WOW, what amazing customer service. Im trying to install an owl box, and didnt have all the right parts. Because I already had some, and just needed one thing that JCs doesnt sell by itself (only as a package), they referred me to another site to purchase that one small thing. They really helped me out tremendously and they could see this time it wasnt a sale for them. That is truly serving the customer. Next time Im looking for product in this area, Im going to JCs Wildlife.

Honestly, I couldnt recommend this company highly enough. I chose it because of the excellent reviews and can add yet another 5stars. A Western Screech Owl moved in within 24 hours of me putting it up. He found a lady friend and the photo below shows the result of their happy union. I have installed a BlinkXT camera nearby and am SO enjoying the antics of this adorable owl family. They are obviously VERY happy with their residence, as am I.

Ordered Mr. Bird Wild Bird Feast for the quail. The cylinders stay together in wet weather while quail blocks melt and fall apart. Feed on the ground for the quail. The quail love them as well as the rabbits, racoons and deer. JCs service and shipping is quick with prices very reasonable.

I bought a bat house after reading good online reviews of the product. I received a defective product with a hollowed knot on the wood near the edge making it prone to cracks. I emailed them and requested to return and exchange it. The customer service rep told me they dont consider this a defect since knots in the wood are to be expected so they have to charge me for return shipping. I sent them pictures (please see attached files) but she insisted there is nothing wrong with it . I then opted to just return it worried they might send me another defective product . They sent me a partial refund after charging me for shipping both ways. Buyer beware! This company does NOT believe in the saying the customer is always right They just lost a customer. I ended up buying a bat house as well as other products from a different company.7/1/2017 FOLLOW-UP TO MY NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOVE- Tip for unhappy customers of JCs wildlife who didnt get a full refund after returning a defective product: I suggest you post your review or complaint on their companys BBB page. I guess they ignore or delete negative reviews but they do pay attention to the Better Business Bureau. Heres what happened: After I found out they deleted the reviews they received on their Facebook page ( all negative) and my negative review from Amazon by deleting the product I purchased, I posted a review on their BBB page. One day after I posted it, I finally got results . They finally refunded the shipping fees just so they can post this INACCURATE comment to my BBB review once again blaming the customer : We have attempted on a number of occasions to work with this customer. We have issued a full refund, even though we do not consider a naturally-occurring knot in a wooden product to be a defect. ..What actually happened was they sent me emails informing me they wont refund the original shipping fee and will charge me for return shipping then asked me if I really want to return the product. I returned the product and they gave me a partial refund . I have copies of their emails to prove this . They refunded the shipping fees only after I posted my negative BBB review TWO MONTHS later . Also, a naturally -occuring knot in the wooden product is one thing, a knot with a hole penetrating through 3/4 of the thickness of the wood near the edge is generally considered a defect except to employees of JCs Wildlife who seem to believe in the motto The customer is always wrong

I was in the market looking to replace my old hummingbird feeder. I found in the JCs Wildlife a wide variety of quality feeders. I did make a purchase and found that the service and quick delivery more than met my expectations. JCs Wildlife gets my highly recommended rating. And, the hummers love the new feeder.

I purchased the ultimate bluebird house and the wren house from JCs wildlife. Both houses are well made and well thought out for both species of birds. The entrance sizes are correct for each house and both have toe holds for the birds to grab onto. IMO they are some of the best houses on the market.

I love the squirrel houses and the owl boxes! I also love that they are made on site. My family and I get all of our birding items from JCs.My girls love the handheld hummingbird feeders they bought, and my mother still has the gorgeous birdbath we gifted her years ago!

Excellent, long-lasting product. The birds love it but each piece lasts 3-4 months. Squirrels don’t come close. I’ve ordered from JCs many times; always very fast, very friendly service. I’m a repeat customer for life.

I think I have placed orders with JCs at least 6 times, and I have always been very pleased. The lady who helps me on the phone is always very helpful and courteous. My orders have always come in 2-3 days; they are well-packaged, and I really appreciate no postage! The price I find to be less than the larger companies. I think my two favorites are the squirrel buster peanut feeder and the window bird food holder. There are 4 large suctions, and they have never failed. Even a squirrel occasionally climbs in, but the feeder stays in place. And it is fun to watch the birds from my dining room window. Even the woodpeckers and cardinals go in. In addition to all this, JCs is a small family business, and I really like to do my business with such.

We just put up 7 barn owl nesting boxes. We are very pleased with the quality of the build. I did have an issue with shipping but it was on FedExs end. I have included pictures with this review. Thanks to JCs Wildlife for responding to my emails swiftly when contacted about that FedEx shipping issue. Plan on purchasing more in the future.

Seed logs are a super lure for woodpeckers( others too).The number of birds using this feeding station is high- it isn’t a problem to keep the station full because of the compact nature of the logs.Logs are a super energy saver for me and there’s little waste below the feeder so limited cleanup is needed.I am a very happy fan of your seed logs.Keep making them and keep the product well stocked for fast replenishing during this busy bird season.

This is a very nice feeder. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very well made and will be hung in the Spring season. It is made of strong materials which I expect to weather very well for many seasons.

I bought some butterfly window decals to prevent the birds from crashing into my windows. They have worked out great. We have not had any bird strikes since we put them on the windows. When I have my windows washed, I take them off and follow the instructions to reinstall them on my windows. They are very attractive and do not make a big mess on your windows. They are almost invisible to the naked eye, but the birds can see them.

Jcs Wildlife does a great job of packing my items and shipping is prompt and efficient and FREE is truly a bonus.I always want to support this type of business when they are this efficient.

Once assembled, the sturdy Squirrel Stopper Deluxe Squirrel Proof Pole System with Baffle has delivered everything that was promised and more. The design is very conducive to perching and allows a variety of birds to stage themselves at the feeder. It is giving me continual pleasure watching all the different kinds of birds flock to it. I especially like the little muddy footprints at the base of the pole showing that any critters that are trying to climb it are unsuccessful. It’s so wonderful that I bought two more and everyone who visits wants one as well. It’s not often that a product so exceed your expectations ... Cheers!

Every time I think that it can’t get any better it does. Customer Service is at your beckon call - friendly, carrying and you as a customer are the most important thing to them. They went as far as to notify me that I have JCs rewards which in turn would help with my next order. I can’t recall any other company notifying me that I had rewards which would allow me to save dollars on my next order. Wow.I find they’re products are always top notch and haven’t had any issues nor do my birds. My birds love the products. Best place ever to buy bird supplies. The management staff is outstanding in listening to customer complaints and suggestions and then DOING something to correct problems. We had received a box of seed cylinders as a Christmas gift that had been roughly handled in the shipping process causing 3 of the six cylinders to have large chunks of seed lying loose .Even though the squirrels found this helpful, my wife would have preferred that all of the seed had gone to her cardinals and finches.When it got time to order more seed, i included a note asking that the seed cylinders be cushioned or packed in a heavier box. Not only did the follow my suggestion they went above and beyond and cushioned AND packed it the normal shipping box in a heavier outer box securely taped and then enclosed a note from a management team member(Alese) apologizing for the problem with the first shipment and offering replacement and a 10% discount on my next order. You cant help but admire and respect a company that responds like that!!

Great customer service and well built products.

I have bought at least 20 Hummingbird Feeders from retailers of JCs Wildlife over several years. These feeders are perfect for hanging in trees or on shepherd hooks. Hummingbirds love them and return to our property every year. I boil my own sugar water (one part sugar/three parts water), even a little more sugar, when the hummers first arrive in April or get ready to leave again in the Fall (we live in Colorado). A raccoon family also loves the sugar water and manages to drink out of the feeders, sometimes taking the feeder and destroying the yellow flowers in their eagerness. Through Walmart customer service and JCs Wildlife customer service, I received 10 replacement flowers 🌺 for my feeders. I will always be grateful for their products, their service and generosity!!

Buyer Beware: Bought a mounting poll kit for a birdfeeder from JCs. Took it out of the box and walked 2ft with it, noticed it would not fit the bird feeder on my kitchen table and put it back in box and returned it. JCs said it was damaged and would be keeping 30% of the order. Opened a dispute with Amazon and was awarded the 30% back. Luckily I had pictures of the product prior to shipping back.Edit response to owner: if protective paint is coming off when again, product never went outside let alone left the room I opened the package in to see if it would fit the holes on the feeder then it is of poor quality unfortunately. I mean I didn’t have the item long from when you shipped it? Even if it was used outside how would it get such damage so quickly ? How would it stand being outside if it gets damage so easily. Seller never attempted to reach out to ask about item. Sent it back and suddenly seller emails saying it’s damaged and they’re withholding 30% of total purchase price including tax. Like I said I sent my info to Amazon and got the money back. Yes I left bad reviews because like I said it never even left the room. If I remember correctly the poles were in separate bags and some may not even left bags but I can’t recall for sure. In the end I found it cheaper elsewhere. Seller has changed the amazon product page so I can’t leave bad review as it goes to something else. (This was another complaint of someone’s on BBB. Seller changed product page so you can’t leave review )

I bought a cord dome two pack as the ad said and when I received my package there was only one in the box. I called JCs wildlife and got no help from there no customer service department. I paid $33.80 and could have bought the same item from Home Depot for $29.05 and had it the same day. I would think twice before buying from this company.
