If at all possible go someplace else. Woman at the front desk is the spawn of satan. She cant answer questions because she knows nothing. They dont keep a record of appointments and ask you if you printed off a validation of your appointment.The folks doing the fingerprints are fine and respectable but make sure you dont have any questions before going to this place. I cant believe this is an acknowledged channeler for the Govt.
