experience was terrible. Will not be going back! I want just a simple dress not super expensive and we looked for an hour. Didnt really see anything I liked. They told me pretty much to take my business else where because it wasnt worth me shopping there.

I just had my final dress fitting at Davids Bridal in Evansville. Let me tell you from my first experience trying on my dress, to getting my bridesmaids dresses to my first fitting and tonight at my last alterations fitting, I have had nothing but the best service. They treated me like a princess and I felt like one. Even in these times of COVID 19. They were respectful, practiced appropriate social distancing, wore masks and were very sanitary. But nothing will compare to the way the staff made me feel as a bride and helping me realize the dream that I didnt know I had in my perfect dress.

It was a very nice experience, Mrs. Debra assisted me and helped me throughout the process and that same day I found my dress, the very nice manager also helped me too. Great place Great service 👍

She was amazing I give her a 100 out of hundred she was the best at helping me find the most beautiful dress.
