This company did a great job. I had storm damage on my roof. House and out building. My personal friend, ( an insurance adjuster ) came out and turned my claim down. Told me there was nothing he could do. I contacted Steve. He was quit nice and very professional. He came out and looked at my roof.. In short, I had a new roof paid for by my insurance company!! all because of Steves know how and diligence.i highly recomend this roofing company.

Ideal was the first outfit to contact me when I called around for estimates from roof damage. They walked me through what they thought the best results would be, answered my insurance questions and concerns, and submitted a great deal for the allotted money from insurance. They had worked with my adjustor in the past, so I had peace of mind that the best solution would be found. They replaced the entire roof within two days (including a day with some weather concerns) and cleaned up leaving no sign that they were even there. The roof looks fantastic! I had a small leak and was able to reach the business a little after hours. They showed honest concern and care about my leak. While it was a small leak, it was a huge leak in my mind. Small leaks are problematic and it took two tries to get it fixed. They sent their leak specialist out and he took care of it.
