Im Mary Furlow and Cassie cuts my hair. I followed her from Walmart because shes that good.

The hair stylist (brunette with a bun) was very rude the entire time beginning from the moment we stepped in the door. She was rude when asking for our information and very short with my daughter. I almost turned around and walked out, but decided if she was rude one more time, we would just leave. I’ve never had a poor experience with a hair dresser before.

Think this is the third time trying to get a haircut at this location. Always understaffed and every time it is an hour plus for the wait. Generally not greeted with happy but rather rude personnel.

Today I went into the shop expecting to get my kids hair done. My kids are mixed my son looks white but has more African American hair. My daughter looks darker but has Caucasian grade hair. Two women were working, only one was taking walk ins. She was basically tring to have the other lady tell her that she couldnt do my daughters hair because she was the only one excepting walk in. Well is Borics not first come first serve? Did I not just walk through your doors? Its 5 oclock and you dont close to 8pm? Just put a sign on the door no blacks allowed. That would be a easier pill to swallow. I know she didnt think she would get tipped too. But here is your tip. Get a new job !

First place I have found that will actually shave my head, and NOT charge an arm and leg to do it. Supposedly have free drinks with services, but I wasnt offered anything

Went to BoRics by target in the East side, and it was by far the biggest waste of money Ive ever spent. I got a shampoo, cut, and style and it was $35. Event though when I got it two months previously it was only $27. The girl was super rude and didnt care about doing my hair at All. I asked for her to thin it and she barely did at all. She maybe said 5 words to me the whole time. Her straightening job was terrible, poofy, and I still had curls in my hair. Ive never been more dissatisfied with a haircut before in my life. And now Im going to have to go spend another $30 to actually get it done right! Dont come here unless you want to be disappointed also.

This is the best place to get your haircut they do very good job at cutting your hair and they listen to what you want I never go to any other place to cut my hair and they are all very nice and wonderful beauticians

Tabby always has me covered. They have great products.

Horrible cuts. Both kids had cuts and my sons is crooked in the front and sheared on one side but not the other. My daughter wanted 3/4 Of an inch cut and they took 4 inches plus screwed up her bangs, of which she didnt want to have. The stylists made sure to style the hair before I was able to catch the errors. Neither child said they got to look at their hair before it was styled.

Nice haircut is always their prices for some service has gotten out of control but that is not the fault of the local shop. They need to give more freedom back to the local shop on pricing.
