The service was prompt and upfront with estimates and no hidden fees. They fixed everything we needed and serviced our generator. Pricing wasn’t bad, a little high, but the work and customer service was definitely worth it! They’re pet friendly, they have a clean waiting room and the shower was clean and super hot, which was a blessing. Thank you again, and hopefully we don’t need anything else fixed in the future, but if we do, we’re coming here, it’s worth the drive! We drove over 220 miles to this place because they were worth it. Careful who you bring your diesel pusher rv too, cuz most places and their reviews were horrible, this place, a blessing. I’d recommend them!

Crooks. Tried telling us our ENTIRE brake system needed to be replaced. Drums, spiders, slack adjusters, S cams etc throughout the entire truck/trailer. Quote was Just under $10,000.We had NEW drums on the truck. Only 1 slack adjuster was out of DOT spec. The trailer needed S cam bushings ( x2 ), 2 drums, & slack adjusters. Went up the road got it all fixed for $1500 plus a DOT inspection.Its extremely sad what these guys do to OOs & whoever else is unfortunate enough to roll through there.RUN!

One of the best Freightliner spots Ive been to so far and Ive been to many of them all over the country. The driver can enjoy a beautiful, clean waiting area. You can even take a shower. !!! The locksmith forgot to lock the hood of my truck, its good that nothing happened on the road. I drove 600 miles on the highway.

One of the few freightliners that has their act together.The shop was great they actually fixed my truck right and in a decent amount of time. Then when I needed a part the parts Dept was knowledgeable and had the part in stock! I would recommend this freightliner for whatever you need.

I was on the road for work and my Sprinter Van was badly in need of new front brakes. Despite being midday on a Saturday, Truck Centers took me right in and got to work. The waiting room is very comfortable, and I was updated on the progress of my van throughout the process. The parts and labor was top notch, but the price was very reasonable. They had me back on the road within a few hours. I highly recommend Truck Centers, Inc. of Evansville for any and all Freightliner truck and Sprinter van parts and service. Its always refreshing when a bad day is turned into a surprisingly great day by the kindness and quality service of a business.

Since day 1, I have only been so impressed with Truck Centers! Their team cares. Makayla in the service department is super helpful and so is Drew who is one of their skilled service technicians. It seems like the word no does not exist in their vocabulary. When I need the truck fixed quickly, they find a way to get it done. If I need a ride back or cant drop my truck off, theyve got it covered. They make it so easy for the customer and are very accommodating! Also, their PM services come at some of the best rates I have ever found! They consistently go above and beyond in the customer service they provide. If 6 stars were an option, I would give it to them!

Everybody at Truck Centers, Inc. was extremely helpful and friendly. Specifically, John (Service GM) and Clint (Sprinter Technician) both made the experience excellent for us.Tuesday before Thanksgiving, we came from a road trip (we live in MI) in our RV with our dog and cat. We were able to leave our cat in iRV (with Clint and team) with zero issues. We worked in the Customer Lounge (both with computers) and our dog, Pinkie.John offered to put us up in a hotel and even offered to install a temporary replacement part, which had to be uninstalled from one of their vehicles, while the warranty part was being shipped over the holiday. Given the timing, we chose to rent a car to drive home and return later to retrieve iRV. Ironically, the part arrived very quickly and iRV was ready very late on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. John emailed us around 11 pm to let us know. What a great team to put in such exceptional effort bumping up against Thanksgiving.In the end, there was no charge and everything was covered by warranty.

We brought our rv in for factory recall. Right away we knew this was THE place for service. We were greeted by Sheila who right away started the procedure. We have never received the level of courtesy, professionalism, and genuine interest in our problems anywhere like this business. We were kept informed of the progress and when we had to leave it overnight we were shuttled 70 miles to our home. Like I said we were quite satisfied and will recommend Truck Centers to anyone who is in need of great service.

The best Freightliner I have ever been called on Wednesday night to see if I can get a PM done spoke with Lorie who was in service department at 11pm that night she was very helpful and sweet I asked if they were opening 24hrs she said no to midnight open at 7 am Thursday morning I said that okay I will be there at 0530 can you put me in for a PM first thing she did got there 0515 they had me in a bay right at 0730 the tech was great and new what he doing he did a thorough job i was out of there by 1015 am I cant say enough about Evansville In freightliner the best!!!!Thank you Lorie &Harold who was the tech and to the whole Freightliner teamROSS

I have only bought parts here, but the staff is always courteous and more than willing to help find the correct parts or solutions to the issues you have. I have to come from Louisville (240 miles round trip). Each person Ive dealt with over the last year has been great.

Three words, Super, helpful and politeness. Bought a 600k+ miles Cascadia 2 months ago, been driving it now for one month and it has brought me a few surprises that quite frankly, I was a little surprised about. As the saying goes chance favors the prepared or something like that. Well, I was prepared but could not find a place that gave me any confidence or they couldnt touch my truck for two weeks. Called Truck Centers and was told to bring the truck in for diagnosis. These guys are faster than lightning, got me in, dealt with my warranty company and got me fixed and back on the road. They even had the part in stock for the problem I was having with my after treatment system. The tech even took the time to explain some idiosyncratic qualities of my particular truck to look out for. Now, I dont even want any other Freightliner dealer to touch my truck. A+++ class service, have no worries about where to service your Freightliner, just take to this store. BTW the lounge is amazing and there is a shower in the lounge area. Did I mention A+++ class?

Called the folks at Truck Centers Inc in Evansville and they got me in quick. I had a difficult electrical problem to diagnose and fix but they got it done and for less money than they originally quoted me. I will definitely be using this dealership again!

This service team was absolutely awesome!I broke down on Friday night about 10 miles away. The service advisor gave me phone number and info on wrecker service, upon arrival my truck was given immediate attention and before they closed for the day, I had diagnosis, and estimate. They had the parts in stock and by 3pm Saturday I was back on the road! Hats off to this team of professionals!

Prompt service, I discovered coolant leak on my semi truck engine. I drove to there repair shop, they got it in diagnosed it within 2 hours. Checked for other engine codes found bad NOX sensor. Everything was repaired. Total down time just 1 day. Nice extra benefits is 3 hotels and 3 restaurants within walking distance.

This is an awesome shop first off I’ve DEF issues they got me right and figured out what the problem was work with me to solve the issue they also work with me with the warranty I can’t say enough with these guys awesome group of people and I recommend this Freightliner for any repairs needed very friendly l. They have a shower upstairs in the drivers lounge I got nice chairs and free coffeeIf I ever have any issues and I’m in this area I will be make sure that the truck will come to the shop even if I have to tow it and pay the bill for a couple hundred miles to get to the shop the shop as well worth it

The dealership done well it’s the Freightliner Corporate that I have real issues with!!! Takes 26 hours for troubleshooting to return a e-mail!!!!I told Crete to look elsewhere next time that they order trucks!!!! Volvo or the Paccar corporations would be a start!!! Volvo is the best at troubleshooting I have been told by owner Operators!!Truck Centers went far and beyond to try to get me rolling again!!! Freightliner on the other hand?? No thanks!!!!!

You cannot take your class 8 truck to a better place. PERIOD!! I live just over 100mi away and have no reservations about driving there for repairs. There is a dealership a lot closer to me but I do not go there any more because of the level of service I receive when I come here. I have sent many of my owner operator associates here to have their needs met. Laurie, Steve, Dallas, and the whole maintenance crew ARE THE BEST!! They are the Paragons of Excellence!

Horrible service. Came in for a oil change and to get a clearance light fixed. Got in at 7:30am and didn’t leave till the next day at 4pm. Constantly coming up with excuses for what took so long. Then afterwards said they needed to do a test drive? For a light and oil change? While waiting for them to finish the “test drive” I walk to the McDonald’s down the street, and see my truck in the parking lot empty! They literally took my truck to get their lunch. When I asked if I can have a number to call to talk about this;I was told to give a google review. So I hope anyone considering this place sees this. Please save your time and money, I honestly can’t belive this place.

Called at 7:30 am on Black Friday. Battery in my MB Sprinter 3500 was dead. They had me bring it in immediately and had the new battery installed by 9 am at a very reasonable cost.

I have no words to express my gratitude to this amazing team of people at Evansville Freightliner, it was late in the evening, snow, freezing rain and I have just broke down 8 miles south of the Truck Center at Evansville IN, I called in and Mike answered the phone, he said will be here for you til midnight, got towed, showed up by 7 PM and Mike, Steve and Lance took it upon themselves to have this truck fixed and boy was I ever happy just past midnight I was rolling out of the shop in the middle of the first winter storm, these guys went all the way in and got it done and done right. Poor customer service, horrible communication with customers... Why do they advertise that they are so great??? I own a Freightliner Cascadia and have had several issues, every time Ive taken it here, the service reps are terrible to deal with. Will find another repair facility for my next service point.

These people are great. Had an electrical issue had been to FYDA 3 times they couldnt tell nothing about it. Called these people they had me in the shop and the problem taken care of in no time. For less than the other so called freightliner dealership charged to not find anything.

5 hours for oil change and PM service plus a small electrical recall on chassis. (Check diode connections). Past experience at Speedco and TA was an hour tops. I figured ok, 2 hours should be good. Was first one in the door at 7:30 and now 5 hours later still here. Didnt even have them do the generator service as I didnt want to spend the whole day in the lounge. Should have communicated they work really slow or better yet I should have checked the reviews first. Similar experience to what everyone else says.Based on how fast they responded to my emails I would have thought the service experience would be just as prompt.

Mechanic did a good job working on my truck. I needed a slave cylinder replaced for my clutch.

Our 2014 cascadia has continued to give us problems but this shop has always been able to fix our truck rather fast and have been more than helpful with us when it comes to knowing what needs to be done
